BEST ACCESS N/S/E/W TO HIGHWAY AND MASS TRANSIT IN THE METRO AREA ... I.E. BUSES AND LIGHTRAIL TO DOWNTOWN AND ALL AROUND . WALKING DISTANCE TO EVERYTHING LIKE HOSPITAL, GAS, FOOD INCLUDES WELL KEPT RESIDENT LAUNDRY FACILITIES NUMEROUS MATURE SHADE TREES ON MOST EVERY LOT. RESIDENT MANAGER DIANA IS VERY WELL LIKED AND GETS THE JOB DONE . RENT INCLUDES STORAGE / COVER PARKING, TRASH AND WATER . ALL STREETS HAVE JUST BEEN REPAVED AND THE OWNERS ARE BRINGING IN NEW MOBILE HOMES TO UPDATE THE PARK . MOST NEIGHBORS ARE RETIRED AND PEACE AND QUIT IS THE NORM.

My husband and I relocated to Green Acres in January 2016. It is a wonderful adult community; well managed, with a responsible owner who takes pride in maintaining his property. It is quiet and safe. It is clean and well kept. We made the right choice choosing Green Acres! No wonder it has a 5-Star rating with the BBB.Happy Tenant

My grandparents lived in Green Acres for 21 years in the mobile home they bought and paid off in full, myself with them for 9 years, as they took me in when I had nowhere to go. The owner and manager of this park are cruel, wicked, evil and manipulative, and theyve stolen many peoples homes, including our own, not to mention several valuables went missing during this scam. If you value what you have and being able to keep your home, DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PARK.

ITS OKAY MOST OF RESIDENTS ARE EXTREMELY UPPITY AND YOUD THINK THEY WERE EMPLOYED BY MANAGEMENT AND LOCAL PD THE WAY THEY ACT TOWARDS ANYONE NEW OR VISITINGI WOULDNT EVER RECOMMEND MOVING THERE TO ANYONE
