Purchased some Cindies brand toys from this store and they items don’t even work! I was given instructions when buying but it didn’t helped. I called the store to ask for help but was given short answers. Can’t return it so they don’t care about assisting you. I asked about the warranty information and was told to look at the box. Service could be much better. Won’t be visiting again. Rather go to a more reputable store.

This store has a nice variety! Has a lot of options !! I went in with my boyfriend and the store workers gave us good insite on things we had questions about.

I usually love going into the store and shopping. Customer service is typically great! However. This location forces its customers to wear a mask. It is my prerogative and right to choose to wear one. If the company wants the employees to wear them, I completely understand that. What I do not understand is how now I can not even go into a store I like due to their restrictions. This company obviously isnt hurting for money if they wont let everyone in.

I went in knowing nothing and got so much help on my size for an outfit, what thigh thighs I needed, how to use the clips with the top I got, plus all my questions answers in a knowledgable and easy going fashion. I absolutely loved my shopping experience and will definitely be back.

I love the staff at this store very friendly and helpful. And if they dont have it in stock they will try to find it for you. I enjoy stress free shopping in that store. I like the location as well. Like I said in the beginning very friendly staff. And very helpful

I have been to this place at least three times and each time has been a pleasant experience with helpful advice. Ive never felt ashamed to ask any question since the staff here is incredibly open and approachable. I personally wrote an email of appreciation after my first visit because of how amazing the customer service experience the staff provided me. Its always a fun experience. 10/10 would visit instead shop online.

The ladies are always so helpful when I go into this location. The lady that helped me was named Kim! Absolute angel from heaven! I love this store so much!

Hellen & Rachel are the best. I kinda knew what I was looking for but had a lot of questions. I was a little shy to ask for help but they made me feel comfortable & showed me in the right direction. Decent selection, good atmosphere & the store was very cleaned & bright & inviting.

Sold me a TOP that was actually a mini skirt and refused to take it back 10 minutes later. when theyre the ones that screwed up. Would have been better off helping myself. In response to the owner, its been over two months and yall havent even attempted to resolve the issue. This place sucks. They could care less about their customers. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this establishment. Cheap quality, over priced, and terrible service.

Purchased a product that had major factory defect right out of the box. Went back to store the next day for exchange and was told only available through the company. Suggest you unbox and check items prior to PURCHASE. Because once they have their cash its a done deal...............so sad.

Everyone is always helpful when I go. I have been here 7+ times and everytime I leave excited and pleased.

People seemed really cool but the prices were high compared to other stores Ive been to.

You can buy anything in the store for a third of the price on amazon. Other then that just expect to get any toy you buy touched alot from the staff then not cleaned

I came to this location and I feel sign on the door that you have to be 18 to enter I have my infant with me and I drove from DeSoto and that was a waste of drive to drive out here because its nowhere on the website so please can you please put that on there thank you
