Pros:- Overall the best skatepark in the DC/MD/NOVA area- Variety of plaza and transition elements- Beginner/family friendly- Good snake run with doorway cutout- Shade- LightsCons:- Arbitrary aesthetic limitations the county imposed on the builders constrained the doorway bowl end of the snake run to just UNDER 8 feet. Really limiting; that thing could easily have been 10 which would open up the possibilities.- The planned spine was scrapped for a boring wedge-to-curb thing. Major disappointment.- The planned 11 bowl layout had to be changed because the footprint was a little too big.

Fun! Plenty of shade. Wish there was a dedicated 6 and under section but the place is otherwise awesome.

My son and his friends love this place, been good place for young people, buy few time I notice some guys drinking beer, dont know exactly Arlington ordinance on this matter but just keep watching on you kids.

Expect a crowd, but otherwise awesome park

Its a very fun park, I think its more geared for pool skating and bowl skating but the street sections still really fun!

This is one of the best skateparks ive been to. It has 3 massive bowls and a snakerun type bowl and a street course too. Really smooth concrete and lots of space, something for everyone. The park is in a nice area too, cant fault it!

The website says that Team Pain came through to resurface this park at some point in the last few years. But its like fixing a pothole - it gets worse and worse until you totally repave it all. Surface suffers from shoddy cosmetic surgery with lumpiness and mismatched surfaces the rule rather than the exception. Only the hips and ground level Crete is intact, with every tranny looking like Frankenstein. Its better than some parks in the area so I didnt give it three, but theres no way this is a five. Great place to cut your teeth as a grom, but not on or with most public parks like it.

I love it go there like three times a week

It was really nice and the skaters there are very polite. We had 3 young children with us. It was a bit crowded for a Sunday afternoon, for having 3 inexperienced riders. Well have to try it during the week.

This is amazing i brought my 3 year old to skate here and he enjoyed it he did his first ollie in 1 day

My 12 year old nephew loves it!

Good skate park for kids, although its about to close for 8-9 months for reconstruction.

Designed during the 1st phase of modern skateparks. The bowl/pool is decent. Rideable if you are intermediate or better. 4, 5 and higher drop-ins, allowing you to build up your confidence in dropping in. Both normal coping in the intermediate section and pool coping in the advanced section. This park is slated for a major renovation, which looks totally sick.
