Our family had a fabulous experience last weekend crafting glass plates at Glasshead Studio. The owner, Lisa, guided us expertly through our first experience with this art form (a holiday gift from our son). So much family fun!Lisa was a joy to learn from, and had a lovely, comfortable and inspiring workshop for us to settle into, with abundant supplies of colorful glass and glass-making tools. She was supportive of our efforts in all ways possible. Not only was the process of making the plates a wonderful experience, but our plates turned out great--we couldnt be more pleased with them.I highly recommend Lisa and her studio for its wide variety of exciting, satisfying artistic adventures for all skill levels. Lisa also has a lovely collection of affordable glass art for sale -- great gift opportunities with the added benefit of supporting local artists.

Enjoyed my experience at Glasshead Studio making these fused glass earrings. It was my first time working at the studio. Lisa was very helpful and introduced me to dichroic glass. Looking forward to going back to make a matching pendant!
