Michaels is one of the few stores that still has a decent amount of Halloween stuff (most have moved to Christmas). When we found out that our items were not part of the 40% off sale, the manager directed the cashier to give us the sale price on the items. I plan to go back for my next party or crafting need.

Cheap jewelry making materials. Necklace cord BROKE on me while I was in line. Ill bring my business to a place with quality products. I cannot sell this quality to my customers. However, nice employees.

I remember I use to look at this store all the time and didnt care much about it until now, my son has been working on some projects for his school and this store has become the #1 supplier for us, we basically find everything he needs for all his projects here, good prices and normally well stocked, plus you can always use the coupons they send you all the time and save some money and one of the things that I care about the most is customer service, so far the staff has always been really nice and helpful everytime we need them and that makes a huge difference and shopping experience at any store.

Very friendly and helpful store. Its allergies than the other michaels in belmar and packed a few things we were needing to buy. If you need a quick popular craft item this is a great store, but dont expect it to have any select items or some of the more obscure crafts like needle felting.

Always like the variety at these stores, but they had quite the long line all the way wrapped around. They did get us all through as best they could, but they could definitely use more staff.

Really busy. Very congested store and people didnt follow right of way in aisle so made for more congestion. Line took about 30 minutes to check out. Only two cashiers. Mornings may be better than afternoons

Im a longtime fan of Michaels but had never been to this one. Staff was really nice and they have a great selection. Prices are a little high but I always find a coupon first.

I looking Into getting some arcade signs framed, but was not sure at all what I wanted, just that I wanted them framed. The framing options here are dizzying. The framer who helped me, Kaitlyn, was amazing. She made it seem easy, asked me some questions and the next thing I know she had put something together that was incredible. She was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend her to anyone.

I knit. They have good yarn. Their instore pickup is fast and efficient. The prices are good when I want to make gift giving projects

Covid times so expect to stand in a line out front on Saturdays and Sundays. As an artist its nice having this store about a mile from my house!

The store is in a great location and always clean & easy to get in and out of. I wish they had a bigger jewelry making section but aside from that its a great store to have so close to home.

Love Michaels with exception of the order online pick up in store. This is offered to save the customer time as well as the convience of shopping at home and avoiding the hectic crowds.Why would you make the customer picking up a online order wait in line with 30 other people at the checkout? Why not have dedicated staff, and area for the online orders????After waiting 15 plus min in the line at checkout and calling the store to verify the location of picking up my order ( because of the lack of staff available to ask and lack of signage for pick up)I had to leave before I could get my order picked up and will haveto make another trip and hopefully have a better experience

Michaels always has the crafting supplies and decorations I need at a great price! I got some really fun Halloween decorations!

Their ok. They have a wide selection of frames but if you paint like me they are short on affordable paint and canvas board. Other than that I think they are a good store even if their employees are always helping someone else

Michaels is great did someone told me they had the biggest assortment of spray can paint Im here to tell you that they do not.

Large crafts store with plenty of selection. Usually have a lot of items for upcoming holidays. Store seemed pretty well organized and clean.

They need more registers open

I didn’t have enough money to pay with loose bills so I paid with a $100, once the supervisor was called did I realize what was going on. The girls at the register we’re ready to call the cops on me until the supervisor told them “ this is real, did you use the pin?” Supervisor marked the bill and ok’d it. All that because of the color of my skin. Everyone else was white except me... I’m going to return the item tomorrow and look online for it. Let’s see what kind of trouble they give me when I do go. Racism at its finest!

Its priced like a boutique french artisan supply store with the same objects you can buy on wish. Even while standing in the store with the app open to shop this store the attendant still couldnt help me locate several items and recommended I try shopping Amazon; a suggestion I will most definitely take her up on.

They have all the crafting and storage stuff my girlfriend wants and solid coupon deals

Its a michaels, you can find all sorts of things here. always clean and well stocked. i will return, and maybe Ill find some way to use glitter that doesnt make everyone so upset that I even attempted to use glittle. good projects can be bought here for kids to do but for the love of all thats holy keep kids under 14 away from the glitter.

Looking around in the store killing time while I get tires on the car, I found a lot of good every day prices on items l usually get at the other sewing craft store. Even though Michaels doesnt carry a lot in sewing, Ill be getting most of what I need here.

PEOPLE CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS ️️) Constantly Im getting over charged my sale items are not getting put on my purchase as sale items but regular price items even the coupons you use are not getting applied enough is enough take the time to teach the cashiers there job correctly due to my experience Im just done every time I turn around this happens Im starting to think online shopping the way to go to not get screwed over very Disappointed I shop constantly here this SHOULD NOT BE AN ISSUE
