Not only was the art absolutely amazing inside this studio but the atmosphere was incredibly inviting. After stumbling in we were greeted by Jun, the artist. He gave us a personal tour of his gallery and we were in awe. The pieces ranged from practical, tea pots, to beautiful statement art pieces. If you’re visiting Asheville and are looking for pieces to take home as souvenirs do yourself a favor and stop by Gallery 101 and meet the artist. If you’re looking for a gift for someone special to you, please, again 101 is the perfect gallery. We will be going again and we are excited to see what new pieces Jun will create.

Small but a huge inspirational place. All the pieces of Jun’s work has meaningful stories behind it and that will blow everyone’s mind. Must go and get one of his work for your collection! I have one of his work and that’s my number one asset:) love love love his work️

Jun has professional, unique art. This CANNOT be replicated by any other person. It is soooo beautiful. I like his tea set the best personally!!

One of the most unique galleries in the city, small gallery tucked away in plain sight, making it a pleasant surprise. Great for anyone interested in contemporary or turn of the century ceramics along with fun art pieces.
