Just like the movie from ATL it was definitely popping there even during the covid-19

This place was cool however if you sit in the food court you will freeze to death..Due to a super-wide vent that blows out cold air. Food is good, but due to the vent was unable to enjoy it. Bring your winter coat and hat!

I saw this place on the movie ATL always wanted to visit it I finally did back in March 2020 but since it was COVID shutdown we didn’t go in we just took pictures outside. The GPS too ya right there I didn’t have any problem finds it. The lights look so cool at night. There is also a Popeyes chicken in the front if you want a snack we didn’t eat there but we did use the restroom which was clean.

Always lit when I go (Sunday night) Decent selection of music. Make sure you go early because parking and the building fills up quick. The snack bar has a nice selection of food. Admission/skate rental is a decent price! There’s so many nice looking people in attendance as well. I love watching the groups skate/dance together. No drama either you can have a good time.

This place was fun! I came all the way from Columbus, Ohio to skate here! The whole vibe was nice. Will definitely be coming back!

The skating rink is decent but not economical for a family to have a snack while skating. Too expensive for the urban parents especially during this time with so many unemployed but want their children to have some fun, outside the house.

I am all about supporting black owned . But this place is over charging the people. They charge to park in the parking lot, which makes no since too me. I went to an event at cascade, which someone else hosted, and they charged to park . I feel they are just taking advantage of skaters at this point. So I done with this place.

Best Skating Ring in America Growing Up When I first moved to the South I was Discriminated as a paying customer for quitting my job there about 3 weeks ago couldn’t get past security that’s not how you conduct business...

I grew up coming here but I wont be coming back because now they charge money just to park, which is extremely stupid. Theyre literally busting their customers. If Im coming to spend money at the venue, I shouldnt have to pay to park in the parking lot.

I love cascade for one its a black owned Vet establishment. The music and culture of skatinf is incredible and if your a beginner or advanced skater there is a session for everyone. I came to cascade when I first moved to ATL and as a beginner skating it was terrifying as well as embarrassing to fall but as I realized the skaters at cascade are always friendly and ready to help anyone interested in learning. Now as a advanced skater there are a few rules know to all skaters but not beginners1 DO NOT SKATE ON THE OUTER MOST AREA OF THE RINK IF YOU ARE NO EITHER EXPERIENCED OR SKATING FAST YOU WILL BE HIT2 dont be afraid to ask for help3 DO NOT eat or drink on the floor that is a quick way for someone to trip fall or seriously injure themselves4 vibe to the music understand skating is like dancing just with added movement5 HAVE FUN, RELAX, LAUGH, RECORD

Theft is at an all time high here! Something can get stolen and they will not look at cameras or perform any search. My daughter’s phone gets stolen right from beside her and they do nothing. It’s really ashamed how our black people steal for one another!

The customer service here sucks. Everybody has a bad attitude and you have to pay to park. Terrible business practices and bad management.

Armed security at a skating rink? Definitely a first for me. The kids were itching to go skating as we were passing through Atlanta. The actual rink is quite nice. This neighborhood is rough! Youve been warned.

The cashier girl was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I expected to have a fun night with my friends and she ruined the whole experience with her attitude. I understand this is her means of funding for her hair extensions but being unkind is not the way to go. Only the food at this place made it better. I will never come back.

The rude black cashier lady (obviously ) had a attitude. Good thing the black man security had more than enough customer service and patience to help us out. He was more than helpful.

We went as an ending to my daughters sweet 16 celebration, so I had a large group of high schoolers, they overly enjoyed themselves and I appreciated the fact that it wasnt overly expressive especially with me paying for their entrance and food. Would definitely do this again

Perfect retro skating location

Had so much fun. A lot of little ones though so I had to really watch my mouth while I was out there. Lol. But it was designed for families so I cant even complain. Glad I finally went.

Good Cardio... Nice Clean Fun For The Family, They Even Offer Adult Only Nights. If you have your own skates bring them, the rentals arent comfortable. Decently priced snack bar.

I took my 10 year old son skating with me on a Saturday. We enjoyed the crowd and the music. Not too crowded. However there was no arcade as it seemed according to the write up. That would be a great addition.

Heard about cascade for years, and I finally had the opportunity to go. Best skating experience of my life! Wednesday night adult skate. Some of the best skaters on the planet. DJ was on point!

This review is for the food: if you can’t manage to get wings and frozen pizzas out in under an hour there’s a problem. That’s really unacceptable. The place wasn’t super packed, and the line wasn’t crazy long, so I can’t understand why everything took SO long (I heard several others complaint about waiting around/over an hour for their food as well). I’d come back to skate, but I would NEVER order food here again.

Super fun! Its a chill place to go with friends or a date. The skaters are amazing!

Horrible experience!! I’m so disappointed by the unprofessional staff. We waited in line over 50 minutes. Right while we were towards the front of the line, the security guard yells that everyone should move to a second line. There were easily over 150 people in line. People rushed to the second line, while I stood there shocked that they would practically put us to the back of the line. I very kindly asked the security guard if there were any accommodations for people who were towards the front and he said “it doesn’t matter”. AWFUL! Smelled like urine and had alcohol bottles outside as well. Not to mention, there were TWO bus loads of people that were dropped off in the front and got to go inside (laughing and taking videos of the long line they didn’t have to go to). Everyone that was with me will be leaving reviews of their ONE STAR experience.

Just came from there and on the website it says theyre open today.. christmas... they decided to post on their intagram that they are not open only 1 hour before thwy were supossed to open.. i came feom snellville just to skate for my birthday amd they never showed up.. i omly found out that it was on instagram from a fellow patron waiting in the parkinglot. There were at lease 15 cars in the parkinglot excluding the 4 that i came with-which included 10 people. We are very upset because we knew that nothing would be open because its Christmas, so we were happy to see that they would be open..... except they werent.. FUDGE!!!!

We went on Teen Night which was cool. It wasnt to crowded I was able to skate and didnt fall once. A great place parents to Go with your kids and hangout.

Very fun! You have to pay to park so be aware, thats on top of entry. They play some of the best hip hop music! Makes for a great atmosphere!

Bathrooms are not clean, place is old and it seems there isnt very much investment into maintenance. Roller skates are good. Customer service is not the best, but if you are looking for a spot to just skate and have a bit of fun this is an option they have great lighting and sound system. They have plenty of parking spots. Maybe a place for a family night!

Nice place to get away and relax. $5 entry, $4 skate rental, music was really good and a place for people of all ages. They have instructors that are willing to teach beginners to people looking to advance.

Ive been going to the place since middle school. This place is the bomb. I love to attend on adult night. It is a bit much when the teens are there. Despite that Cascade is the place to be. The restrooms smell but what do you expect due to the fact that they constantly have a crowd.

Its funny Ive lived in Georgia all my life and it was my first time to skate at the historical landmark of Cascade skating rink. It was fun, my son went for a birthday party and he had a blast. They have the most recent music and they have the awesome races. The staff are friendly, but one thing I would like to happen is that it should be more of them because they a little short staff when it comes to concessions.
