Great public park in the middle of Bainbridge. A lot of history in such a small space. Gazebo is a great addition

Bainbridge really does nice Christmas displays. Downtown and the riverfront especially.

This is a beautiful town square surrounded by nice shops and restaurants.

First time in Georgia, let alone a small town like Bainbridge. Its was beautiful. A few nice small shops surrounding the park we pretty nice too.

I always enjoy this square. Bainbridge has done a fine job revitalizing this entire area. I wish them success in their continuing efforts.

Good food and brew. Try Southern Philosophy Brewery for great craft beers and farm-to-table pizzas.

Beautiful square in historic bainbridge, Georgia. There are many history placards to read.Relax on a bench and watch people or listen to birds.As of our visit in March 2019, you may enjoy alcohol in the square if you purchased it from a local business that supplies the special cups for drinking out of.The Bean Coffee has m multiple flavors and homemade sandwiches.Polka Dots is the place for gifts and monogramming.The American Restaurant has smoked Gouda grits and cornbread in a skillet that cant be missed!

Informative, clean, interesting, well kept, safe, great location, 100% FAMILY ORIENTED, excellent proximity to excellent dining, shopping, or your just a short walk to the Flint River and various historical areas. Throughout the year there will music, weddings, and various other get together. So keep a local listen out and youll be greatly rewarded

The history involved...

Beautiful park surrounded by a variety of businesses-- most notably The American, a diamond in the rough restaurant with everything fresh, not frozen. Wood-fired grill makes filets, ribeyes, chicken, shrimp and pork chops taste delicious.

It was wonderful visiting The Town Square where I grew up. Its been years since Ive visited Bainbridge, but its small town spirit still remains true. And it was great to show my son my experience as a former Bainbridge resident. There no place like home.
