A very nice place to live

This is a very nice Mobile Home Park in Atwater. It is no longer a Senior only park, so families can enjoy living here. Pool, rec room, laundry, pot lucks, bingo, etc

This is a mobile home park for the elderly people. Every Monday morning from 10 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. a group of women and myself get together and do some sewing.Everybody bring some type of food. Sometimes we eat too much and then want take a nap.There is a nice swimming pool, a nice-size kitchen, and a nice size room for sewing and a bunch of other things in the recreational area .We all get along very well with each other because we understand each other. This class is open to the public, and my teacher enjoy showing off her brand new longarm machine, and her too many embroidery machines. Come and join us if you want. We would welcome you. If you do not have a sewing machine, come anyway. If you dont have fabric come anyway we got you covered.

Great neighborhood & the staff are friendly and hard-working! most of the neighbors are wonderful people & park is clean and safe!

Its ok

I just wish they would still make their cucumber and lime...I go there to shop and sometimes they have it. Very good service.

The space for rent to expensive

A lady has been served to move out and she wont . also she threatens me, my friends and my moms friend I dont like going over there anymore because of that lady
