I don’t go out much since COVID but this was a fantastic experience I not only had a ton of fun I also felt very safe!!! The owner clearly cares about safety everything is clean and they had Plexiglas for each group to even further insure safety. I give a 10 out of ten review and frankly a must go for all locals and visitors
Ugh, I was really looking forward to this place, but was really let down. It has an awesome vibe and layout, but their sign-in system, video game glitches, and service needs to be improved greatly. Our original wait time was supposed to be 30 minutes, but ended up being almost an hour because of various technical issues. When we finally got our booth, the game froze and was not responsive twice causing us to get help to reboot the system. This cut into our play time which was not compensated. I thought this was unfair and such a bummer. By the end of the experience, I was just fed up with this place and wanted to leave to go someplace else.Good concept, but poorly executed.
Cool and unique spot - had great accommodations for COVID, plexiglass walls that divided the areas up made our group feel safe. Highly recommend!
Visited at eight, it was not full. the staff was very kind and attentive. feels similar to a restaurant in new york i loved.
Enjoyed myself! It was a dope bar. It does get a lot of requests for the VR experience so it depends on when you get there to see the wait time. Now you can RSVP if you have a larger group and it would less expensive as well. The system itself is very sensitive and sometimes the haptic feedback is a little slow. Love the music that was playing, and nice decor. Drinks were a little pricey but they serve beer, some wine, and liquor. No food, but you can pay for snacks such as popcorn, or pretzels. Nice trendy crowd, upbeat music, and the parking is not the largest. It is located behind a building so it it not visible from the main road so look ever so closely for that left or right turn depending on which direction you are travelling. Its behind the stores that are being renovated adjacent to the frames shop to the main road.
Visited on sat i believe. had a friend come into town and she asked me to take her here again. bring your hunger - portions are generous.
I look forward to a return visit. Prices were reasonable.
Pretty cool place, definitely bring friends to get maximum experience, drinks are pretty good too
I came here with my girlfriends and we had a great time. The privacy of having our own room to play VR games was nice too, and when we wanted to talk to other people we could go to the bar. The lighting was nice and it was a fun place for a girls night out!
ALWAYS a good time! I have been here, hmmmmm about 9 times and every time I love it! The drinks, the atmosphere, food(snacks), and of course the games! Perfect place to hang out and laugh with friends. The only thing I can even remotely say anything about is the wait, but it is expected with such a small space.
Food was so tasty. Nothing but pleasant experiences here.
If youve never experienced virtual reality gaming, stop by Revery: VR Bar and play for a while. Im not great at gaming, so I was a little intimidated before my first visit—but I had absolutely no reason to be. The staff member that helped my partner and I get set up to play was really nice and helpful, as were the folks behind the bar. If youre a VR newbie like me, I recommend arriving just after they open—between the hours of 5 and 7 pm so you wont have to wrestle with crowds and can get as much of a primer as you need before you start playing. There are games and simulators for people of all stripes to enjoy and I cant wait to go back.
I was visiting Atlanta and I heard about this place. I was curious about a VR bar, and I expected bad drinks but they were sooooo good! I recommend the draft carbonated cocktails, they taste great. Also there are some good Korean drinks like 소맥 which is famous in Korea. Great place to bring a date ️
Super chill for dates and also chilling with friends. Met too many cool people there. Thanks Vince, Cam, and Michael for the hospitality. These guys know whats up.
Awesome, awesome, awesome experience. Went here on a date night to try something new. We loved it. Great customer service and good drinks. We had a blast playing the games.
Really cool bar! its the first VR bar Ive heard about in midtown and it definitely didnt disappoint. its pretty spacious and you can get your own room with a VR setup so you can kinda experience the whole place while having your own area as well. its pretty clean and has a cool aesthetic. kinda pricey but worth for a night with some friends!
I love this bar!!I don’t drink, but my friends do and this place is perfect for us all to have a good time.Early evening, gaming is the move. Staff is super knowledgeable and willing to help with getting acclimated to the headsets/games and there are lots to choose from - make your friends choose drunken bar fight >:)Around 11 or so djs start and consistently they play CURRENT/GOOD/VARIANT music which I’ve struggled to find in Atlanta.Dance floor, bar and glass VR booths all coexist but each space can certainly be it’s own.*QUEER FRIENDLY*
Great quaint little place. Great for small groups. The virtual reality games are hilarious and fun. Not Abigail spit though. Limited parking and basically no food options are a drawback though. But the staff is great
I really love this place ! I came here with 4 of my girlfriends on my birthday and it was great because the drinks were tasty and we had a private room to play VR games. Highly recommend!
Insanely fun! This place is such a gem, I cant believe I didnt know it about it sooner. Drinks are good but you can totally have an amazing time and never look twice at the bar. Its just that much of a hit. The DJ was INCREDIBLE (I actually thanked them, because the set was so dang good the entire time) & the staff is super helpful. Its affordable, but youll definitely find yourself wanting to be there all day! Its best to have somewhere to go, otherwise youll keep extending lol Overall would recommend to anyone. Actually already pitched it to my job for our next outing!
I am Korean and they have my favourite Korean drinks at this bar. VR is fun and music is good, definitely will go again soon!
Really awesome place to hang out! The video games are really fun and the customer service is great. You pay by the hour to play virtual reality games but if theres a problem with the rig theyll add more time on for you. If youre looking to party and chill then the dance floor is great and music has always been good the times Ive been.
Revery is a really fun spot, and a great way to experience VR with your friends. The draft cocktails are always solid and though they dont have a food menu, the bar snacks are great. Staff have always been friendly and helpful as well, and the overall atmosphere is exactly what youd want for a VR bar.
Great place to bring out-of-towners, great vibe, fun games, exciting atmosphere, and a fully stocked gorgeous bar in the rear. Owner keeps the place clean for guests, festive for the holidays and reaches out to assure customers enjoyed their time.
I visited my friend who lives in Atlanta and she took me here. We had a great time because we could rent our own room to play VR and talk together, and then later when we wanted to meet other people we just went to the bar and lounge area. Very fashionable ppl!
Great place to do corporate team building and meet new people. Awesome cocktails and decent beer selection too
Came here with another couple, and we all had a blast. It was the first VR bar experience I’ve had, but I’m sure it’s far from the last. It was a pretty cool experience overall. The headset was pretty uncomfortable though, and if I’m being honest, I’d say that I think that the games could’ve been a little less glitchy when the time limit is as firm as it is. (We ran into an issue with two of the games freezing up). That aside, I would definitely say this is an engaging spot to bring friends to play games and enjoy quality time out and about! Try it out for sure!
I organized a company team event at Revery and it was a hit! It was a large crowd of 12 people and everyone took turns with the games. We had food catered and Michael organized having a table set out so that we could prepare a food bar. We had drink tickets and everyone enjoyed the cocktails (the Tommy Sennet is great!). Overall recommended for groups to enjoy either with friends or coworkers.
Strong drinks, fast load times, parking in the rear. An all around good time for friends, musics a bit loud to talk over though.
First time there and loved it, will def bring a group of friends next time ! Good prices !
Such a fun and unique way to spend time with friends! We rented the room for an hour for 3 of us. It’s fairly inexpensive as well!
#notetoself this is a fun place to go and have fun with friends or alone and meet new friends.
Enjoyed it totally. A real dope vibe to getaway from norm and customize a moment together. Red light and cool music, great drinks and real fun. Take pics of your friends and explore the many games to play. I liked the bow and arrow one especially. Im going back with different friends everytime and show them this place!!
I always have a great time at Revery and the guy who works in the front really knows how to make it really fun
Cool place. Staff was real nice. Games were fun and they show you how to use the tech. They do need a better snack menu.
Really fun! Start with Bar Fight. Keep track of your time.
The most lit bar I know in Atlanta. Strongly recommend

It Was Alright I Definitely Come Back
Maybe its because Im broke, but it was really expensive here. Though I would go back. It was indeed fun.
Dope music and cool setup. A little black mirror-ish but I was into it lol
This is a very cool spot. If you’ve never been it’s worth checking out. VR is fun and the atmosphere is great.
Be careful..... However this place is great for everyone. Time flys by and it can become expensive. Loved it
Awesome place to hang out... the set up is cool. Draft cocktails are a must try. Its a new fun way to hang out and you can set up a private event and rent the whole place...
OMG such a great venue and I love their bar I had an amazing time one of my friends doing event there and yeah it was pretty cool definitely will go to another event
Revery VR Bar is the best! I did a corporate event at the bar and we had the entire place. Everyone loved the concept and the decor is amazing. This was a real big hit especially with our engineers and product teams. Great venue! Great service! Great fun!!!! 1000+ stars!
Great staffEverything just workedIts very much the nightclub setting dance floor. Overall the VR experience was great. Definitely a great place for the local community.
It was babe and I first time there and everything was amazing! Dope atmosphere, VR was crazy, drinks were sooo good and the djs definently kept me dancing! Not to mention the best customer service! We will be back with a few first timers for sure!
Good atmosphere, cool bar concept, the VR lounges are well done, game selection is decent
I had a great time here on Saturday! Definitely fun place to go for a small group or a date night :)
Drinks are slightly overpriced but Vince the owner seems dedicated to improving this place and making guests happy. Check it out
Pretty neat place. I have never been to a VR bar before. They ran a smooth operation including a thorough pat down at the door.
Best bar I’ve ever been to great bartenders and the owner really cares games are great and drinks are unique always a great dj
Cool place with virtual reality booths to hang with friends and enjoy the night.
Great staff and great drinks. Wish they offered real food to go with it all. Also the games are amazing.
Unique funny tasting drinks, pregame before
Pretty chill. Good drinks good for a group
Our team at work made a reservation weeks ago. The entire team left the office and drove an hour across town, only to discover upon arrival that our reservation was cancelled without notice. Apparently they got a better offer from someone else who rented out the venue. Remarkably unprofessional.
Great laid back, good vibes atmosphere. Gaming was fun. The bar snacks sucked, but there was a food truck was outside as we left. I recommend a visit
Good concept, but the game space itself feels constricted. I cant imagine playing with a larger party, as it felt crowded with only three people in my group! Id suggest going for maybe a date night, but stick to a smaller group for a better experience. Theyve got a few kinks to work out with the game systems as well, but the staff is accommodating and friendly.
We had the best time here and will absolutely be coming back! Weekdays is better for bigger groups since weekends are packed. Cheap beer. Great owner Vince really helped us out and Chloe was there for all our troubleshooting. Looking forward to our next trip!
Had a great time here. Drinks were very affordable and staff was very accommodating. It is in the back of the building so it’s a bit tough to find. Recommend trying this out.
The VR rooms are pretty cool, had a variety of games to play but most of them were hard to get a hang of and I play alot of video games. Definitely a cool place to hang with friends. Would reccomend
Especially love the soju bottle service
Drinks and music were great! DJ Hourglass is the best!!!
Great drinks and games. Secure parking off the street.
If you own or regularly use VR, this isnt a place youll be interested in. You wont find DOOM or Skyrim here. Instead, this place excels at being an introduction to VR and a fun place to go with people who havent or rarely used VR.The drinks are good albeit on the expensive side(my cocktail cost $11, but was worth it). They didnt offer any food which was a bit of a bummer, but understandable considering how nasty those headsets would get if people touched them with hands covered in food. The VR itself was somewhat expensive as well ($20/half HR), but that is for a booth which can be split between multiple people. As an introduction to VR, they offer about 20ish games of different types so there should be something for everyone in what they offer. As is often the case, PCs at a place like this can be temperamental. About five minutes in to our first game, the PC froze. The employees fixed it quickly only for it to happen again a few minutes later. Rather than make us deal with that machine all night, they switched us to another booth which had no issues and reset our time and added extra for the inconvenience without us asking for any compensation which was nice.
Went to Revery when I was visiting Atlanta from New York City. Great staff, venue and drinks. VR games are very easy to play and are definitely friendly to both small and big groups. Highly recommend whenever you are in the ATL area!
Really fun experience, great for group hangouts! Staff was helpful getting you setup and making recommendations. $40/hr for smaller rooms or $60/hr for the large ones, and you can add on 30 min increments if youre having too much fun and dont want to stop!
This is a really fun place and offers an immersive VR experience. Try the space game. Its really the best . The lady who worked there at the front desk was also super helpful
This place is amazing! Good drinks. The Oreo flavor popcorn is good. Great to come with a group of friends or a cute date night. Love the music playlist they have
This place was great. First VR bar Ive been to. The drinks were good and the drinks/VR time was fairly priced. It seemed like they were still working out kinks in their VR system (at least the one I used), it would become inactive and crash during certain games and interactions.
Patron beware they charged my card multiple times for one hour of play 60 in total and the guy at the front desk was rude to me and my wifes friends. The only good thing I can say is that the Bartenders were cool and the atmosphere was decent.
Super unique experience. The VR setup is pretty cool. There are several booths that are sectioned off by glass panels/walls. After getting a booth, youll have to take turns one at a time. There is some eyewear and a couple of hand controls. I really didnt expect my senses to be so closed off when wearing the VR set but it really puts your focus on the game... and leads you to walk and flail your hands in all directions! As for everything else, it was alright. The wait time for a booth can be long and the cocktails arent that great. Finally, I havent had a problem with parking the couple of times I went. However, there are not a lot of spaces. Definitely recommend to carpool or rideshare.
One word littttttyyyyyy. Good people, better music, & top notch DRINKS! PATRON ALL NIGHT LONG
Great space as well as a friendly and knowledgeable staff. They could use a different approach to sanitizing the headsets such as disposable VR masks
Interesting drinks and A+++++ customer service! The VR was tons of fun, but what struck me was the amount of people just there to dance!
Free parking! The venue is nice, but the software can be a little confusing to use. Drinks are all $10 and up
Glad there’s a place where I could finally try VR, great drinks, good location, staff was really helpful about gameplay: what more do you need?! Worth checking out no doubt.
The actual bar is awesome. Decor is cool, wait times are long but worth it. However, one of the employees let some of her friends who just came in grab a room when we were first in the queue and had been waiting for 30 minutes. Then another group got ahead of us. The other employee was a nice enough dude, albeit high the whole time lol. Overall, a great addition to Atlanta but its poorly run and managed and thats a shame because it deserves better. Make sure you ride them about getting a room or you may not get one at all despite what they say about texting you when something is ready.
They know how to “take” the reservation. But then you show up on time only to learn the entire venue is booked for a film crew, thus demolishing your entire pre-planned evening with 12 people longing for a new local activity. And we drove from an hour away.
Staff was very helpful its $20 per 30 minutes for a playing room... However the room is kind of small and limits your ability to play the games. Also all the games single player It would be nice to play games together.
Such an amazing idea for adult entertainment. VR games, great drinks and an amazing DJs!
Great vibe. Really good music and drinks. And you can play VR games with friends. Affordable if you bring a group!
Unique concept tucked off of Ponce. We did a work happy hour here. Was generally well received. Decent bar for those who didnt play.
Ill admit, I was hesitant at the idea of VR but this place freaking phenomenal. And guess whos going to Best buy to buy a VR headset? Me. Also the Korean BBQ jerky hits the spot
Showed up only to be turned away. They cancelled our reservation without warning. So rude. I bet they serve warm beer too.... and I bet you can get a nasty fungus from those goggles... but I’ll never know.
Unexpectedly one of best kept secrets in alanta different fun and inexpensive. Im going back soon!!
Excellent at.osphere and music. Actual upbeat bar with a great mix of people.
Awesome place. Great vibe. I brought a friend from Super Hipster Portland, and he loved it. Way ahead of the curve.
