Been using them for years. Work is ALWAYS great. Recently we got a frame done and we had decided on reflective glass. When we got it home, we realized that wed much prefer the non-reflective. Even though we would have paid to get it re-done, the re-did it free of charge.

Horrible. The owner was obnoxious, pretentious, and obviously wanted to be somewhere else. Being from Brooklyn originally, even that didnt bother me. But the pricing was RIDICULOUS. I went somewhere else, got a nicer frame for half the price. Even A.C. Moore was cheaper! Go elsewhere and save yourself the abuse, drama and the money...
