Such a great place to live due to the peace and friendly people here. There are so many activities to do also. Moving to Sandcastle has been one of the best decisions I ever made!I never want to move again.

I have a friend and her mother who live there. I would definitely stay away from this place. The monthly fee to live there keeps going up and will continue to go up past $1,000. I do not understand what the fee is for. The only service available is trash pickup. Although there is a club house, there are no fun activities for the people who live there as far as I can determine except for the swimming pool. The whole area will make you feel depressed with a shoddy looking club house and hundreds of prefab houses that all look alike. In order to get your mail, you have to walk to the clubhouse. If you order something on the internet, it does not come directly to your home. You have to pick it up at he post office. My advice: Do not buy a home in this dreary complex. You will regret it.
