Tonight was the slowest night I’ve ever experienced at six flags. Everyone was well masked and there were almost no lines whatsoever. We had s’mores and were comfortable with the distance between us all
Great selection of rides. This park is always clean and its very pretty with all the trees and the decorations around the park. My favorites rides in this park are Texas Giant, Mr. Freeze and Titan. I wish they could have a bigger selection of restaurants. They have the typical hamburgers, chicken nuggets, french fries, nachos, pretzels, etc.
Six Flags Over Texas has something for everyone! Our group has a wide range of tastes, from extreme thrill seeker, to even the ride in the car was too fast. Everyone in the group found something fun to brag about! Being Labor Day weekend, the park had many people, but the park entry and screening moved very quickly, with many employees enforcing mask and social distancing protocols. Portable hand-washing and sanitizing stations everywhere and clean teams working diligently to minimize spread of viruses. There were many employees throughout the park also reminding people of the protocols. Photographers inside the entry gate were readily available and has fun ways of setting the mood for park fun! Some ride lines were long, but flash passes were available (and highly recommended on busy days) and ride operators and retail employees were both helpful and upbeat, which was especially enjoyable in the sweltering Texas summer heat! Ice cold AC in the gift shops and dining locations, and the ever popular Roaring Rapids raft ride helped to cool everyone off while the thrill seekers opted for the Dive Bomber Alley add- on to soak up a breeze while flying through the air like Superman himself! A variety of dining options was available to please even our pickiest eaters and mobile ordering from the app made it so we didnt even have to stand in line to eat! It was so fun to see new Halloween decorations going up here and there, offering a sneak peek of things to come! We cant wait to go back!
Everyone was wearing masks but lines were manageable! Loved spending a great day at the park. Favorite ride was the mr freeze! Superman was fun! They all were!
Good selection of rides but thinking they need to add some new ones. Havent been since the start of the pandemic so not sure how it is now, but before the lines were extremely long and it is always crowded. Best to go on a week day!
Went with friends a few weeks ago and had a wonderful time! Masks were required and people tried to social distance as much a they can. All the employees were very kind and informative. We bought flash passes because we were only there for a few hours. The beautiful cool weather and amazing Halloween decorations were the highlight of our visit! Will definitely visit again soon!
2020: They finally figured out a good rhythm for ride cleaning that doesnt get you stuck in line for 3 hours. Amusement park, not theme park, but some cute themes for Holiday in the Park. I am so glad theyre going back to costumes and carolers. These little touches go a long way.
They wont refund under any circumstances. We bought a parking pass then found out our hotel was an easy walk to the entrance. They live off getting people to commit ahead of time and then that money is theirs no matter what. No refunds for rain, which it does all the time. Lots of rides were closed. The place is pretty dirty, not dirty like Elitchs Six Flags in Denver, but certainly not clean like any of the Disney parks. The teenage workers are largely grumpy with you, with the exception of the Superman ride, for some reason. What a nice crew. Super expensive mediocre quality food. Very few signs. Never did find a map. Save your money for Disney unless you just want a heap of extreme rides in one day.
Busy busy busy. Was expecting to have a different experience due to Covid but it was still super busy.Went during Fright fest but didnt get very spooky vibes. Not sure why they make people reserve a time because they are not enforcing people to leave at any point. They did only allow every other seat to be seated. And I only saw 1 sterilization during my 6 hour experience.MASKS ARE REQUIRED! They had lots of Police there to enforce this as well as workers with signs.
Have gone a few times since they opened this year. We have season passes and they extended all 2020 passes until 2021 because of the closures due to covid which I thought was awesome of them, They were doing really well on not over crowding until today. It was packed! No one was really following the 6 foot rule in lines or walking around. They still had people disinfecting all trashcan but not table tops or any door handles like they did when we went in August. They also limited restrooms we tried going into 3 different restrooms while there and 2 of them were locked, no notice saying closed for cleaning or anything... just locked. Which meant I had to make a mad dash with my 2 yo who was screaming she had to pee to find another restroom.
Well I live in California, so my partner and I went there for my birthday weekend. We were there September 25 and 26, 2020. They just started their fright fest. Well, the rides are amazing. I didnt care too much for this bobsled ride but the joker was my favorite. The food was good too. Wait times were not long because I had the flashpass. Well worth the purchase if your visiting from a different city or state. Now the fright fest portion was not scary at all. I think I only saw 2 monsters and they were not scaring people like they normally do.
I love going to six flags. I got the food pass from them and sometimes when I dont want to cook I just come here for dinner and to walk around. I do feel like they are letting too many people into six flags right now especially since Covid is happening. They were really doing the 6 feet rule until hallowfest and now there are too many people and no one follows the restrictions. But over all really fun.
My only problem with the park is the location. Its no public transportation to the park so if you nearby visiting without a car you neither got get a ride share or walk. Its not six flags fault its the city the park in fault. I walked a mile to the park from a nearby hotel. The city use to have a trolley bus to take you around but at the time I went they wasnt running. Over Texas dont have the deepest or best rides out the six flags but definitely worth visiting. I really enjoyed myself.
Love coming !! for COVID temp is checked before you go in ..they sanitize every 15 minutes (the ride)all employees wear their mask .try the dream shake (pretzel salted Carmel)at the restaurant across from baby Batman ride so good.. right now its lighted up for Christmas they have s’more stations everywhere and a lot more stuff going on..
The park has a really good mix of rides. My favorite is the Titan, boasting a 255 drop at speeds of 85 miles per hour. Sit in the front, you wont regret it! Smooth ride and super fun.Avoid the Judge something other ride if you dont like being shook until your head and neck hurt. Its an old wooden coaster that should straight up be torn down and replaced imo. I saw a bunch of younger kids really enjoying it, but its old and out dated. The design is good and stomach drops abound, but not a smooth ride at all.Mr. Freeze is probably the most intense coaster that keeps the speed up at a constant high throughout. Sit in the back for a great freeze and drop at midway point. It also whips you a bit and shakes the brain a bit so be careful.Riddlers revenge is a giant pendulum that surprised me with how intense it got. Sit in seat 32/33 if you can. You get a great upside down view of the swings towards the end of the peak. All around great time!
Its been a while since Ive been to Holiday in the Park. Even with the pandemic going on Six Flags did a phenomenal job with the decorating and the lights as well as the music. Im definitely ready for Christmas now!
We enjoyed this intimate park. Unfortunately 2 of the best roller coasters were down AND most of the child rides were unattended (or not running). We will be back!
I asume that due to covid or the weather forecast, it wasnt too crowded and there were barely any lines. Its great to just walk to your ride without lines. They have hand sanitizer everywhere and they mandate to wear your mask at all times. It made me feel like they are doing everything they can to contain the spread while keeping the park open. The price was really good and had a blast jumping from one ride to the next. We really enjoyed it.
Visiting the area and wanted to make sure my children had the opportunity to experience Six Flags Over Texas. I was very pleased with the precautions that the park had taken to ensure safety and healthy practices at this time.
The place was empty for a Saturday as you can see on the picture. It might be because of Covid. We got to enjoy the rides more than any other time we been to. I believe the longest wait time was probably 40min, the other rides we got on the wait times were like 15-20 min. This is good because other times the wait have been 40 to 60 min for all the rides we usually get on. This time was probably the best time of the year I will keep that in mind for when I come again. I had the meal plan and the food was farely good for what I payed for. We ate at chopstix. The food was good but not enough for a 13$ plate. If they served bigger quantities I would rate it 5 I have eaten at other places and the meals are small but its still good deal for the price but if the quantities were bigger, it would be perfect. Overall enjoyed the time with my family. They loved that the wait times werent that long this time. It was the first time for the kids and they want to come back.
Great rides except BATMAN!!! They do not have the double seat belt like it all of their other Six Flags theme parks with their suspended coasters. I am too tall to ride Batman and if I was supplied with a double seat belt I would have been able to ride but because I was not supplied with one that is the only attraction I was not able to participate in while visiting Dallas. Was a little disheartening to not be able to say that I rode every single ride Six Flags Over Texas had to offer including the kids rides with my younger son. Also I believe Fastpass watches should apply to all parks when purchased by a Diamond Elite member not just their home park if we are paying the max that you can possibly pay in order to have fun at these Six Flags attractions the fast watch that apply to all parts not just home park
Although pricey for admission, its worth it! You can enjoy your own food outside the park in the picnic areas, so you dont have to pay for the expensive food. Ive loved Six Flags since I was a little girl. Great place for all ages and never seems to disappoint. Have fun and be safe!!
I would give it 5 stars but it was a bit lack luster from previous year for the opening of their Halloween fest. Still very fun and entertaining. The crew and workers were really nice and accommodating. I would guess the 81 degree temp vs. 110 degrees played a small part of it. What we liked best were the decorations and the Staff. The decorations set the mood and the staff were very friendly, and accommodating.
Park was not 50% only capacity. Nobody was 6ft apart on the ride lines, crew members were not wiping down the ride after people got off (which makes sense when the park was 90% capacity). One positive is the park had a bunch of hand sanitizer stations. If you are wanting to still go plan an early time slot to ensure you can get on all the rides. I recommend eating beforehand if you do not buy the meal pass as the lines were long and the few items we tried were below average.
Nice theme park with generally friendly staff. We are frequent visitors because of their well-priced season pass options. Great for a day out to enjoy some thrilling rides or a relaxing day of walking around and people watching. Has something for everyone.
They have tons of hand sanitizers all over the park and everybody is very seperate from each other. They also have people checking to make sure they have their masks on so thats a plus. Overall great experience!
Very intense fun superman was great, batman was scary but i enjoyed it. Great experience for my first time being on a roller coaster!
The tickets are only 20 bucks right now the parking was almost 30 bucks which is ridiculous. But there were no waits on rides and not a whole lot of people if you wanna go during the pandemic. Me and my family had. A great time
This place is always amazing, and keeps me coming back for more!! Definitely worth getting the membership, at least a diamond but gold is fine for people on a budget. The rides are clean, lines usually go by very fast. Only thing is that because of covid restrictions sometimes the ride will close temporarily and then have to be cleaned after that. they do clean the rides hourly, they have to run all of the trains each time. So yeah, if you have any questions, Ill answer :>
Park was great during COVID. Everyone wearing mask, and keeping some distance apart. My only downfall about the park is GEVC that is located at the front entrance with a white table giving away “free trips”. Please people don’t fall for any of it. It’s nothing but a timeshare! Do your research on GEVC. I can’t believe six flags lets these kind of people stand outside and pester people.
Nice day. The kids loved the snow slide. Also, the pumpkin spice funnel cake. Nice Christmas walk.
I am a frequent Six Flags season pass holder and glad that even during COVID I was able to visit the park and was confident in the safety precautions taken to ensure the spread of COVID. I also have peace knowing that I was outdoors the majority of the time while on my visit at the park. COVID has put a damper on fun and I can appreciate six flags making the best of a trying time to bring smiles to theme park fans such as myself.Temperatures are checked upon entry, sanitizer is available all over the park and at the individual rides and most importantly a mask policy was in-force. My observation was at least 90% of the crowd I saw adhered and it is important to note that obviously you wouldnt wear a mask while eating/drinking. Capacity at the park was limited and I think that contributed to one of the best visits Ive had if you take into consideration the number of rides I went on in a single visit and the shorter duration of the lines. The park was not fully operational (booths, restaurants, stages, etc.) but that is to be expected when making the safety of the park patrons a priority. Social distancing in line was good however at some points in line people were in closer proximity but nothing that would cause concern. I had a blast getting away from the real world for a bit and will be looking forward to putting more smiles in the bucket.
One of the worst experiences for our family of 4, that I can ever remember. It started with buying passes for Veterans Day event, Parking, and the confusion of what was offered. Once we arrived to the park, restrictions for Covid and attendance appeared to really be relaxed. Face mask were required. Hand sanitizer stations were sparsely located or empty of solution throughout the park. None of the employees that we asked knew anything about the veterans event. The park was crowded and employees seem to be overwhelmed in asking people to remain 6ft apart. Most employees and guest appeared to give up on social distancing and many were not wearing mask either. Felt like we attended a very unorganized, expensive, Covid spreader event. My spouse and I are both in medical professions and did our best to keep our family safe at Six Flags. Despite the Covid worries, the park itself was dirty, very outdated, and many attractions either out of order or just not running. Would not recommend this amusement park for families with small children underage age of 9 y/o. We have visited SeaWorld since the Covid 19 mandates and expected Six Flags to have it together as SeaWorld. Very much different experience at Six Flags to say the least. SeaWorld is so clean and very well organized. Six Flags employees were not helpful, most just refer you to go online to find things out, or ignore you all together. It was very disappointing. They also allowed for people to smoke in most areas of the park, even when no smoking signs. The employees just didnt care or tired of asking guest to refrain. It is the dirtiest and unkept amusement park I have ever been too. We now have season passes that we probably wont use very much unless visiting the Six Flags in San Antonio. We have heard it is much cleaner and well maintained.
It was a great family trip for my family. We mostly came for the rides and not the games...lol. The rides surely were fun to ride on them.
Long lines and still pretty crowded despite COVID but it was a legit good time for Halloween. Hand sanitizers everywhere and folks making sure the masks stayed on. My feet are killing me but we enjoyed ourselves very much!
Safety measures in place for covid, clean, fun, had a Great time, dont want whip lash on Mr.Freeze keep your head to the seat or dont get on it, Had a blast for Fright Fest... 2020
Wonderful service! Took the kids to Hallowfest, everyone had a great time. Wait times were a little long and it was a little crowded, but everyone was wearing masks. For drink refills the food stands give you a disposable cup to refill your tumbler with. Restrooms were constantly cleaned and sanitizing stations are everywhere. THEY ARE NOT TAKING CASH at stands within the park so bring your card $$. My daughter lost her new jacket, so we made a lost and found report with park security. Two days later, we received it in the mail! Had a fantastic experience.
Awesome theme park. At rented during covid time. Enjoy my visit just dislike wearing a facemask everywhere even on rides and think the seating on the rides shouldnt have to social distance because the lines sure dont enforce it and if we are wearing a mask and they are doing their hourly santizing... why social distance on the rides. Lines were a little long because of this rule today
I always enjoyed six flag in Arlington. Its just as fun as it was 20 years ago. New Texas Giant is fabulous. With the reduced park guests, ride lines are short, the longest we waited was about 20-30 minutes compared to 2 hours during the old peak times . I went on the oil Derrick for the first time and the view is great. I took a shot of the Rangers and Cowboys stadiums. Always worth a visit to Dallas Ft. Worth area.
They said they would limit capacity, but it was just as crowded as ever. In the 5 hours i was there I was able to go on 4 rides. Wait times are AT LEAST 45 minutes. At one point I was in a crowd of over 100 people, waiting for the train to pass so we could cross. I was shoulder to shoulder with people either wearing their masks incorrectly or not wearing one at all.I thought that me and my friend could go here and be at least a little socially distant but this was awful. No one stayed 6 feet apart, not even in lines for rides. It was ridiculous.
Its live... very fun.. just hate the mask situation . But overall A+
I love SixFlags so much I even work there. But it is very pricey for general admission not including concessions if you want to eat. If you decide to come here know it does get busy and the lines do get long so the wait will be awhile. But your in luck for a good time.
Fun park and great staff. The water rides were awesome. The kids enjoyed the Halloween trail. The staff there made it so fun. My 5 year old had to be dragged away from the antique car ride after several rides.
Park is only at 1/2 capacity! Makes for shorter lines! But masks are mandatory so thats the drawback
So much fun !!!! Little overpriced if u dont have memberships and season passes but always worth the visit if not for the memories
Took covid safety measures seriously. Felt safe to have fun.
You have to reserve a spot online for the date and time you want to go and Im almost positive they are not operating at 50% capacity as stated on their website. Everyone had masks on for the most part, but if you were planning on a trip to Six Flags thinking there was going to be social distancing, plan something else because it definitely felt like they were at >50% capacity on Sunday when my family and I went. If no one in my family tests positive for COVID-19, then Id say our family outing was a success and Ill give them an additional star because all the staff were great. *Fingers crossed*
This place gave me so much anxiety this time, i have always loved coming here but there is very little in making sure people wear their mask and social distance once in the park. I would say 10% of the people are wearing masks properly the others it is around their chin or maybe over their mouth. Everyone was right up on me even though I was spaced from the one ahead of me. I do not think I will be continuing my membership here. I will say this place is a super spreader.
Ordered my ticket online and had no issues getting into the park. Waiting times for the rides werent too bad. The shops were kept clean and were stocked full of stuff. The staff dressed up for Halloween and I loved the Hallowfest decor. We had a great time!
This park is still one of my favorites. It’s the first six flags that opened and is still able to stay relevant. The rides are fun, and there’s rides for all ages. My 5 year old son loves this place too. They’ve done a good job opening during the pandemic, and the reduced capacity makes it possible to get on many more rides than before since lines are 30 minutes at the most.
I love that it is a fun place to bring my kids. They love it and enjoy the park. It has something for everyone. I have been visiting the park since I was 3 yrs old and I am now 45. It has gone through many changes. What I love most is the atmosphere.
Great park but read all the fine print in their little scam season pass. These people have a lot of nerve and will rip you off if you arent careful. We did have fun at the park just not sure we got full value when they cant even honor what we were told. We canceled our pass and wont ever spend another penny at any Six flags, ESAD.
Almost 40 years of going here and still love this place like a 5 year old. 3 generations of WONDERFUL family memories!
Six Flags Over Texas is an awesome theme park. My first ever park and for being the original Six Flags park, Its still amazing. I honestly have no problems with this park. The convenience is good as to where there are bins on the ride platforms rather than buying a locker! I hope to come to all the Thrills that have missed me during these times. Anyway, theres a solid number of family rides which is great, theres something for everyone. Do I recommend you visit this park? Absolutely! Youre guaranteed to have a fun time.
Awesome rides and great crew. The rides are what Six Flags is known for but their employees deserve recognition too. Theyre always making sure guests are accommodated and safe. Amazing experience.
Always great, but their is a good amount of people not wearing a masks properly. Under your chin with your face not covered is not properly wearing and pretty much no social distancing happening. Overall, disappointing at the moment. Not surprised if they are forced to shut down again. The park is doing the best it can, people are just ignoring the employees.
Its very organized and well maintained, they check the temperature of everyone before you enter the gate and remind you to put your mask on .
It has been years since Ive been here. But I love spending the day having fun with family and friends. Awesome place
Most rides are shut down, some may be from covid but there are whole sections of the park that seem unkempt (the Looney tunes section seems like it hasnt been painted in a decade). Customer service is terrible. Will tell you to buy a season pass online after waiting in the member relations line for 30 minutes, and forget to tell you to get a member badge before heading to the front entrance. A badge only member relations can give you, so back in line for another 30 minutes in the sun. The vendors wouldnt bother to give us a lid for our 7$ large soda, and simply told us no when we asked. But they will give you a lid on the refill cup they give you if you have the seasonal drink cup, so that is cool. Two stars since the handful of rides still running are kind of fun and the funnel cake was good.
Really fun!! The Halloween decorations were up and everything looked cool. The lines were all short (Thursday). Im not sure how long the wait is on the weekends. Id recommend going during the week.
Loved the reservations idea. Let alone I had a 3yo with me at the time. If anyone had a blast it was her. Shes an adrenaline junkie for sure. However she was an inch to small for the big coasters. Though she was super adamant on going on them. So hopefully next time shell reach the height to ride!
The park staff were awesome and sanitizing the rides and public areas fairly often. All the rides work off of a reservation system which i feel got a bit overwhelmed by the amount of people in the park. If you want to go and enjoy yourself, get there early.
We have the diamond elite passes and they are perfect. Short distance to walk for parking, love the skip the lines specially the 3rd one that was given as an extra for keeping the passes during the shut down. Add the food passes and we spend 60 a month on something that would cost us a hundred a visit easily.
Everything kept breaking down while we were in line :(super fun when everything was up and running tho, New Texas Giant is amazing!!!!
We will come here every year. We love the overpriced food and the too-short but amazingly fun rides and the extras around Halloween. With the Covid-19 restrictions however they need to figure out a realistic option for the 50% capacity.....time slots at 9a and every 30 minutes after and not knowing when people will leave...but restricting by ticket type.... It just doesnt make any sense. Two hours in two lines was a bit disappointing as it meant we werent able to experience as much...but grateful for the nice weather!
Food was really good at all the places we ate . So a big win there ! It did seem crowded on this Sunday but not over crowded . I think the 2 things SFOT could improve in is 1. Overall customer service friendliness and 2. Cleanliness when it come to trash on the ground. Of course if we all just cleaned up after ourselves, that would make it easier.
What a fun day!!!! Not as many attractions and gift shops closed as I thought there would be. The food was great!!! The blue bell ice cream topped funnel cake is sooo sinfully delish!!! The new reservation system was amazing!! We rode all the rides we wanted to. I would have given 5 stars but we went to get in line for the trick or treat train ride that my son waited all day for (who btw is autistic and older but still under 17) and the ride attendant and male security asked us to leave the line and wouldnt let my son partake. I explained our circumstances and asked if it could plz be ok just this once, and were told no. He was embarrassed and hurt. I would think a family theme park to be a little lienant to children with disabilities. We did have a female security guard come and find us and she did give my son some candy, but it was the ride he wanted not the candy. She was a beautiful soul and a wonderful employee tho!! We did the membership with Six Flags and will definately be using them alot!!!
The rides are so much fun. Social distancing was pretty easy since it wasnt completely packed. Great day. Wish I could have stayed longer.
Even though a lot of the extra stuff like the plays and the music, the park was never overcrowded and they kept the rides as sanitized as they could.
The rides were great, but the lines for food are always way too long! We had to wait in line for 1 hour. Six Flags needs to open more of their mobile ordering stations or get employees who will work with a sense of urgency.
I will always love six flags no matter how many times I go or havent been in years.
I LOVE IT!!! Best Six Flags ever! Very clean and employees were very nice...they even gave me a free pretzel at the end of the night The rides were super fun...my absolute favorite was Mr. Freeze.
Hubby and I havent been in 17+ years. Celebrated our 1 1/2 year Anniversary.#MakingMemories#Phillips4life
Like any theme park you come for the thrills! Definitely had a blast like always. Went for fright fest in October 2020:Park Definitely felt like it was over 50% capacity, masks WERE worn by everyone and enforced! Although no one stood 6ft apart in lines for food or rides etc.. hand sanitizer was everywhere but most were empty throughout the park. No temperatures taken at entrance.2 weeks later, no COVID here so I guess thats a plus lolSpooky decor was great! Fun photo ops staggered throughout. Most lines were long af for food and rides. Lots of sections and areas for adults/kids.Be prepared to walk your soles off! Download the app for a virtual interactive map!
This location has improved drastically. They are also very proactive with their response to COVID-19. They do a very good job of enforcing their new safety policies, without coming across in a rude or aggressive manner towards guests. I will definitely be returning with my family.
My family had a great time. We visited this park all the way from San Antonio and it was really great. We enjoyed the kid attraction rides which I had to say are way better than the ones in San Antonio. Friendly staff and Hand Santizers everywhere
Making reservations was easy not too many people there
I wasnt sure what to expect visiting Six Flags during the pandemic, but by the end of my visit I was impressed. The park operates at limited capacity and requires a screening before entry as well as a mask. Parking spaces are blocked off to keep people from parking next to one another. There are hand sanition stations outside of every ride and also every few feet throughout the park. All of the food is packaged in to-go boxes and drinks are refilled with a new cup each time. Markers are placed on the ground for distancing while waiting in line and rides are functioning at limited capacity. All of these precautions allow for a person visiting the park to feel safe and have fun.
Rides kept stalling. But overall it was fun. Entrance was fast and hassle free. Not very scary for being October either.
Lines were long, flash pass defeats the purpose as you also need to reserve the rides. Food was on point, but some concessions were not giving straws dont know why. Everyone tried to keep social distance, wore masks, so kuddos for that..Only saw two Halloween scary characters thought would see more, no arcades either...
It was very busy, park was nice, all the staff were pleasant. I havent been in a number of years, that and covid made it awkward in some places. Single rider lines seam to be getting abused and miss used. Saw entire family ride a ride 2 times before me and my party got to the head of the line. All in all nice visit.
If youre thinking of visiting for Hallowfest this year, DONT! They are testing a new system for ride reservations that completely ruins the experience. You are required to make a reservation for the most popular attractions. Then, you wait in a virtual line that, at the time we went, was anywhere from 3-4 hours. Unfortunately, you can only make one reservation at a time instead of multiple spaced out reservations like at other theme parks. The worst part about it all is that since no one is waiting in line for the top attractions, all of the other attractions and concessions are severely overcrowded. We were a group of 5 and only got to ride one ride in the five hours we were there. My nieces and nephew usually really love this park, but this was a NIGHTMARE! Weve been talking about visiting the park during Halloween for a long time, so this was VERY DISAPPOINTING!
I was very disappointed today when arrived at the park and was informed that you have to book a reservation for EVERY ride and can only book 1 reservation at a time for your party and do to there new systems every rides wait time is 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 wait time witch would be a whole lot quicker if they allowed you to just stand in line for your ride. They say it’s due to over crowding in the lines but it’s more over crowding having us all standing around in the court yard for two hours waiting for one ride. Doesn’t make very much sense and was disappointed in this so called new system.
Wasnt packed so no long lines and they were sanitizing the rides between runs. Best visit I have ever had at Six Flags
Six Flags is always such a fun time! My little one and I went during freight fest and had such a good time! It is one of my stops during all the holiday events!
My first time at six flags. I was hesitant on going as first and now I know I shouldn’t have come. They give everyone a wristband and make them reserve ride lines in their phones—one at a time. Phone died since we didn’t anticipate needed them to go to the park. When we went to the flash pass booth they told us to go to the reservation booth. The guy at the reservation booth then told us to go to the flash path booth. No one knew what to do and because my phone wouldn’t work with the website the trip was essentially ruined. I’d rather have waited in line for every ride to be honest. Terrible experience. Won’t come back for a long time.
Better luck next time. 45 min line wait and then the rain.(Update) Returned the following weekend during the night and it was great. No waiting in line for 30+ minutes. Also they were cleaning the rides periodically. Got on all the big roller coasters before the night was over.
Loads of PokémonGo stops, gyms, and Pokémon. The rides are so much fun, and even though lines for the ride can be fairly long usually, the rides are so worth the wait to go at least once. It’s a must-see attraction and one of my absolute favorite places to go with my family!
The rides are so much fun, but we were able to only ride three rides. We drove six hours and waited in line the same amount of time. I used to come as a kid and wanted my kids to get to experience what I had in the past and it was super disappointing. I made reservation online and couldn’t come until 4:30 and I was under the impression people who came earlier would be leaving so our half day would atleast have less people. We were wrong. An employee even told me he had never seen so many people. Too many people and so little time to ride 3 rides from 4:30-11. Makes me sad to watch my kids want to ride so bad and not get too
I love Six Flags Over Texas. It has always been a place to have fun with the family and friends!
The park was amazing and I had a blast with my first time visiting there. Some technical issues kept rides from being operational and lines were a little long but overall I loved it.
Today was awesome!! Park was not over crowded like a couple weeks ago. We actually got to ride all the rides multiple times..... and the BONUS was there was not trial of ride reservations going.
The park is great .. the reservations for rides are easy and really nice.. cuts way down on wait times.. the diamond elite pass pays for itself really well if you go more than a cpl times a year
Went twice within two months, loved every single moment, staff is so friendly, the wait isn’t long on Sundays. Food is high but well worth it !!
I take my daughters every year for Fright Fest, and its usually great. Unfortunately this time was not a good experience. Customer service has been thrown out the window and almost every ride we went to was temporarily closed for technical difficulties. I get theres a pandemic going on, but still have some expectations for at least a decent experience, especially for $30/ticket and $30 parking.
Lost my eyelash on the teen titans ride. Would not recommend. Had a great time
Enjoyed it but wished the park hours to be longer.
