Great experience! From Bo at the pro shop to the ladies at the clubhouse and my Reuben. All did an outstanding job! Management was very friendly and kind. Course was well maintained, saw multiple employees out tidying up the course throughout my round. Will definitely be back, my new go to course. Way to go team!
Small executive course nestled in a 55+ community. Very nice properties here. Most holes are short par 3s and 4s but a couple of long holes. A lot of the homes are right on the course. It kind of throws me off because if you spray one, it could easily hit someones home and damage it. A couple of holes its hard to concentrate on the tee because if it. The greens were nicely cared for and very fast the day I played there. Overall its a nice place to play for middling golfers like myself. Its not too challenging and it makes for a fun 18 holes. Prices are really reasonable.

Only rented a house for the week so we would be close to Lake Myrtle baseball complex, which is about 8-10 minutes away. Wonderful place to rent, beautiful property and all kinds of things to do on the property but we were busy with baseball and didnt get to try anything out. Hopefully we can stay there next year when we go back to the Homeschool World Series and try out some of the amenities.

The lot rent there is now approaching $1000.00 a month lot rent and you also pay taxes on the land you do not own. (pass thru taxes) lot rent goes up 4% every year. The staff does not care about you because if you move out someone else will pay the lot rent its 100% about money with Sun Communities. The lot rent is the biggest issue.

Did not golf. Stayed eight days in one of their units. Nice pool, great food at the clubhouse. Very quiet and comfortable stay.
Course is in Good shape enjoyable to play on course staff so friendly and helpful..Great experience.

Excellent challenging shorter course, but not executive length. Excellent food in clubhouse restaurant. Service generally good but can be spotty at times.
Quiet neighborhood for seniors. Complete with a pro shop, and 2 golf courses. Residents are very kind, I believe a good portion have vacation homes.

To have a yard sale across the road but the officer came and said the Hampton people are complaining that we are making their business look bad I don’t see how they are having a yard sale as well very unfriendly place very unfriendly people do not retire there!!!!!!
