Its a clean quite park, somewhat affordable.

I lived in this park for three years and didnt have a single good experience. There is always some sort of issue happening, whether is be a water leak of the landscapers not doing their job properly. The cost of living in this place is outrageous but its 5 minutes from downtown. Apparently thats a good enough reason to charge what they do. They seem to be doing smaller renovations but it definitely isnt enough to stay there. The park manager is a hateful woman who has no idea what her job is or how to do it. Stay away. Stay far away from this place.
