We where just taking the kids out for pizza and got a Halloween Treat. They had a wonderful Halloween party set up for anyone who showed up. They not only had great pizza. The service was great as well. They really made a difference in our childrens Halloween experience this year with their decorations, treats and costume contest. Thank you!

Food was great. Games worked. Not many prizes for lower ticket values. Will come again for food only.

TERRIBLE buffet!! They had 3 or 4 pizzas out, and they did not look fresh. Our change was wrong. The manager even found the mistake. It was a very, very small amount, but he didnt offer to refund it.

Everything is outdated and half the games just take the tokens and quit working. Could be a really nice place if theyd take care or update some things. The food was good though and very clean

They let you order any pizza that they have ingredients for. Love this place and so does kids. Games need to be updated and fixed though.

We visit Mr. Gattis often and have had several birthday parties there. Staff is friendly and willing to assist u in any way. The only draw back is the rooms for birthdays are crowded with too many tables in a small area. I think they could take one table and chairs out, making room on both sides of the tables that remain. Just saying.

Its a all you can eat. Why is there never any food on the bar . The salad bar was dirty and the dressing contains were disgusting. It wasnt busy but had a small crowd . Just saying I prefer the Ashland way better.

The closing manager was nice enough, but I swear this place made me feel like I was in the twilight zone... would let me order a pizza to go, but not drinks??? Really?! Also, cant buy a salad to go neither... once I got back to the hotel, the pizza dough wasnt cooked long enough... on the bright side, my 19 month old loved the spaghetti

Got there around 11:40am. Everything was fresh. Food was good and regularly restocked, restaurant was clean, and all the games we tried worked. This was my first visit to a Mr. Gattis, but I would definitely come back.

Not crouded at all for my granddaughter birthday party it was great

Not much to choose from on the cold bar or hot buffet. My Daughters wanted 2 different pizzas neither of which were on the buffet. We were told one request per party, after we had already paid. I chose Gattis so they could have what they want. We got our plates and went on to the buffet where they had 3 half eaten pizzas. I brought in hungry kids and of course they devoured that and wanted more. In the meantime were waiting for more pizza to be made, Im trying to put together a salad from the salad bar. I managed to just do without the lettuce it was wilted, black in spots and kind of runny. I noticed several people going up to the buffet waiting for pizza. Their was a group in there for a kids birthday party. They put one pizza out. Cheese. Nothing else on the hot buffet. No desserts. No appetizers. One cheese pizza.Maybe 5 minutes later, pepperoni pizza. Were still waiting for the BLT pizza my daughter requested. These pizzas are being scooped up as soon as they put them down. Another cheese pizza came out. I hear the manager yell for ranch and I knew it was probably for the BLT pizza. I told my daughter her pizza was about done. She got up there and brought back one slice. I asked why she didnt get two after waiting so long for that pizza. That was all that was left she said. When asked if they could make another we were, again, told only one request per party. By this time wed already been there too long. Well, long enough for me to hear the entire story the staff was telling the manager about a fight he had gotten into. He told it with such detail. I was really getting into that story, but had kids to tend to. It was time to go.

The best hot ham and cheese!! Came in from Columbus and had a family gathering!! Loved it.

We showed up later in the evening with a very large group but the management and staff treated us great and tried to take care of all our needs. The food was still fresh and delicious. While the nearby Gatti-land is much larger with a bigger buffet selection and many more games to play this location was a nice change of pace. I would highly recommend it!

Very enjoyable experience! Had pizza buffet and it includes drink, pasta, salad, pizza bar for one price. And even soft serve ice cream for dessert! Yummy!

The pizza was good. They made whatever you wanted and they didnt have the TV on sports.

No. Never going back. I dont like writing bad reviews but when the food is older than yesterday, and its supposed to be a buffet there should be more than 2 types of pizza to choose from. Not to mention you got to have lettuce to make a salad... Worst place I have found in a long time.. Ill go elsewhere.

The buffet was horrible, the cheese bread was hard, the pizza looked as if theyd been out for hours. I had a mediocre salad only. My husband and son tried multiple foods that were inedible ( dried out pizza & pasta). Multiple People asked for fresh specific pizzas, so we waited for fresh none were put out after asking multiple times. I understand that youre not a large buffet as the Gatti land & did not expect it to be huge amounts of food but fresh food and cleanliness would have went a long way with us.

Bad, bad, bad place. Dont wasnt your money. They only had two pizzas and they were cold. The salad bar is only a foot wide. And yet they still charge the same amount as every other gattis. and one of the workers hope the pizza with her finger and ask what kind that was. Nasty. Theres one in Ashland and in Portsmouth Ohio that are way better.

Portsmouth one is good, this one is a smaller buffet, and witnessed the staff touch testing on the buffet with no gloves. Was not a fan.

Love taking my kids here it is smaller and more private but always good food and games for the kids plus their bday party packs are nice they just need a little tweeking but other than that great family oriented place t he restrooms,dining area and game area are always clean and well kept and never had any problems with staff

This is where we usually have our sons birthday parties. Its very affordable. You order a party package with pizza, drinks & some tokens. If you need another pizza just order another! People dont have to pay for a buffet like at Mr. Gattis in Ashland. I understand some people cant afford to do that just to get into a birthday party. We always have fun here and the pizza is pretty good!

We had my 8year olds birthday party here, he had tons of fun and the price was very reasonable, food was yummy too, friendly staff as well, highly recommend!

Food is always great and the staff are always welcoming. Great place to eat and to take your children for good food, and good family fun in the gameroom

Pizza sauce is spicy and cold.

Doesnt have as much food on the bar as gattiland they dont clear your tables as fast as gattiland but it wasnt to bad could use different kinds of pizza besides cheese and sausage.

Buffet is hardly ever fresh anymore.. Especially dinner time..

Good werkday deals. Good pizza snf salad bars.

Pizza was wrong and it had all kinds of bubbles in it and it fell flat and dry.

Always clean and love that they have a salad bar... but could use more of a variety of pizzas offered and when on lunch you dont have time for them to make something you would request and icecream should be more solid instead of coming out already melted

I was not impressed with anything except the price was reasonable. The pizza was not very good & for a buffet, I would think they would have more pizzas out at one time. The employees were nice & polite, but that is the only positive thing.

Pizza bar is self-serve and always full. Free drink refills and salad. Kinda crowded. Kids play area is old but has Skee-ball. Birthday party room is spare. Bad need of upgrade.

They have a very good Buffett at all times of the day. A great place to take your children. A very friendly atmosphere. Very polite, kind, helpful workers. My little girl didnt have enough tickets to get a prize that she really wanted and one of the workers was very helpful and let her slide anyways. My little girl was very upset at first then when the worker let her slide on a few tickets and get her prize anyway my little girl couldnt have been any happier at that moment. I thought that was very nice of him to make her day and make her happy and smile. I would most definitely recommend anyone to go here if you want a great place to take the family for a fun night out.
