I have worked for SCMG going on four seasons now and have enjoyed every season. Starting out as a regular Lifeguard years ago, I now have the responsibility of managing an entire facility and contributing my skills to other pools under our management. The Regional supervisors are amazing, from the first year I started until present day. They have had and continue to maintain high standards for their employees. Overall this is the perfect company for anyone wanting a summer job they will love!
