Paid $800 for a one night event including security. When we took a tour of the place the AC wasn’t working and the guy told us that he would have it fixed before the event. A day or two after the tour of the place he told my team that they couldn’t get anyone out in time and that he would have huge fans put out so it wouldn’t be so hot. The day of the show not only was the AC not working the more people we had the hotter it got and the fans weren’t doing us justice. Security we paid for didn’t show up and the guy told us that he would reimburse us the security money. We found a dead rat in the corner while cleaning up after. When we asked for the security money back he told us that he wouldn’t refund the money. I do not recommend this place to anyone unless he fixed the AC and cleans this place up. Also provide your own security.

Rented the space which he double booked. Had people walking through my party with pants hanging off their butts. Very unprofessional ! Wont be using that space again!
