Very quite new ownership has really upgraded from pool bbq new ramada park for kids

I moved into this west palm park in sep 2018. The manager WILLIAM and is wife SALLY who manage the property are very nice and helpful people. I had to do some paperwork to move and William helped me with all of it. He made it the move in very easy. Very nice mobile home park and very clean and if I need something William is always there to help. Six stars for William and sally.

Had great service and staff very helpful and morning are outstand ing the food is great

Manager does not care about water leaks to be fixed. Has not returned any if my calls.

I visited a friend who used to live there it was nice but I was wondering can you live in a travel trailer there instead of a mobile home

Wow this place is very nice!!! The people who give the park 2 or 1 star review should look around before throwing in a moranic option of a place they dont really take the time to really look at the place. Like the lady did a day ago gave the place a 2 star review but most likely did not see the beauty this park brings so you might want to rethink before you post nonsense.

This trailer park is old but has a simple layout thats better then most trailer parks instead of all facing one way theyre staggered and not so close together most have low fences and some have little storage/garages

Overall, its a good place to live, they enforce policies to keep everything neat. They might just need to watch over some people who are loud on the weekends and keep the pool cleaner! Also, improving the park with a mini playground would be great for kids!

Manager is cool but the owners, sun homes or better known to the state of Arizona as National PEO are straight up lower than scum.

Quiet place to live

I want to say about the mobile home park that I lived in in Avondale,Az. It was called Estrella Villas.I lived there for 4 years. The managers there are awesome. Her name is Sally Beltran-Field. I couldnt ask for better managers. They were there for me when I needed them and they are fair and friendly. There arent very many managers like them that would do what they do for their tennants. Thank you Sally and William. I am now a proud first time homeowner!

The park here at PALM WEST in Avondale is very beautiful and the residents are very nice and the management is awesome.

Great communityGreat for your family to live. Buy rent has available space for mobile homes move in. Great security.

The atmosphere in this community is ecstatic, it is well managed with politeness, kindness and professional help. I would recommend this place to anyone who is trying to find a friendly home community who also accepts your little furry friends but this place is amazing!

With a beautiful and lovely trailer park unfortunately it is for 55 and older only

Ive lived here since 96, I have seen my fair share of horrible management come thru this place. This is an awesome place to live and grow a family. The new owners and management has really cleaned up this place. All lot of the people that left over the last year was due to not following the rules of the park and living at Palm West. It has nothing to do with racism, they just didnt want to clean up after themselves. It not gated so you come go as you pleased.There is speed bumps so cars cant speed thru, kids play like crazy outside which is a good thing. There are street lights so thats a plus. A tow truck comes thru to make sure theres no stolen or illegal parked cars. Simple living, relaxing vibes, and enjoyable area.
