Very nice park... Path is well taken care of and is all paved. The lake is always in view when you are walking... Though... The name is true... It is very sunny and can be a little hot when the sun is is out because there isnt a lot shade... So go on a cloudy day if you get hot easily! 10/10 for us!

Beautiful park! Trees are labeled for identification and learning. Disc golf course with short holes. Paddleboards allowed!

Quieter than the side with the boathouse. Theres plenty of benches to sit and stare at the water.

Beautiful lake and the paved paths are nice. On the other hand, the off paths are not in good condition and need to be maintained. Otherwise a nice place

This has to be one of the best hidden gems. The amount of informative signage, variety of trees, trails, kids area, picnic tables.......and on and on.

Nicey paved 1.75 mile loop. Plenty of wildlife to see. Bathroom and porta potties and water available. Covered picnic tables and benches. Plenty of parking as well.

Great for your walking/ jogging be routines, work out fields on the way, take your dogs with you. Yes kid friendly and dog friendly park, like to fish you can do that to....catch an release only MN

Great public park, nice paved path that loops completely around the park. There are a couple great play areas for kids, swing sets, a sand volleyball court, and some boat rentals too. Great place for running, biking, and walking!!

I come here mainly for the disc golf course, but the park is great all around.
