Well maintained community pool. You must have a pool pass, so it prevents overcrowding. They keep it extremely clean and the lifeguards are focused on their surroundings. I wish the shades area was just a little larger.

Cute park but not very many small children play areas but does have baby swings.

Used to live here before we moved to Eagle Springs and my daughter took over our home in the Trails. We bought the home 31 years ago, and it has never flooded where we own the home there on Skewen. Neighbors are friendly and the pool is clean and has a small place for parties. Great place to live.

I wish the pool was open longer after School starts, there are at least 2 more hot months the pool would be used. The park is well maintained.
