It seems ALL mobile home parks in this area are trashy.

Rent keeps going up. I have not had Street lights for many years. My tree has carpenter ants it is dying. Why did they put in a play ground? Not many kids in park. Think several times before you live there. Also have problems with Bill arriving. Have called sue and strive community. Havent received Bill since June

Older homes, clean and well kept. Management was very nice and helpful. Im trying to move there.

A family member who built a couple of the houses was showing me which houses they really cut corners on. It crazy how much they charge for those houses when they have built them so half ads.

I live at Jeffco Estates. It is a very quiet community very well taken care of. The new manager could be more like the previous one. I really thought she did a great job and was liked by everyone that I know of. The neighbors are really nice and take care of their property. A great place to call home.

Great community with great people not a lot of kids to hang out with. And has a nice open field

My home burnt down Dec 19, 2016.. my son and my self was in it. Unfortunately I lost my 2 family pets..The fire was a 4alarm, the trucks top to bottom.. There was one major problem, the only fire hydrant is at the top of Plaza Dr, and over from there a few feet. Not only the distance, but no water flow ... There wasnt enough to get water down hill. So they went across the hghway (Jeffco) to get some. It was over from the start for our home, do to improper safety to the Residents of Jeffco Estate. So now, would some like to explain to my son why he got burned a bit and lost his babies dogs....Do to a very very lazy corporate office... All they want is to be big on top.. They are frauds....

The owners should take better care of the insides of residents trailers. But for most part its close to all businesses and shops

Make this your last resort for housing. Some nice residents but millenials and kids there have no respect for other people or their property.

I currently live here!! Do not waist your time or MONEY here!!!! The woman in the office Becky is a liar! She seems to thrive on conflict & no matter what, shes NEVER wrong, you are! She acts as nice as you could imagine when shes trying to get you to move in so she gets your money once youve moved in its all HELL & DRAMA!!! There are several known DRUG DEALERS here & she knows about it saying shes having them investigated but apparently they have been investigating for over a year!! Meth galore in here!! Ive videos of multiple incidents of VIOLENCE tried to show her & she refused to watch!! I personally called the police more than once since March 1 2016 when I moved in!! Personally watched drug deals go on!!! The meth dealer had threatened my daughter and granddaughter lives & Becky said she doesnt believe it!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE ITS AWFUL!!!!!!
