We did a zip line tour yesterday for my husband’s birthday trip. Our guides, Brandon and Donovan were fantastic! They were fun and engaging. This was my first time zip lining. I’m not great with heights and they put me at ease. Thank you for a great time! HIGHLY recommend.

So many fun things to do!!

A lot of fun for the whole family. The price for the adventure was cheap compared to other parks weve been to and the instructors were great. Hated having to wear a mask though which took away from the fun. Every time my mask would slip off slightly I was scolded but I guess thats where were at right now. All in all it was well worth it. Side note:Asheville has changed folks. Dont go downtown unless youre wearing a mask, even outside. The hippies run the show and will cuss you out for walking outside without one. I will NEVER go to downtown Asheville again

Our group of 8 had an amazing time on the Zipline adventure. Our guides Marz and Donovan were great. They were extremely knowledgeable and eased some of our groups anxiety before beginning. They start you on some smaller lines before moving on to the bigger and better ones. They are also hilarious and had some killer one liners, they are sure to make you laugh. We had a great time and would definitely do it again. If youre apprehensive at all about doing this dont be, by the end, our most apprehensive person was just as eager as everyone else to get to zipping!!!

We decided to do the kids zipline course with our 8 year old son and 6 year old daughter and it was the best family activity we have done. The kids enjoyed the course so much they did it 4 times. The guides and instructors were great and we are planning to come back to do the obstacle course. I would highly recommend this as a family activity.

Spent the day here and loved every minute! The ziplining was amazing, and our guides Brandon and Marz made every second enjoyable. I want to come back again and hopefully zip with those guides! You hand break here, instead of the automatic, which I actually prefer because I feel I have more control. The guides signal you when you need to break, and whether to break harder or softer. Loved every moment!

Friendly staff and so many fun things to do. I also love that they allowed the haunted trail to take place there and raise money for charity

Zipling was so much fun and I enjoyed it. Donovan and Brandon made my experience something to remember. The staff the entire time was amazing.

Our son has enjoyed two weeks of bike camp at KOLO this summer. Fantastic time with great counselors. He enjoyed it so much, he wants to be a counselor in training next year.

My 9 year old enjoyed Kolo bike park camp last week - and he is back this week with his 13 year old sister enjoying Adventure Camp. They are having a blast a rating it a “13” on a scale of 1-10. And kids are honest! Great staff. Safe and social distance friendly. Get outdoors and live life!

Great experience for groups, either family or company groups on a retreat. This was my 1st time. And some parts were harder then I thought but I got through it. They have levels of course (easy-difficult) you can take kids too! My daughter is 13 and can go on the bigger zipline. A fun experience!! I would definitely recommend! (They even do Amazing Race type set ups for larger groups .

Loved that all the kids could participate and could be fairly independent (our group had ages 5-9). Also challenging enough for the more experienced adults in the group.

Our family came to the Asheville area from Virginia for a long weekend in an effort to change up our scenery and give our kids something to look forward to because we had been under our stay-at-home order since mid-March. We decided to do the ziplining tour at Asheville Adventure Center because it gave us a chance to do something as a family outside and it was an activity the kids were really excited about. The folks at Asheville Adventure Center were amazing. Very friendly, with a great customer service attitude. We had our safety training with Jeff, whom I think is the owner, and our ziplining guides were Brandon and Donovan. They were terrific. Very low stress, but also very focused on safety and procedure. We had a very nice time talking with them over the two hours and we cant say enough about how much they added to our enjoyment of the experience. During the ziplining, we all had to wear facemasks because it was not possible to always stay six feet apart during time on the tree platforms but it was not too much of a bother and it actually ended up keeping my face warm because it was cool and breezy up in the trees. We highly recommend this company and will come back to do another activity with them the next time we come to Asheville!

My first time on a zipline and I loved it! I was especially impressed by the safety standards at the Adventure Center. They took time for a training session to ensure all participants could demonstrate basic skills. ANY time a participation was up high, he/she was securely tethered by at least one (usually more) line to a strong cable. But our guides weren’t all business. Their jokes, stories, and little dance/demonstrations added greatly to the super fun experience. So go, zip, laugh and know you are in very safe hands.

I was not prepared for how hard it was but I had a great time. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ill definitely be back!

The folks at the Adventure Center outdid themselves! They went over and beyond to accommodate our reservation as we came all the way up from Charleston with a small baby. Took my girlfriend here for her birthday, and we loved it! First time here and well be back for sure! Staff were so friendly, funny and charismatic! I would highly recommend to anyone for a great fun way to Zipline and see Asheville from new heights!

We take campers there every year for the ropes courses. The staff is friendly and they have different levels of courses for kids and adults. Its also very convenient to Asheville so location wise its better than other spots.

I booked the treetop adventure for me and my son who is 6 1/2 years old. I was more worried about myself than about him. Once we arrived it was obvious that all safety precautions were taken, the staff was professional and friendly, there was plenty of shade and water on site. I truly recommend this experience if you’re in Asheville.

I just went zip lining here a few days ago and it was AMAZING! Not only is the staff helpful, funny and easy going throughout the course but they are what makes the trip. I 100% recommend going zip lining here, especially if it was your first time like it was mine. Alex was one of our guides and he was awesome!

Loved our trip! The scenery was amazing, very easy to clip up the mountain with the Ebikes. Tour guide was excellent.

Despite the chaos of guests checking in the office staff was very well imformed on status of the weather. They were able to activly watch multiple weather raders and and lightning meter to make sure we dont go zap-lining. Good Job office team!

I had such a great time. Our instructors were AWESOME. I cant remember the name of the extremely helpful, exciting, fun small blonde instructor but she rocked! She was full of knowledge and made the adventure twice as fun. Will zip again.

My 17 y/o grandson enjoyed the challenges of the two most difficult courses. He enjoyed analysis of his approach and said he felt safe enough to forget how high he was suspended in the air.

Great place for kids to get aquatinted with zip lining

I recommend the Zipline tour. 11 zips and 3 suspended bridges, with a great view of downtown Asheville. The bike park and Treetops park are pretty cool too.

This place is awesome! We came to Zipline and as a newbie, they really made me feel comfortable and safe. Our guides, Alex and Steven, were absolutely amazing and hilarious! If you’ve never been ziplining before and you want to try it, I would definitely recommend coming here.

We did the Treetops Adventure Park. Its a fair price for what it is (a climbing course). Youll only get 1.5 hours to climb, as there is a large group of strangers with you also getting suited up and climbing on 5 courses - youd be lucky to get in more than 2 courses, if you have small children. We were on our 3rd course when time expired, but the staff is very friendly and allowed us to finish. The staff is top notch! And, yes, youll likely want to shower after the course, before heading to other things. Well go again, but we were expecting to be able to zipline too, as part of this experience. Maybe next time!

I cant hear on a business trip and thoroughly enjoying the zip lines. The Rangers had a great sense of humor and were very patient with all of us in our group.

Had a great time with our guides Sky and Doug!! Very friendly and personable. The zip lines were fun and manageable for any skill level. The only down side was the views were not what I was expecting for the area. That beIng said it was still impressive and a great time!!

I had made a reservation online for the zip line canopy tour, complete with a reservation #. After driving an hour and a half to get there, I was told our reservation was simply just a quote and did not fulfill a spot on the tour. They were extremely unhelpful and claimed there was nothing they could do to add 2 kids to any of the zip line tours for the rest of the day. I do not recommend this company and will not bring my service here anytime in the future.

I went here a few days ago. I have to say I was not impressed with how they ran things. The website and the employees say that you have 2 hours to do the adventure course but by the time you are all geared up and do ground school you only have around an hour and a half. For the cost of this the time you are given is not long enough. I have done plenty of other courses and I normally get 3 hours for this price not including ground school. Overall, the only reason this course is getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because the obstacles were great. They were very challenging and fun.

The Adventure Park has so many activities to choose from, and the staff focusses on making those activities safe and fun. Every detail has been carefully considered so that there are thrills at every turn, but you can be confident that you’re safe (along as you follow the clear instructions of course!)

For being in town this the best zip line and bicycle track Asheville has!

Went on the zip line tour.. it was alright.. it wasnt anything special. You basically go over a golf course and you maybe do like 10 zips but there not long at all. They say its a 3 hour ordeal but for about an hour your learning and another hour sitting around waiting for people to go ahead of you.. 100% not worth $90..that is an insane amount of money for what you get.. I dont know what else they have there but just dont be fooled about the zipline. Oh! The instructors were awesome tho.. so thats why I gave it 3 stars.

Fun...directors need to be more involved w people when hot outside and tell people which levels might scare people!

My review of Asheville Treetops Adventure Park was removed from TripAdvisor since Im a former employee.Here it is:Title: Dont support unsafe businesses!As a former ranger, Ive had some varied experiences. When it comes to interactions with any of the participants Ive never had a bad experience.On the other hand, the staff are being taken advantage of and mistreated at every opportunity by management and the owners. There is no regard for peoples well beings and needs, let alone any common respect or safety.Most work days are about 12 hours long, and due to the fact that the park is ALWAYS understaffed, there is never a good time to take a proper lunch and relax a bit. This potentially affects a rangers judgement, and ability to safely bring someone down from the course. There have been plenty of times when Ive been starving, dehydrated, exhausted, and still been in charge of making sure someone is securely lowered to the ground. This is not a safe situation to be in. If at any point a bad decision is made because the ranger isnt capable of thinking straight, someones life is in danger.On top of that some of the staff are not properly trained to handle the different situations they encounter. Some of them cant even finish all the courses on their own, but since management is so desperate for people they just hire them.Within the 28 days that I was working there I was only able to get 4 days off, which takes its toll on your body. Everyday coming in at 8am and most days leaving as late as 8pm with only 30 minutes for lunch. One day I took lunch at 5pm because we were so understaffed, which means that I was working 9 hours before being able to eat!

Ive gone on the ziplines twice now, and loved the course and our guides!! Great fun!!

My 9 year old son and I had a blast with the ropes courses. We did the Green course and the Yellow course twice. Yellow is quite challenging but a lot of fun (it even has a zipline!).The overall experience was treetastic - well be getting season passes when they become available. Brian and Caleb (sp?) were great and handled people of all experience levels like true pros.I never write reviews, but I cant recommend this enough.
