If you’re afraid of the homeless then this park isn’t for you (I’ve had zero issues from any person when i have come). Great place to explore, this park offers a lot and I enjoy coming here. Friendly wildlife and good river spots if you are willing to go. Nothing was stolen from my vehicle, didn’t see any hypodermic needles laying around, and people were nice.

Not too big. Not too small. Nice place to get a quick walk in, workout, play various sports..tennis, soccer, baseball, basketball, etc. The kids playground area was lacking though. Not enough playsets and swings for the amount of kids the park can attract. I had to go somewhere else so my kid could play with some measure of space and things to play with or on. Good park though. Good up keep. Lots of parking. Getting in and out in a vehicle was painless. Easy navigation in and out. You cant get lost period, the road through the sections of the park loops around at the far end and comes right back out.

Came here so my young child could play st the park but it looked like it was built for a 12 year old. The slide is the most unsafe thing I have ever seen. Im 30, I climbed it and got anxious to climb the rock wall slide with absolutely no protection at all beyond disappointed

I enjoy this place. Its got pretty good vibes. Its right along the White River and has a wooded area so you can feel like you are really in the woods, or not I you stick to the other part which is huge. Baseball fields, tennis courts, and probably more. Peaceful place to walk. Many trails. Huge grassy field. Nice place for picnic, games, events, birthdays, barbecues, hiking, walking, or just to be in the peace and calmness of nature. Saturdays usually its packed full due to an event. So if you are into big events check it out, or if not avoid on Saturdays. Any day its pretty chill as the have a huge parking lot. Definitely check it out. ️️️

I love this place. If youve followed me at all you know i like the rivers and nature. With the white river running through it and natire trails are peaceful. You still have your soccer fields softball field and Tennis courts, and you also have a small Amphitheater you can reserve for events like a wedding or some events where you might need something of that nature. I wont ruin it all for you come out and check the place out you decide whether you like it or not

Be aware that the park is on both sides of the White River. The north side is called just Game Farm Park with fields and tennis courts and one main covered picnic area. The south side is called Game Farm Wilderness Park, with camping and more picnic areas. Wilderness Park is not on my Google map app and is the first turn after Kersey St bridge, about a half mile down the road.

Al
Review №62

I couldnt believe how poorly this was taken care of. Tons of adults smoking in the middle of the kids play area. But almost all the kids toys were broken or under construction. First park my kids have ever said can we leave? Lets go to somewhere else next time. There were squirrels literally jumping on us to get food but we had none. I had to try and chase them off and then pick my kid up while we stood and not sit. Unless you are playing a sport on a team avoid this park until major change is done.

Its always beautiful, especially in the fall. The glacial river and the changing trees together look like a painting. That said, be really careful in the rainy months because of mud. I slipped and fell outside of the rest area because the mud was so slippery.

Fun, large park with two turf soccer fields, three pick-up basketball courts, four pickleball courts, an assortment of tennis courts, and two baseball fields. Theres lots of parking, but on game days you might have to walk a short ways. Multiple bathrooms, but without soap or towels. A few grandstands are available for seating, but bringing a comfy chair and sitting under a tree is my preferred method.

On game day you get to drive all the way to the back only to find no parking. Which is crazy because there is actually a lot of parking. Nice play area and open space for kids way in the back. If you go here for an event while other things are going on take your time and drive cautiously the driveway is not very wide towards the back and people are coming in and out at all times.
