Had the opportunity to walk the place with a NC native who knew some of the well known family plot names. Worth the trip. Not much parking.

Its a large cemetary with lots of old interesting head stone and it is resting place of author Thomas Wolfe. It also is a known spot for paranormal activity

Interesting place. Quite a few interesting people buried here. The cemetery is quite old and historic. You can the where Thomas Wolfe and OHenry are buried. Some of the tombstones in this cemetery are quite stunning. It is a walk trough history.
