His original pictures taken decades ago are featured there and are a special type of global art. I tasted 6 wines: 3 reds and 3 whites. I settled did red wine with my lamb meal. It was very good! The interior designs here is like home, with couches inside and even outside at the pool. And there’s library to have a glass of wine while reading!LIBRARYFor a soul like me, reading is living. They have a large library by the fire place featuring cozy so fast and chairs with tables, lots of books to read, and a pool view, all complimented by art and soft-white lighting. I just want to move in and stay there all day every day reading.BATHROOMSWhat? Bathrooms deserve special attention?! Yes! There’s art in each toilet. It’s funny and very interesting. Where else do you find decorated toilet spaces? These people poured their hearts into every detail!PARKINGFree and plentiful outside parking.I haven’t seen the rooms because I was at FIA but hope that my pictures will help you. This hotel is perfectly situated to enjoy the best that Atlanta has to offer. In the middle of Buckhead but it feels secluded. The interior design is resplendent, and the hotel staff offered my wife and I the best service weve had in recent memory from ANY business establishment. Great for couples trips. Special thanks to Christian who welcomed us on our first day. Cant wait to come back after the pandemic for another stay!

My new favorite ATL hotel in Buckhead. The ENTIRE place is absolutely gorgeous! The rooms & showers are amazing. The decor is something to go for, even if you just enjoy the bar or restaurant. Everywhere you look, including bathroom is just beautiful!! The staff is extraordinary...from front desk, house keeping, maintenance, restaurant and bar...EVERYONE is amazing and so personable. My favorite is Christian at the front desk. Top notch!! Cant wait to go back. AND EVERYTHING IS OPEN (pool, bar, restaurant...no excuses like other area hotels). - stephanie

The hotel decor is was very lovely! My room was clean and cool. The front desk staff and bar staff were super nice and informative. The only thing that should be improved is the selection of liquor. The hotel didnt have the liquors required for my drinks. Also, hotels.com failed to mention the $35 nightly fee to park. Other than that, my stay was great

This is a very nice property and the staff is very accommodating. I had the pleasure of encountering Niko during my stay. She is professional, courteous, and very pleasant. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The restaurant is very popular. I would definitely recommend this property. I will be back!!!

This Hotel is elegant, extravagant, eclectic, and energizing. Its warm and comforting as well. You can tell there was great intent in choosing every piece of furniture, painting, window covering, and book. The vibrant colors on the wall gave the hotel an old Hollywood feel. There were vintage, gold rolling carts to help you transport your luggage to the room. The staff was kind, gracious, helpful, and efficient. The food from the restaurant was stellar. Prepared with expertise. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom had a clean modern design. There was also a vintage feeling to the room produced by the lighting. Mostly, it makes you feel at home. I came to Atlanta for a long day of medical consultations. When I got to the hotel, I was immensely happy to find everything I needed was there and SO much more. To the owners, well done. *For those wondering, no I was not paid to write this. I have nothing to gain from doing this. I believe you celebrate excellence when you encounter it. Also, thank you to Bria and Lindsey for all of your kindness.*

I came here after a bad experience at a different hotel and let’s just say this hotel exceeded my expectations! From the concierge, to the bar and the restaurant, the room service, and just everything! I was blown away. And the rooms... oh my gosh just beautiful exactly like the pictures plus 100% better definitely staying at this hotel when I go to Atlanta again.

I stayed one Friday night and had a good experience. Check in was fast, the room was new and clean. Nice bathroom and fancy soaps! The bed and pillows were just right. I’m not a night owl, so when the people staying next door started partying with music and kids having fun at 10:30, I asked to be moved to a different room. The gentleman at the desk was accommodating and didn’t make me feel like I was asking for too much! I really appreciated that! In the morning I got up early and went for a run in the surrounding neighborhoods. The price I was quoted when I made the reservation was $150 for a king room, but by the time they add tax, fees, and parking and then refund the incidentals deposit, it ended up costing $190ish. $35 for parking while the valet is not in service seems like a lot. All of the employees had on masks, but few of the other guests did the same.

My rental car was broken into with the window busted out. Parking was $35 per night in a parking lot connected to the property, they have security, and a million cameras on the building facing the parking areas but I guess they were not working just as security wasn’t. I learned at 10 am by hotel staff that my rental was broken into but a guest stated she heard the car alarms around 4am. It was not reported to me until 10 am. Hotel staff was very helpful but offered nothing in return I had to call a repair and was prepared to pay out of pocket but wasn’t able to get it fixed because the repair company did not have the right window in stock, I had to place a claim on my insurance. I’m unhappy because the owner and manger stated there was nothing they would do( outside of refunding the parking) I wasn’t looking for a free weekend but they could have offered a drink credit to the bar or dinner at they restaurant seeing I missed brunch with my family waiting on the repair company. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the front desk value guests but with my vehicle and another broken into with busted windows, I’d question safety and upper management!

Incredible property ! Looks like a $20 Million Dollar property. The individuals that worked there were incredibly professional and very helpful. My wife and I had a date night at the property. We utilized their shuttle to take us to dinner at Fogo de Chao then we were picked up and back to the hotel. Great experience.

Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. Marquis checked us in and greeted us. He was very pleasant and nicely groomed. The staff was dressed really nice. We dinned around the hotel and Marquis told us about their shuttle service that goes in a 2 mile radius for free. This was unexpected but very pleasant. It was a nice shuttle van. The Driver Craig was just as nice, courteous and well groomed.The rooms were very clean and modern. The shower was a nice size with sliding doors and enough room to do a 360. I find some hotels have very small showers and you can barley move in them. Here I had no trouble. The atmosphere was wonderful and I will be returning here. Best experience in Atlanta and I’m from Tennessee.

Best stay in Atlanta yet!!! Ive been down to this area several times in the last few month, each time staying at a different property. This one was by far the best I stayed at. It has been recently renovated and re-branded and they did a very nice job aesthetically. The staff was by far the best part of the stay though. They were very kind and accommodating.

Let me first start by saying I really like the decor of this hotel and how the owners added their own personal touches which made it feel welcoming. Once you check-in run to the bar and ask for Neishta. She was extremely friendly and her product knowledge was spot on. Make sure you asked her to make you one of their Manhattans, they put a little spin on the classic and it is delicious. I totally forgot the name of the drink but it has a pecan finish. She suggest the salmon and again she was right. I am really picky when it comes to my food and it was prepared perfectly.I think this will be my new spot.

Yelp suggested this place to me and boy was it spot on. First off the service is on point. The hostess Abby was so outgoing and insightful and our server Breanna was on top of things the whole night. The real star was the food. Everything was mouth watering and delicious. The must try is the pork belly and grits appetizer, which caused us to scrape every drop of it out of the bowl. To top it all off FREE valet parking, which in ATL is a must; just dont forget a few dollar bills for tipping.

Positive: The room was super nice and super clean! We love this hotel, its where we always stay when we come to Atlanta, even though they changed there name. The hotel was already nice, but its like Super nice. We love it there! Negative: There was no ice machine on the floor, you had to go to the restaurant on the main floor to get ice. One of the lamps in the room didnt work.

The new Burgess Hotel is a must-stay at. It’s immediately charming and has an extremely eclectic ambience, filled with personal touches to make your stay perfect. I loved spending time at the bar on my nights in; its sleek design, coupled with its helpful and charismatic bartenders, always made for a fun time. The rooms are more than comfortable and the beds made for a heavenly sleep. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Atlanta.

This is a great place to stay. Newly constructed soo you can see the rooms and decor modern.They have compulsory valet car check-in which is very weird as they cost extra $35 for 24 hours these charges don’t show up on the websites. They don’t provide any breakfast or microwave ovens as they have restaurant downstairs they ask us to pay $14/ person for breakfast.I m not sure how to conclude but the price you see on the website while booking is not the final price there are many charges internal when you check in.

Very nice upscale vibe. Im not easily impressed but this property impressed me. Only minor thing is water pressure was low in my sink faucet but that is miniscule.

I havent stayed overnight, but their neighboring event last night was so much fun. The complimentary drinks and appetizers were on point. Every single employee we encountered had excellent customer service. Everyone was so sweet and made sure we had a great time.

I cant say enough good things... This past weekend my husband and I were supposed to be arriving in London for our honeymoon. Since we obviously couldn’t go we decided to stay at the Burgess in their UK themed suite to bring London to us.⁣The staff at The Burgess went so above and beyond our highest expectations. Starting by expediting the room’s completion date to that weekend so we could stay there (they were deep cleaning and re-doing some of the rooms due to COVID), to greeting us with sincere excitement and congratulations, to every single staff member coming up to us in the lobby to wish us congratulations and “happy honeymoon” (showing how well the team communicated our arrival and the reason for our stay), to learning how to make a specific cocktail just for me to helping our friends surprise us with wine... Mr. Burgess even came to introduce himself and welcome us to his hotel. I speak for both my husband and myself when I say that this weekend was one of the best hospitality experiences we’ve had in Atlanta (or anywhere else for that matter) and we will DEFINITELY be returning for future staycations. Every detail of our stay was intentionally crafted and thought through, and we couldn’t have been more in awe. ⁣⁣Burgess staff, you have made life long fans out of the Bartletts and we can’t thank you enough for the perfect weekend retreat. ⁣⁣To anyone who needs a place to get away, whether you’re an Atlantan or you’re coming to the city to visit, there is no excuse good enough to not stay here. Found bed bugs in my bed !!! And when I decided to tell the hotel about it they pretty much made it seem like I made it up. Very very disappointed the place looks amazing staff was nice Overall very very dissatisfied

Went for dinner. Food was wonderful and service amazing. The renovations in this small hotel are lovely. The library off the bar invites you to curl up with coffee or liqueur after dinner. Cant wait to try breakfast or lunch.

What an amazing addition to the Buckhead scene! We loved the ambiance from the minute we stepped inside the ‘lobby’. You must experience this place yourself and have your out of town guests stay there.

This is a cool little spot close to everything in Buckhead. From the time I got there to leaving everyone made sure my stay enjoyable. Christopher Jackson at the valet was awesome.

The hotel is under renovations and the rooms are a nice size. The continental breakfast could be better. I stayed at this hotel before and the breakfast was phenomenal, but do understand they are making some adjustments. The downside is there is no microwave in the room.

Positive: Location. Negative: I left expensive headphones in the room and called later that day I checked out to ask if they would hold them for me. They told me that the room cleaner was no longer working there and that they didnt have them. There was nothing they could do.

Positive: The hotel is almost done being renovated and it is beautiful! The staff were very friendly and the food in Fia was delicious! It is in a quiet little enclave not far from all the hustle and bustle of Uptown Buckhead. Definitely worth a stay! Negative: The only problem I had was the failure to get my dinner on my bill which the manager assisted with in a timely fashion before my checkout.

I was really pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The pics online appear more old dated, regular looking. In person it was quite sufficient and clean. I booked it due to the traveling with a friend on more of a budget, however I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast is very good. The room, not spectacular, but clean and no problems. I’ve stayed in a lot of places and would highly recommend. Front desk very pleasant. I would say if you don’t want kids to touch the chains that are hanging in the lobby, replace them or take them down, like putting candy in their faces. Good stay, very pleased.

We had a very uncomfortable stay. The hotel is under construction and I was not informed of this until the moment I was checking in. So coming in and unwinding from the flight was not going to happen because construction hours were 9-6:30pm daily! The bathroom was so dirty It looks like only fresh towels were put in. Floor and toilet were disgusting!

Hotel is located in a nice area but on a busy road. Found the staff extremely helpful & the breakfast served is lovely, especially having a chef prepare your omelette the way you like. The hotel is extremely close to Lenox Square mall & downtown Atlanta, where you can visit many attractions, such as the Martin Luther KIng Museum & aquarium. Unfortunately had to change my room which was located on the 2nd floor due to cooking smells from the kitchen, which permeated the entire floor. Also noted the bedroom windows can be extremely dangerous for young children - when fully opened, a child can easily climb through it by using the air conditioner as leverage.

It was under construction but they were very accomidating for that.

Great staff. Sadly the room was very tired. Needed roller blind fixed every day. Would have liked eggs options for breakfast. Great location. As we did not have a car we really appreciated the shuttle service.

Room clean but had a damp musty smell, housekeeping came to spray, didnt work, checked out next day. Tub looked dingy, manager said it had been resurfaced, it was literally two tones of beige. I asked if they were all like that, they offered to show me another room, tub was the same and room smelled same.

The staff were excellent, the room was clean and the pool was well kept. Breakfast could have been a bit better though - little choice.

This hotel is very nice, however there is no valet parking or a secure lot and $35 for parking is ridiculous.

Negative: There are NO microwaves in the hotel and you have to go to the front for ice. Another biggie is the $35 per night parking fee especially when on the weekends all the spaces were taken up due to visitors at the hotel restaurant & no valet. WHY charge??
