Covid has devastated the theater business, since the reopening, all precautions were taken in this wonderful theater and being a Prime theater it always had social distance space front and back, high back double seating, sanitized, with ‘no outbreaks’, we need to save our way of life, not give into media/political fear tactics..Ive supported twice. Support our business community. I hope a reopening soon. Perhaps offer more Independent films. Support film festivals.

Big comfy recliners and giant tubs of popcorn. What more could you ask for?

I absolutely love Regal cinemas in Augusta Maine, the staff is always professional and friendly and the theaters are always clean. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The theater was very clean and spacious. Everyone had plenty of comfortable personal space. Loved the handy swing table and reclining seats. Perfect screen size and sound. All around perfect cinema for our date night!

The Regal is not our usual cinema because we live closer to Bangor, but we make a few visits each year. Our comments may not be typical but are what we experience most times we are there. Getting tickets when you are there can at different times be a chore. When we have been always during the day, its the concessions staff that sell tickets as well and a sizeable queue can form especially during the school holidays. The seats are very comfortable and theres plenty of room in each theater. Nice little tables to put your snacks on as well. The sound system in each theater has always been excellent too. We were in there today and there were no queues for tickets but the popcorn was really dry. We asked for butter on top and in the middle probably three times while we were there and it was still dry almost stale. Not the best popcorn today. The staff are usually very friendly and helpful. One weird thing, all the hand dryers in both bathrooms are so low on the wall that if you are over 5 you have to bend way down to dry your hands. Plenty of parking. Easy to get to and prices are reasonable.

I always love going to the movies. They have the nice recliners that make it hard not to fall asleep lol. If your a little smaller like me its hard to keep them reclined though. The prices of tickets are a little pricey as well

I always have an amazing experience at Regal 10. The manager Dave assistant manager Linda and Team lead Ryan are always so very helpful and very personable.. Its always worth the travel time. All the staff here are so very awesome. I love it

Probably the best theater I have ever been to. The manager working during our showing of Toy Story 4 Durning the summer of 2019 was absolutely too notch! I dislike going to the movies greatly, at least at home in Jersey, but this theater was AWESOME! You will probably see us next summer while on vacation in Maine!

Social distancing at its finest

I enjoy going to the movies here, especially having regal unlimited. There is staff I love, and staff I hate, some are very bossy and rude while there are others that seem to make up for it. We are regulars and enjoy going.

This theater was very expensive for a week night outing. I spent well over $40 for two senior tickets, a tub of popcorn, a large fountain drink and a small fountain drink. The theater itself was spacious and was equipped with reclining chairs including foot rests. Each chair has a drink cup and a small table which was convenient. The theater was different from other theaters I have visited recently because the floor is flat of very nearly flat. I prefer stadium seating because I think it provides a better view.

The staff were friendly, although we were checked twice as to what our ages were (My date and myself).. The movie did also start rather late, roughly a half hour minimum. Other theatres to promote new movies and such at the show start time which is understandable, however this did seem a bit long. Wonderful theatre beyond that!!!

Staff was very courteous. The chairs are extremely comfortable with pull out lazyboy types. So kick back and put your feet up.The popcorn... well it is popcorn. They have an assortment of sodas,candy and they do have pretzels as well. Different genres of movies to choice from.

I love this place.Staff is always friendly. Even when they are super busy on a big opening night they have a friendly smile and attitude.

We saw Star Wars Episode 9--- there were laughs, tears, ooooohs, and ahhhs..... All while reclining back in plush comfort at Regal. The popcorn was yummy and, of course, for a long movie like Star Wars, get a large because you get free refills. We even grabbed a refill before we left for the ride home. The Regal staff was really friendly during the whole experience. And, the movie was two thumbs up-- definitely a 10 out of 10!

Ridiculously overpriced, which is why I hardly ever go to the movies. The food is unfreakingbeliavably expensive and the popcorn is disgusting. Put some salt on it. Otherwise, its very clean. The seats are very comfortable and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. Ill be back. Just not anytime soon.

Seats are very comfortable so thats why Im giving it a 3 star review. However, without the comfy seats it would get a 1 star review. The tickets are pricey along with the almost 6$ small and $10 large drink. The volume was so poorly balanced me and my son had to use our hands to diminish the sound.

Spent 45 dollors to watch onward. Movie was awesome but all my seats were broken. Spend that much money on broken seats? No thank you.

Even though I like Regal Cinemas, its overrated in my opinion. Yes sure, you got the reclining seats and the tray but everything is so expensive the food is way over priced as well as the seats. But if you do want a comfortable experience while watching your movie, go to Regal.

The only thing that would make the theater better is if the arm rest would move other then that I enjoy going to watch movies here very clean and the popcorn is awesome :)

Seats are great. Theaters are fairly clean. Downside is you need a loan to buy the family treats while watching the movie here.

First time there and wow it was nice. A few people playing on there cell phones during the movie but the place over all was worth it. Cozy chairs pricy though 35 bucks to 2 adults and 1 kid. Plus 25 for popcorn and a couple drinks.

I was assisted by a very informative pleasant young man. He also enjoys working there. Purchased gift card for a special l person in our lives. We had a wonderful conversation. As I was about to leave, I also purchased a small (which in itself is huge, by the way) soft drink. It is lasting a long time while I go about my charities. Thank you for selecting such personable young people to be your staff in such a beloved place to come for movies that all of us can hardly wait to see! Happiness is having the comfort of the ability to still go out to the movies. May you have a fantastically busy holiday season!

Seats are great sound system is awesome new frozen movie was wonderful for my granddaughter was absolutely appauled at the cost of snacks $5 for a bottle of water I pay $4.98 for a case of 32 it is an out right insult and unfair to people of limited funds a child and an adult and a bag of Carmel corn and a medium soda was $50 not an ethical establishment RUDE

Such overpriced tickets for ok seating; for a matinee you pay $25 for two people!! That’s not a decent price when I can pay half that at all other movie theaters in the area that have far better seats.

Imagine some post apocalyptic Mad Max like desert-world. One in which water was next to impossible to find. Even in this world, $6+ for a small fountain soda would be completely unreasonable. If youre wondering why movie theaters are becoming less and less popular, I have your answer.

Throughout the years of coming here I have never had any issues. Service is always great, theater is always clean. This time however, there was a technical difficulty with our movie. The staff worked to resolved it and kept us informed as to what was happening.

I got here early, about 20 minutes or so. After the movie “started” they played advertisements for over 30 minutes! So if you decide to come to this cinema make sure you come very late or else you could be watching ads for literally an hour straight.

The experience here is always nice, Ive been a couple times. It is pricey, but thats just how movie theaters are, you can save money and not get concessions. Overall I really like the place.

We brought our grown children and our 6 grandchildren to see The Grinch! Super cute movie!! However it was very cold inside the room where we watched the movie. We had to keep our winter coats on and the children were very cold. My husband went to speak to someone but it remained cold throughout the entire movie.

Great theater. Super comfy seats with mini tables. Some seats you can push the armrest up so it makes a loveseat! The snacks are way overpriced tho.

Friendly staff, but the bathrooms need attention. The toilets are often dirty and need to be cleaned.

Floors were slimy and dirty (dont they clean?), my feet slipped as I was trying to get into and out of my seat, at least I didnt fall...Yuck! Gone are the days of sitting where you want, you buy your movie ticket based on available seating...you never know where youll be able to get a good seat. The movie however was good, the sound had some crackle to the speakers (need some work), might have been ok, had I not been seated right under one. $65 dollars later...I may wait for the DVD next time.

Super comfortable, spacious seating. The seat and leg space alone make this theater worth visiting. Skip the long lines and purchase your tickets ahead of time to save yourself some hassle. Great place to relax and recline!

I ordered my ticket online, only had to show the QR code on my phone to get in; no tickets to remember. The chairs were super comfy. Love that seats are reserved when you buy your ticket.

Biggest rip off ever $6 for a small drink 25cent candy machines are 50 cents $1 bags of candy for $4 will never go again and if i do ill be sneaking my own candy an drinks

The recliners are awesome. I dont go to the movies very often, kind of pricey; however, this place is well worth it. Reserved seats, the grandkids have plenty of room, and we can all enjoy in peace.

Movie was fantastic, but the fact I go somewhere to spend time with family and get assigned somewhere totally seperate, its a bit annoying.

Loved it!! You pick out your seat before you buy the tickets. The spacing between the rows are huge. The chairs have foot rests, and recline!! There is a mini table attached that swings back and forth for your food or personal items! Love it! Cant wait to visit up there again! I bought 4 tickets and it was only $38.00! The speakers are incredibly loud. Highly Recommend!!!

This is really the way to watch movies. The seats are great and the reserved seating is the best. You will need an extra 10-15 minutes to get your snacks. I will not go anywhere else.

The new seats are incredibly comfortable. You can sit back and put your feet up, and you even get a little table over you. Certain seats have an arm rest that you can push out of the way, which is lovely when you want to be close to your partner. The cleanliness of the bathrooms leaves much to be desired. I cant speak much to the customer service because we buy tickets online and refuse to purchase the overpriced snacks, but this is certainly the best cinema around as far as the actual movie-watching experience!

Do you ever wonder whats at the end of the rainbow? Its Regal cinemas in Augusta! Its a movie theater that plays movies. What else can I say? Oh yeah every seat is a huge recliner with cup holders and a small table attached. Its like being in your own living room but your able to see all the newest movies. It is expensive here they certainly charge you for the comfort but....your at the movies so just enjoy.
