To all the old people hating on younger people wanting a decent small place to live with their families, the reason they raise the rent is so your fixed income dusty walking dead selves cant afford it i know this cause I know a couple park owners who told me

Affordable living 55+ MPH. It would be better without the 20 something percentage of under 55 years old also residing in the park. It would sure be nice if they would stop hiking rental cost every year; I moved here to stay within my tight budget and was incorrectly told by someone that they could only raise by $5.00 per year. In two years it has been raised twice for a total of $35.00. Rumours are there will be another hike coming soon.

Its a mobile home park thats not to bad.
