They have been wonderful to work with. One pump repair (very professional and competent), and one LONG discussion trying to find what was wrong with a mysteriously leaking (?) waterfall. They are trying hard to solve the problem without having to come out--that deserves a 5 star rating.

David is great. He spent lots of time with us to understand our pond problem and talked us through it. Thoughtful and helpful.

I so appreciate David at Barracuda! Stabilizing my pond wasnt an issue, but the waterfall is a different matter. Every time I call, David quickly grasps what Im dealing with and offers his experience and expertise. My go to spot for help and an education!
