I came with my husband on 1/11/2020, it was our first escape room and it was amazing. We didn’t really know what to expect and we were blown away. The details and puzzles were so much fun. We will definitely be back :-)

Ive been to a lot of escape rooms. This is one of the best. Ive been through 3 rooms here. This review is based on experiences in all three.1. The rooms are very well done. The decor helps the experience feel immersive. These rooms feel like real places and not decorated boxes.2. There is a mix of low and high tech. The focus is on puzzle and not tedious tasks. Of the three rooms weve tried, Ive never felt like I was doing busy work. I dont enjoy more than a couple of combo locks and I dont consider straight up math problems to be good escape room material. These rooms didnt go overboard with combo locks. (We did the mansion, jail break and asylum.)3. The staff improved the experience. They seemed to care and helped make the experience fun.Bottom line: Id go back and try another.

After doing 3 escape rooms in Pigeon Forge, we decided to try the local Tri-State Escape. We had a group of 4 and the experience was awesome. The rooms we did (Escape from Egypt and Captians Curse) were surprisingly and impressively detailed. It really submerged you into the theme of the rooms. The price was great, for $25 the experience was worth more than that. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for legitimate escape game. We plan on going back soon!

If you are looking for something unique, challenging, and fun for the whole family Tri-State Escape is definitely for you. There 5 different games to choose from that CAN be solved, but the team has to work together and come into it with an open mind. Lot of fun. Highly recommended. Great staff and customer service.

I love the fact that you can go and have fun as a family and put your minds together to try and figure out the puzzles and riddles that are presented in the games

Staff was great. Room had some neat things. More I Spy than actual riddles.

WAY TO MUCH MONEY, $10 would of been enough per person. Not enough riddles, too many locks and having to guess. One of the clues was in the other room and had nothing to do with the escape room at all soit was time consuming to find what the they was wanting you to find. Plus it was supposed to be a haunted house nothing scary or ghostly even happened, That part was the biggest let down.

This is a great place for the whole family! The rooms are all fun and challenging! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for something fun and different to do!

Visited the Haunting on Winchester. Great family fun. Would surely recommend for those who like puzzles.

This was so much fun! We did the western themed jail break room and it was a blast! Get your friends and do it at least once! They have a lot of themes
