Really enjoyed it. The kids had fun in the arcade, it was a little bit expensive but they really had fun. Not alot of bowling balls to choose from, I couldnt find 1 with the holes big enough. The food was good and in good quantity. The staff was very polite and helpful, especially the young man at the front counter.

Such a nice place! I really love it...super clean. Also love the idea of having food and drink brought out to you. The idea...each time I’ve been, I’ve had to practically run down our server to place an order. Be prepared to wait for food/drink, but enjoy the bowling.

This is my second time visiting. I had a blast once again!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are sooooo clean!! All the play areas are well kept. The prices to bowl are very reasonable. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

I went there with family and we had ourselves a grand old time. Bowling was fun, and the lanes were nice. One of the biggest upsides here was the food, as we had lemon pepper wings which were top class. We also did an escape room, which was the exact right level of challenging, I thought.The only knock I have against it is that I wish there were a few more games, but it was still a good time.

This is a great place. Great for bowling bit renting a lane can be a little pricey. The arcade is very fun and well kept up. The 2 escape rooms are also a fun experience especially for a large group of friends. I would recommend going here!

I enjoyed bowling at GoodTimes but the bowling lanes were too oily so when I picked the balls there was some oil on my hands. Other than that I still had a great time with friends.

And when our little boy wasnt strong enough to get the ball down the lane, Owen gladly retrieved it for us! This young man gives me hope that there is a good future past all these millennials. Definitely deserves a raise! Keep up the good work, Owen!

This place is easy to review. It was pretty great very clean walking in I was impressed with the decor. The bathrooms were very clean( I appreciated very much.) the food was good, not great but good but the presentation of the food was very appealing 10/10! We had one waitress that first assisted us she brought our drinks I informed her my soda was flat, she never brought me another one. But there was another waitress Maria I believe she said her name was (blonde girl). She was just amazing very attentive. Didn’t get to play the games but my kids did and they had a blast. Definitely plan on coming back for an adult play date.

This has become our favorite local place to go as a family. We have been several times with both large and small groups, and the service has been consistently great. The food and drinks are good, and the menu extensive, and we love the food service to the bowling lanes. Its clean and has a great atmosphere, and we love the different options for the bowling games. We hosted a large birthday party here and had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

Good except some of the lanes have you up against a wall. If you get one of those tell them youll wait for a good lane

I was pleasantly surprised during my first visit to this business. We bowled for an hour and ordered lunch. I was expecting so-so food, however, the orange and blue burger was large and well put together. I enjoyed the shoestring fries served in a frying basket. This place is clean and well maintained.

Had a work event here. Very nice and clean facility that appears new. I had no complaints but I dont know how expensive it is. In addition to bowling they have a bar, good food, and a decent looking arcade.

They have the bumpers that can go up ONLY on the turn of the kids who need it!!!! I’m sure a lot of places do this now but the other bowling alley in town doesn’t have it like that. And I feel like that’s important to know (lol)The kids had a blast! It’s clean and pretty open so you can keep an eye on older little ones if you have more than one who want to do different things. The food isn’t bad and the “grown up” drinks are on par.

Clean, fun, wholesome family entertainment. There is is something for everyone here. The staff is friendly and prompt.

This place lives up to its name as I had a really good time here! The food was awesome, especially the nachos which had the perfect cheese to chip ratio. The kitchen manager delivered my food and provided excellent service. The arcade games are fun and a great way to pass the time if you are waiting on a lane. I will definitely come back for the delicious food, the fun entertainment, and the great service!

We started out the day with bowling, food, the murder themed escape room, and the arcade. We enjoyed our time there so much, we decided after going to dinner to go back and try the Shafted escape room.The Shafted room was a disaster. Unbeknownst to us, the room was not properly reset. An essential piece needed to clear the room was not provided, and later clues were made available too soon. We reached an impasse, and Nate informed us we found one clue too early. He turned the timer off and came in to talk through the solution. As he tells us how to solve one of the puzzles, he asks why we dont have that essential piece. He then searches for it and states Oh! They forgot to put it back when they reset the room.We then state we would like a refund since the room was unsolvable. As we approach the front desk, he quietly explains what happened to a manager. Thats when the damage control started. Even though Nate couldnt find the item, another employee, Peyton, runs to the room to look for it, without anyone accompanying him.In the meantime a manager, Hunter, tells us the only way we get the refund is if the item is not in the room. Reminder that Nate couldnt find said item, let alone anyone in our group.Peyton reappears with the item, and insinuates we are lying to get a refund. At this point, its evident Peyton was responsible for resetting the room, and thats why hes determined to prove the item was there and that we are at fault for not being able to solve the room. He goes so far as to say he will show footage of the item being in the room, after already going back to the room solo to fix his mistake.At this point we are livid. After spending nearly $100 per person here over the course of this evening, it should not have been such an ordeal for them to refund us for an improperly reset escape room. Especially without accusing us of lying in order to get a refund.Had that not been the case, we would have left with a much different impression of the place and the staff.

AMAZING- loved the arcade and bowling. The seats for the lanes were ultra comfortable and it was overall clean and good lookin. I could see “good times” will be had here.

Great family fun. Nice atmosphere. Not too expensive. Just make sure you watch your time. They charge by the hour, not per game. If you have a lot of people and take too long between players, you may not finish a game. I would definitely go back.

Oh just love going to this place. It can be expensive but it has quality and service like no other in Auburn. People from all age groups can enjoy at this place. I had been to place for bowling, so didnt get time to try my hands on other games. Also theres restaurant that provides good food and great service if there isnt rush around the place, as we went in afternoon there werent many people so the service was good and quick.

Very nice place. People are friendly. My wife and I bowled 4 games each and only paid 13 dollars. This is the better of the 2 bowling places in auburn area.

The were under staffed and very unprofessional on Saturday, January 18th. The waitress couldnt even get the drink orders (sodas only) correct. The wings were dry and didnt have any flavor.

Such a fun place to go and hang out with friends and bowl and even take your skills to the arcade! Its cheaper that the other bowling option in town with such a cleaner atmosphere and more friendly service. I gave it 4 stars because once it gets a little later in the evening (depending on the crowd) it can get a bit rowdy around the bar area. We saw someone dancing on the bar and being loud (which im sure was due to drinking to much) and it wasnt a great thing for my kids to witness at their age. Other than that if you are a family going to hang out, just get outta there before 8:00-9:00PM.

Everytime weve tried to take our family they are closed for a private party. What kind of entertainment establishment does that on a weekend? We will stay with Auburn Bowl, not going to give this place a 4th chance to earn our business. Dont get your kids hopes up only to be dashed by greed from owners.

Our group thought we had found our new hang out spot after an afternoon of bowling, food, murder themed escape room, and arcade. We left to go eat dinner and decided to return to do the Shafted escape room. Shafted was what we got.We found a clue too early and broke the room according to Nate in the control room. When we asked for a hint for one of the puzzles, he spent two minutes of our time berating us like children about using that clue too early. Nate finally stopped the clock, brought up the room lights, and came into the room to explain the puzzle we were stuck on.It was at this point that Nate searched for a missing item we needed to solve the puzzle. As he looks through the container that was meant to hold this item, he declares that the room was improperly reset and that an integral item was missing. We all ask for a refund, at which point he says yes and to follow him up front.This is the point where the issue takes a turn for the worse. Nate quickly and quietly explains the situation to manager Hunter. Hunter then gets Peyton to go check the room. I realized that Peyton must be in charge of resetting the room because he takes off at light speed towards the room. Hunter explains that if Peyton finds the item that no refund will be issued.I have a problem with this as Nate has already said the item was missing and a refund could be issued. At this point I want to pause because three adults turned the container of the item upside down and inside out and control room Nate had confirmed it missing. The item was not in there. Peyton magically reappears with the container.....low and behold the missing item is in that container.This caused what should have been a simple refund to turn into hell on wheels. Its evident that Peyton (who went to the escape room alone) planted the item to save himself after not resetting the room correctly. He even goes as far as to say that he will show camera footage proving the item was in the container when he went to check. I have to commend Peyton on his slight of hand and his perfect knowledge of where the cameras were. I refused to watch this footage because at this point we were being called liars when the game was rigged from the start.I have to say Im greatly disappointed in the staff. Instead of trying to make the situation better, they spent the entire time insinuating we were liars. Peyton even went so far as to raise his voice and angrily storm off shaking his head when we wouldnt watch his footage after he falsely corrected the situation. Im also disappointed as we had commended this place for its fun and service earlier in the evening and now we will most likely not return.

Had a terrible experience here first lane broke and they couldn’t fix it moved us to another lane after 15 minutes it broke down too. Sat there for another 15 minutes and no one fixed it or moved us to another lane so we got our money back and left. Soft drinks are $3.47 each very expensive. Would not recommend this place very poor customer care.

Great place. Love the games. Amazing bowling, but sometimes you have to wait to bowl because it not a lot when its busy.

The escape room is a scam. We completed each clue as directed. The electrical system in the second room was faulty and the host even told us we were doing everything correctly and the room still failed to open. Will not be returning. Money wasted!!

We had a great time. Of course its a little pricey but its because its brand new. The escape room was a great time. We were the very first group to escape the mine shaft!

It just really bothered me because they were extremely picky about the 1 hour rule. Yet I waited at the bar for over 20 minutes to get my drinks. Which also by the way, the bartender didnt measure anything and I basically drank overpriced soda.

Nice, new, modern and clean. However, it is quite over-priced. Shoe rentals are double everywhere else, the $35 an hour lane price is somewhat understandable because its new but seems expensive for one or two people and the arcades are vastly over priced... some of the games are 4 times the price as the exact same games at locations that are minutes away.

They told us our wait time was an hour so after the hour was up they told us it will be 30 extra minutes before we could get our lanes the place has poor management I think they should let you pay when you come in and give you a receipt with a specific time so you don’t get the (run around) very poor management! Not worth even one star!
