This was my first visit here.... I just moved to Texas and I needed a special photo project done The owners were very welcoming and friendly.. I put my trust in them and they over succeeded my expectations!!! I would recommend this place to anyone and you really get what you pay for!!! Thank you again and the gift was loved so much!!!

Ill be flying in for the holidays & want to have a custom mat cut for a gift while Im there. Im aware that framing takes time so I called ahead to get the ball rolling. The woman I spoke to was quick to dismiss me & told me she was a custom framer, not a supplier. She refused to answer any of my questions & practically hung up on me.These people are incredibly rude. I dont know how anyone can stay in business with service like that. AVOID AT ALL COST.

The Art Frame Factory is absolutely outstanding! Very professional and they know all there is to know about art! Highly recommend a visit...you will be amazed at the beautiful works of art they have...

Compared to other high quality custom frame shops, prices are twice as much. $188 vs. $395. And rude. Rushed.

Top notch work - but be advised is not a discount framing place. but i wouldnt take my good pieces anywhere else.

I love this place....they do such excellent work. A little pricey, but not for the quality of work you are receiving.
