Awww Ideal this December will be our 6 year anniversary at ideal . Still a great place to live so nice and quiet people are great too the staff always on point . Well kept community. Recommend very highly cost of living just right for these times ...2020 covid season thank you to all the staff members for there caring and hard work and running a safe and clean community..

Ideal is literally ideal, its a great place to live. Ive had nothing but great experiences here. Its clean and well taken care of. The office staff is amazing & extremely helpful. I couldnt ask for a better experience. Very pleased! Keep up the good work!

I have friends that live there. Nice and quiet. Dogs are not allowed,which really sucks.

I grew up here and have to say the owners were family oriented and ran a safe place to live. I really appreciate the cleanliness and safeness that I felt growing up here. The owners have a good heart and always gave Christmas presents to children of the park. All of the kids who grew up here went on to have great lives. If you are looking for a nice community this place is a great spot.

My uncle recently moved here. The homes are all nice and well kept. Seems like a nice neighborhood. Parking is very limited.

Toured the property last week with some family. The sales manager was great and very helpful.
