Great park by a beautiful lake. There is a playground nearby for any little kids. There are areas of rocks and decks where you can overlook the lake. Very relaxing place. Good to eat lunch or just pass through on your walk. If you are biking on the bike bath nearby its always nice to stop at the park. After you visit the park you can go to the field and get back on to the bike path.

Used to live in the neighborhood in one of the apartment mid-rises a few blocks away. This park provided a much needed slice of nature in the city. Many evening walks were taken through the park and quiet moments sitting by the pond. Truthfully, my memories of this park are some of my fondest from the years I spent living in the area.

Every evening I go for walk with my wife here. Beautiful natural calm place where you can meditate, walk, yoga, dinner and play.House for Lots of rabbits and ducks People also do kayaking and fishing. Also have little playground for kids.

Lovely place. Theres a playground for kids, picnic tables, and a maintained boat ramp with free parking. The water is not clean--though not bad for an urban pond--and swimming is not allowed. For fishing, its fine, but shore access is limited, and its not stocked with trout unlike many nearby ponds.

Very nice place, and well maintained. Sometime the Canadian geese can get a bit bold and noisy while youre trying to watch the sun set, but for the most part they mind their own business. Unfortunately they do poop all over the place. So watch your step in the grass.

Ok-ish. small amount of Pond access. dont expect to walk all the way around the pond you can only get 1/20th the way around.nice pond, but highway noise.

Beautiful nice area to walk and just generally be there. The water is very calming and the playground is great for kids.

Visited with my daughter yesterday. They have a group of volunteers that keep it clean. Been coming here since a kid. Didnt catch any fish, but had a great time. Arlington speed limit is 25. Dont go over that, especially if you are not of European decent. You will get pulled over and ticketed.

The restored waterfront walk is very nice. It would be ideal if swimming was permitted as the water is very inviting.

Located on the Minuteman Bike Path connecting Cambridge to Lexington, this sweet park is attractive and well-maintained. It has lovely safe playgrounds for toddlers, grassy spots for lunch, water access for people and small boats, and even swans. Serves a diverse neighborhood with grace and simplicity.

Paths and stairs, rocks and green grass make this a great little place to work out.

Beautiful pond on the bike trail

There are a few tables near the waters edge which give a lovely view of the pond. Ive always loved the water so sitting here. Writing in my journal has become a very enjoyable activity especially during the foliage change.

Spy Pond is one of my favorite places in Arlington. The path along the pond is always pleasant, and the views of the pond are great. My son is too old for the playground there now, but he and I still like to take walks in this area. Plus, if youre a Pokemon Go player, theres a ton in the game there to keep you occupied. :-)

Beautiful lake with a cute park. Theres lots of benches to sit at, a playground for kids, nearby fields and tennis courts for larger games, and a bike trail leading down to ailwife station. Bike path is in good condition.

It was awesome

The location is simply awesome. The view is spectacular. Its a perfect place for a small picnic with family or friends. People enjoy various activities here. During winter we had a chance to do ice skating on frozen waters.

This place is great. I was filling in as a temp nanny for the day i visited here. It reminded me of being back home on the Cape.

I jog here along the bike path and enjoy sitting by the pond and just relaxing. There are picnic tables and a park for kids. Will be back all spring and summer for more exploration.

I grew up on this pond between fishing and playing hockey. Wonderful to take your children for time out.

The park is nice enough. However, the playground is not very well maintained (broken play-equipment simply gets removed rather than repaired). In addition, they recently placed a big fence between the park and the nearby minute-man bikepath which looks attrocious (really hoping that is a temporary thing).

Quiet and peaceful...a good place for a mid-ride break from the Bikeway.

Clean and beautiful. Nice playground for the children. Good views from the shore. Fishing here is okay. Have caught a few bass from the shore.

Beautiful pond accesible via the Somerville community path. Beach area currently under construction so there is fencing up, but is usually a beautiful place for a picnic.

Incredible park in the urban area,,, totally unexpected when we saw it. Fishing, biking and plenty of playgrounds for the kids. Parking is possible,, even on the weekends.

Awesome park for kids. Large playground right on the pond opens up to nice views. Picnic tables right on the water as well. During spring and summer good place to watch ducks, geese, and even swans. Set right off the Minuteman bikepath and just by Arlington center which makes it easy to combine with a coffee and a walk.

Spy pond is really nice place located in East Arlington.You can come here for a peaceful lunch or during evening.You can come here with friends to hangout.
