My husband and I visited here when we made a trip to Asheville a couple of weeks ago. It was FANTASTIC! There is so much to see, each piece of art is more beautiful than the next. The staff were so friendly and kind. They were great sports about answering questions about the design and creation process. It was SO cool to get to watch them work and listen to all the details about how they make the art. I cant wait to go back.

This was a great place. Very interesting to watch them making a vase and bowl. A beautiful selection of items for sale and you can special order items also. Staff was very helpful.

A must visit if you like glass art. Huge selection of finished art. The studio is on site so your able to watch glass blowing in action except for Tuesday, day of rest. Billy showed us around entertaining us with a history of their journey. We purchased multiple items and plan to return for more.

Every time were in Ashville we visit Lexington Glassworks. Over the past five years weve seen their shop mature in quality of glass production and presentation of their finished product.Our recent visit was made even better by the assistance of Ann, an employee of nearly three years who knew her stuff and assisted us in making a few purchases for ourselves and some friends.The open glass blowing area is amazing. The vibe in the entire space is chill. Visit once and youll likely visit again.I hope that helps!

Always love this place. To watch them make it in real time is always amazing. Unfortunately due to Covid though they did not serve beer while watching them work their magic.

Fun place to visit and watch glass blowing going on. Informative glass blowers but they are at the same time working, so it is limited demo. Expensive but beautiful glassware.

This was a lovely experience for me and my wife! We really enjoyed the display and the nice lady at the cashier counter was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! The only thing I would ask, is that the ones actually blowing the glass wore microphones or something to amplify their voice so the audience could hear what they were saying. It was still neat to see how the various pieces were made and the amount of effort it took.

I highly recommend visiting Lexington Glassworks. All in our family enjoyed it. Our 13 year old son was fascinated by the demos. Our 15 year old daughter now wants to learn the art of glassblowing. The staff was informative, friendly and helpful. I made some lovely purchases including Christmas gifts.

We stopped here on our anniversary trip & LOVED it. Everything was beautiful. We wish we had the money to buy everything we wanted.

Excellent place for your glass needs I accidentally broke a couple of glass windows in my trailer and took the frames in to it replaced. Excellent customer service. Excellent time to get installed and excellent price. Dont expect same day service though because they are a full service glass installation business

I have never seen anything like before in my life. The artist creates amazing glass blown pieces right in front of you and explain all the steps. There is bar on the side for visitors and factory also serves as a gallery where you can buy their creations. It was so cool watching it. They offer the viewing free, one can donate if they wish to support their work.

Lexington Glassworks is an amazing place to visit in Asheville. Not only can you marvel at the beautiful works of art on display, there is a demonstration area where artisans show and explain the step-by-step process of this mesmerizing skill. Worth a trip from just about anywhere!

The selection of glass pieces here is quite vast, with an array of bowls, vases, ornaments, and other beautiful works on display/sale. In the center of the shop (and, generally, the attention of the visitors) is the glass blowing studio itself, on display and often featuring live demonstrations from the artists, who are always friendly and happy to answer questions.This is always one of my destinations when visiting this lovely city, both to see what new pieces are on display as well as to see if/how the artists process has changed.

Very awesome glass work. When we happened by they were doing a live demonstration which was amazing to see. The actual pieces are pretty expensive but if you have the money they have beautiful stuff.

This is such a special place to visit. Walking into the shop is a huge selection of beautiful blown glass. Beyond the glass you can watch the talented glassblowers create their art. Its really incredible to experience.

We were able to watch these masters create a beautiful blown glass platter from scratch. Amazing works of art on display and for sale.

Its so WONDERFUL to be able to observe the art and also see their finished works in the same place! A lost art form especially at this level of quality. The prices on the items for sale are very reasonable starting at $40 and up

A welcoming casual spot. The glass craftsmen explained their art and how they learned it. Spent over an hour here + bought several small beautiful keepsakes. I look at them every day + remember wonderful Ashville!

Really cool place to get some custom glass. They do a nice demo of them making something, its interesting to see. Plus they have a bar at the back to grab a drink while they mesmerize you with their glass making skills. Prices are a bit steep for me, but it was still cool to just see everything they made. Would definitely go back if I was in the area.

One of the coolest places we visited in Asheville. It gives you a sense of why blown glass is so expensive, the labor is extensive per item, and not necessarily intuitive for observers. That said be prepared to part with your wallet to possess some of this art. Im still considering.

Beautiful glass work, art. The staff was great and Anne was very patient with us and helped us mix and match different pieces.

We were visiting Asheville and met some friends for some drinks. The guys had beer and the girls had cocktails. We had our kids in tow so they had sodas and hot dogs to keep them occupied. We noshed on the mac n cheese and had a nice time. Cool bar, nice people. They have outdoor seating but it was a bit hot out so we sat inside.

An engaging display of glass blowing by knowledgeable individuals in the art. The beer makes the experience all the better. Most of all the pieces on display in the structure are beautiful are offer alot of variety.

Well stocked gallery with pieces ranging from $10 into the thousands. You can take a small to medium case home for under $100. Beautiful work. Check it out.

This is one of our favorite places to bring friends and family when they come visit us in Asheville! There are multiple glass-blowing exhibits each day. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions about the process. The glasswork, itself, is amazing! You will be hard-pressed to find higher quality glass anywhere in the country!

Amazing blown glass artwork here. Demonstrations by master crafts-folk are especially interesting. You can watch a project from start to finish just feet away from the action. There is a craft beer bar here as well. A must visit for anyone in the area. Really great staff.

We got to watch them work on several pieces. It was memorizing! Dont suggest summer time visit, its HOT in there with those stoves burning. Artwork is beautiful & for sale.

Really cool spot. Bar in the back where you can get a drink, and watch the glassblowers create unique pieces right in front of you. They will talk to you while working, and answer questions if you have them.The front of the shop serves as an art gallery/shop, with lots to look at, and everything is purchasable. They also have events to attend throughout the year. If you are in Asheville and want a chill artsy environment to hang out, this is a good spot.
