Met up with a friend that lives here. The houses are roomier than expected.

Liked it until I had to take them to court to get my security deposit back. Excuse after excuse, but the court awarded me more for the hassle. The manager looked like he was high as a kite.

One of the best manufactured home communities I’ve ever been to and the staff is AWESOME!!! Go check it out is you are looking for a community to join in this area.

I loved staying in the Oakland Estates community! The staff was always very helpful. My neighbors were really friendly! We had nothing but good experiences with Avondale school district!

The neighborhood is really nice. I have a few friends who live here and their homes are very nice. The clubhouse where they have parties is very clean and roomy. Im currently looking to get a place here and the management has been nothing but friendly and very accommodating. I hope Ill be able to call this place home.

Visited my friend who lives here told me about some one trying to break in to homes with people there. Keep your doors locked

Its a place with smaller than average homes.

Leaking roof for months nothing being done about it, staff plays favorites in terms of who gets violations. Leased properties are very poorly maintained.
