The kids had a blast! Was $51 for 3 kids for 90 minutes, including their grip socks! It was long enough.....the exit is NOT a secured exit so your kids can just walk out if you lose sight! Employees were pleasant and cleaning the place consistantly! They did a great job with the different age group adventures! My kids cant wait to go back!

It was super fun I wish that you guys could keep the capacity at the 50% level all the time this was soo amazing..I am a disabled person and for it to be less amount of people really eased my emotions and ability to focus on my kids.I am sorry that the covid is going on but I loved the outcome. I heard this was there first family night and it was the best loved it plan on doing it again.

I really liked the set up and play area for 5 and under. I didnt like the lack of seating, lack of masks not worn by other parents not participating. The staff was flacky and the climbing area was busy with only 1 staff member working it. We needed to have a child paged and it was never done. Thankfully we found them while we were waiting.

It’s best place to bring a toddler my son are having so much fun. But my pre teen she get bored easily. The place is pretty clean, neat and there’s a lot of room for parents and guardian to get comfortable while watching the kids. Free wifi and comfy leather seat. Helpful and excellent customer service. I will try to be a member for my son.

Our 18 month old has SO much fun and then says “climb” for days. Loves climbing, going down the slides, jumping on the trampolines, playing with the balls and color sticks... hours of fun! It is a pretty nice facility with friendly staff. Only downside is no full size snack bar with actual food.

Kids love playing at uptown jungle. There are plenty of fun things to do there.

This place was awesome. Endless fun for a range of ages. Its worth every penny. My 5 yr old could have spent all day here. Two hours of running around and he slept amazing that night. It was very clean. The staff is friendly. Its like a McDonalds playground on steroids. Compete with a lounge area for adult with TVs. Thats if youre kids are mature enough to be left unattended. I was able to travel throughout the park. Not all adult bodies will have the same luck.

This place is huge with tons to explore! Great for kiddos young and small. We took my 3 year old and she enjoyed both the tot and regular sections. Perfect way to beat the heat.

Had a birthday party there. Had 10 kids for Two hours and the kids had a blast. Overall good time from all of our party and will return for another party

Fun for smaller kids 1-8yrs old. Any older than that, Elevate(our favorite) or Urban Air(Masks required while jumping) would probably be more fun

New facility so things look great right now. Staff seem very attentive as they walk around. Adult area is centrally located so its a bit louder than their other locations and kids seem to frequent it more often. They have a area for children five and under to play making this a great place for families and children of all ages.

Kids loved it there yesterday. My 10, 8 and 6 year old loved it. Dont thing my 13 year old would have had fun. Its set up for the younger kids.

Nice place foe kids to play at, service is alot to be desired, though. Staff has no idea of questions you ask them. I find it puzzling that the people who are sitting and watching their kiddos play have to wear a mask (because you didnt pay) but everyone else who is running around, sweating, breathing heavily are good. I dont care that they do not have masks on, but why for the people who are just sitting, around no one, have to wear one, what is the purpose of being the ONLY person in the building wearing a mask. Even the staff does not adhere to their own policy, but they enforce it on their guests, shocking.

I took my grandkids they had a lot of fun they were nice and it was clean.will return future.

They did social distancing and you had to wesr a mask. It was really good. The employees were great.

Found tickets for this place on Groupon for the Avondale location. So glad I did, my son enjoyed this place for his 5th birthday. All four of my children didnt want to leave once our time was up. My two year old cried about leaving. I had fun myself. one thing I do recommend is that parents with tots should be free. Just pay for socks. my Husband paid to sit in the tot area and watch the baby play while I had fun with the older kids. I dont feel thats fair. Most tots wont play alone in that area especially if they are scared to climb up top. He paid full price to sit inside the area and guide our two year old to have fun. she started off scared, she warmed up to it with the help of dad. My children slept so good that nice after a good bath. I need to go here more often. Oh dont wear jeans (Heavy clothes), dress loose and air breathable clothing. Kids will get sweaty. I love all the drinks in the machine was $2.00. Kids wanted Gatorade. They sell snacks and drinks also. no outside food or drinks.

Took my 4 year old today. He had so much fun! I even got in on the action. The play area is perfect for kids or short adults. Im 52 and had to hunch down. But it was a lot of fun and my son loves having me chase him through the whole obstacle course. We even did the rock walls. So much fun!

This is such a fun place with so many things for kids to check out, from ball pits to obstacle courses. They also have a separate area for little kids which thought was a really smart idea. My kiddos favorite area was definitely the trampoline area where he would literally bounce off the walls, haha. This place is a perfect place to go during those really hot summer days and your kids are going stir crazy at home.

Super fun! Lots for kids of all ages to do from 1-100 yrs old. Nice toddler area for the little ones but big enough for parents to go theough with their little ones. A super nice room with couches and Tvs for the adults to relax alone with free wifi and walls to drown out a lot of the noise. There are so many sections so it didnt feel crowded.

Absolutely so much family fun here love the welcoming staff and Im definitely getting my full use of my membership thx uptown jungle

Good place to take the kids for an hour and a half and run the energy out of them. They have climbing areas, slides dodgeball, trampolines, a little tot area for 5 years and under.

Five and under area is way bigger than it needs to be. But overall a fantastic Fun Park that all kids will love.

Great park for kids, but the service quality seems to have gone down a bit, bathrooms are messy, tissue all over the place, pee all over the seats, my daughter almost sat on it. And the check-in system is horrible, if you sit in line to buy a ticket at the kiosk, you have to sit in line again to have someone check your ticket.So after letting the manager know about the bathrooms, they still didnt clean it up, instead they sat at the front register and chatted a bit, priorities I guess...my daughter loves uptown, so well definitely be back, just wish theyd make Service a priority as well.

It is pricey with out Groupons coupon. My 10 year daughter had a blast my son is17 he is a little old for mostly it. They have trampoline but that area not really big when theres other children running around. I feel it for children under 12.

Had my daughters birthday party here a few weeks ago and it was great. Our party host Janessa was absolutely amazing always on top of things and the kids all loved her. My daughter had so much fun at her party! My kids have all been asking to go back.

Can’t say enough good things about this place!!!! Always clean and people always cleaning when I go in. However today’s customer service just blows my mind. My son with exceptional autism has trouble with transitions and so really wanted to go here before music therapy. He was there 20 of the sixty minutes before therapy. He communicated music then “jungle park”. They were kind enough to say he could return for the remaining time after therapy. You prevented a meltdown and made my boy so happy!

Usually an excellent experience. We love our tot time. One thing, today we went and saw 2 kids puking on the climbing walk ways. So please if your kid is sick keep them home so everyone else can enjoy their time. Then come back and enjoy the fun when your whole family is better.

Great new place a lil quaint but big enough for me to get in there and play with my three year old and im over 6 foot tall.I like how they have a 5 and under activity place with stools outside and a gate lock so he wont just wonder off.

This was so fun for the kids! Definitely need a larger facility and many more spaces for parents/adults to sit while their babies play, but wed go back!

Brought my Grandchildren here and was very happy with the experience. There was plenty of things to do for the kids. There is a parent area to sit in and watch tv or check your phone. Very clean with friendly employees. I will definitely be back.

We loved the Peoria location are so happy they have a location closer to our house. We went opening weekend. Friendly staff, clean bathrooms (which as you know with kids can be a scary place to enter) we loved all the little extras they added. The ball pit is so fun for adults and kids! The 5 and under has 2 mini trampolines and bounce zebras. I always recommend other parents to take their kids here. Waiting on the monthly membership, if rather jungle park vs an actual gym for myself. Loved that the employess got on the trampolines and played with us! It gets me up and moving and gets the kids active as well they also leave exhausted, we all sleep amazing after we get home. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

Be careful with the safety of that place. Furniture and playing areas. Their staff and upper management do not care of your safety. I had an incident there over a week ago and I am still waiting to hear from management or someone from corporate. The local staff is a bunch of teenagers that are not trained to handle more then just watching and walking around the place.

Love this place. Its clean theres places to sit and relax while your kid plays. Theres a place to eat and drink. Several massager chairs and multiple charger things for your phones. Perfect place to tire out your kid safely and out of the sun.

Area was very clean. Always a TON of things for the kids to do and enjoyed the area for the parents to decompress and relax. Didn’t use the massage chairs but they had them and that’s a plus. They have a 5 and under area for the little ones to avoid the big kids getting rowdy. The activities and trampoline area are all a blast. Will be going again and again!!

Lots of options for play, not just jumping or trampolines. My kids LOVED it, ages 5-17. Comfy area for parents as well.

My siblings always have a blast when we come, theres so much fun stuff to do and play with and the staff is super helpful and attentive!

I had a great experience, the facilities were clean and pretty uncrowded however, The elderly woman in front of me had a terrible time filling out the waiver for her grandson, and the girl employee did nothing to help her. Other than that it was a pretty good afternoon.

Kids love going to this place to play, glad its in the west valley. During the week its cheaper to go then on a Friday Saturday or Sunday.

Took my 4 1/2 year old for toddler time (5 & under only) $10 for two hours and parents play free. I had a Groupon & paid a little bit less than that. They have a parents lounge with comfy sofas and tv’s for you to relax.Trampolines, a rock climbing wall (must be 22lbs) and plenty of jungle gyms reminds me of the ones McDonald’s has but a lot better.I was super excited that it was all mainly geared towards children my daughters age. She loves to rock climb at the park and was unable to do it due to height at another indoor play place but she exceeds the 22lbs limit which allowed her to get on here. Will definitely be coming back with friends and family.
