A year to the day, among other times in between weve been going back. The birthday party for our son in 2019 was amazing!!!! We booked early in the day 10:00-11:00am around this time. It was our party and another one. Definitely not crowded at all. Other times throughout the year just stopped in for food and games and everytime was perfect!!! Now fast forward to the Great Pandemic of Covid-19 2020. Thanks for opening back up. We were worried as other businesses have closed permanently, Chuck E. Cheese remains open. I think there were 2 maybe 3 on staff. Amazingly friendly, the food was STILL really good and the social distancing kept everyone feeling safe. I hope theyll make it through this. Obviously theres some changes and thats totally expected. But our son didnt really notice so that was fine for us. We had an hour and a half or so of normalcy. It was great. Stop in for lunch or dinner. Help em out and keep em open!!!!! The photos are from 2019 and 2020. Youll be able to see the difference in the years. We cant wait to get back!!!

Cant find a better place to see kids enjoying the maximum.. Only problem being kids are not ready to leave the place no matter how long it takes

One of the first chuck e live dance floors, (I believe the one here was installed back in 2015 or 2016, 2.0 remodels started from 2017-2020) this store is phase 5 as the stores that got the dance floor before 2.0 all got phase 5 because the 2,0 remodel didn’t exist (I’m not sure)

We celebrated my daughters 3rd birthday party. It was my first time celebrating with Chuckie Cheese. From the get go we were greeted with a gentleman at the front, who helped us find an empty booth since we were a bit early for our party. The service here is impeccable. The facility is clean and all of the staff is attentive.Dominique was our hostess, to say she was amazing is an understatement. She was patient with explaining the process and got our party rolling quickly. She was so sweet and her customer service skills are amazing. I am definitely coming back just because of how nice she was! She made the experience all the better.

Good place for whole family!

Great place for kids to waste a couple hours while you relax, or win something for them. They have an employee on guard at the door so your kid wont sneak out. If you want to win a couple thousand tickets fast play the football game where you send coins into a rotating tabletop. Sorry I forgot what its called but I left the game with over 4k tickets in less than 2 hours.

Kids had a great time. Good is not good, games are expensive. Not a place to go often, and eat before you get there.

The theme and show at Chuck E. Cheese has really not changed in quite some time. This is not a problem, but the show does seem a bit tired.They really do an amazing job of keep track of kids. No one is allowed out without being with the people who brought them. Not that I would every drop off my kid here without me, but it is nice to know that they are very conscious about who is in or out of the building.The food definitely needs an update... it is just a step above reheated frozen food (their pizzas) and is not very appetizing.This in and of itself is not a massive problem, I do not go there for the food. However, the number of children that are there at once is overwhelming. I do not know how many are allowed at once, but there are some many children there it is almost impossible to enjoy your time. Even for kids, getting 1 turn on a video game, and then having to wait quite a while for another turn can be a turn off.That said, most kids do seem to enjoy the environment and playing skee ball always brings back the feelings of originality.For an inexpensive party where you do not have many expectations of food or supervision, this is the place to be.

Clean, fun with lots of involved parents who were interactive with their children. Im a parent that prefers not to have to redirect someone elses child because they elected to sit it out while their kids go it alone. Those children we encountered playing independently or with another child-companion were very well-mannered. They willingly shared use of the games when they noticed others waiting to play. The staff were very friendly and thorough in ensuring people were checked in and checked out appropriately. When we encountered an error with one of the machines an attendant quickly came by, addressed the issue and got the machine back up and running in no time at all. Weve visited this location a few times and the vibe is always very similar. One of my favorite Chuck-E-Cheeses to visit!

We prefer this Location as the service is better and the place is upgraded compared to the one in Vernon hills.

This is the third birthday party for my grand children. We also had several for our kids years ago. For two generations all the children invited have had a great time. The staff is always friendly and attentive and the pizza is good.

I love their new card plans for the littles. Typical childrens gameroom, I like the entrance/exit security. Pretty clean for a childs play place.

We have been the last couple of weeks and I have to say there is a person who plays chucky and is the best I have seen. Totally interacts with the kids. I hope they keep whomever it is, truly made the experience a fun one. Hilary is always a pleasure to see and is always helpful. There is also another young lady, blonde, slender, and wears glasses... we Love Her Energy when we have dealt with her.

Very fun! I loved the prizes and all the staff were very very welcoming, the only dislike was that some of the games gave no tickets and I used up my minutes for it,but I recommend and Ill definitely come again!

First, Id like to say Kudos to Amelia! She was AWESOME! She took time to speak with us, she was very much engaged with my daughters and made them feel very special; she was VERY knowledgeable of the CEC Brand, which was really impressive. Second, gotta give a shout out to the guy dressed as Chuck E!! Hes an awesome dancer! Very cool guy! Lastly, the salad bar was REALLY good! 5 STARS from us!

Kids enjoyed it, to me there is not much to this placeI mean there was so much more in the Chuck E Cheese of the past. There are no tunnels or slides or a stage. Pizza isnt bad.

Very clean, employees are very nice and helpful. On wednesdays they have $6.00 of the normal 1 hour pricing.

Nice! The only issue we had was the handicap stall in the Womens bathroom was locked with no one in there. I use it in order to have my twins go at the same time! Inconvenient.

Food sucks the place is crowded I didnt like it

So much fun for the kids. The biggest surprise was how good the food actually is! They have amazing sandwiches and the stuffed crust pizza was awesome! The only things Ive ever found an issue with is the birthday cakes they serve arent too great - Id say definitely bring your own - also a money saver there too - and its all a bit pricey but overall I suppose its worth it. Anything for your kids, right? ;)

Saturdays are packed but the kids had a blast. I would recommend getting the timed card as opposed to the point card.

Weve been coming here for over 20 years and still enjoy it. Back when my kids were younger we frequently went once every other week to the location when it was a mile away in Arlington Heights. The move has roughly doubled the size of the place, at the expense of the robot animatronics. I think that concept probably hasnt aged well so thats fine.A live show happens roughly every 45 minutes, more frequently when very full, and kids enjoy the interaction. Weve seen the same manager here for a long time. He takes pride in running a good shop so we happily come here over others. Were back here again with our granddaughter and she enjoys it as much as her mom used to.

Arcade is good for kids. The food is ok. The pizza was greazy. Also, the cashier was trying to rip as much money as possible. Insisted my sister to buy cups, bracelets and candy. I had to pay all that extra. Be aware of this, it will happen so have your kids take a seat and then to go the cashier

Perhaps, this place is at the very least just all right in its capacity as an arcade, however food is sub-mediocre. They proudly advertise a $6.49 lunch buffet and though $6.50 for an all-you-can eat buffet IS a good bargain indeed, what passes for a buffet leaves much to be desired. They offer sub-mediocre pizza with 1-3 different toppings at once, salad of questionable freshness, and all the delectable stale dry breadsticks you can eat (without sauce, no less, presumably so as not to spoil the flavor)... delicious! Also, while I found staff to be friendly enough, they seemed understaffed at the time. In fairness, the one time I visited was during off-hours, but gee... I wonder why? Advertisements notwithstanding, nobody wants to eat at the lunch buffet, so they will be understaffed, and when people DO visit, it feeds into a vicious cycle, as they will find the place understaffed, so met with sub-par service in addition to even worse food, say goodbye to repeat customers!Granted, you dont go to Chuck E. Cheeses for their gourmet pizza. No, the only reason they are in business is because bored adults who need to entertain kids they happen to be responsible for but who have nothing better to do will take them to a pizza restaurant that is more of an arcade featuring stage shows by animatronic rodents. Honestly, I could have complained more, perhaps even writing an angry letter to the CEO (I believe his name is Charles Ed Cheese, Esquire?) about his garbage-tier excuse for pizza, but in fairness I have eaten much worse. I mean what kind of schmuck gets the lunch buffet at Chuck E. Cheeses anyway? Hey! In my defense, I have worked long enough at my workplace to have exhausted all local options, and I was bored, aimlessly driving out of the way, and stopped in on a whim, even braving potentially receiving dirty looks, as a 30-something man might expect walking into such a facility unaccompanied. I can confidently state that I will never visit this location again. As, I do not have kids and fully intend to keep it that way, I *MIGHT* take my future niece(s)/nephew(s) to a Chuck E. Cheeses while babysitting them, but Id like to think there are more edifying places and experiences to expose them to.

Its nice for kids .they have good games ..tried chicken wings, pizza and soda..we get beer also here ....they celebrate birthday parties also for that booking is needed here ...last minute booking is difficult and may not get the spot ..it happened to us ....can spend couple of hours with family with food and games ...easily noticeable from road side ..the parking area is huge ..you can get parking any time ...kids will love it ..so recommend to visit ..thanks.

$75 for 2 adults and 2 kids. Pricing on game cards is garbage. Should have stuck with the tokens. Pizza is garbage. I get that it has to be bland to appease and have appeal to all ages of kids, but again, for $30+ depending on what deal you get, it is garbage. Lot of busted games. Games that half work. The kid in the chucky suit was less than enthusiastic, but really couldnt blame him. This is definitely not the chuckie cheese of our youth, its more like some horrible chuckie less nightmare of subpar quality in a brightly lit broken toilet.

Like the place, its clean, food has improved, reasonable priced, its fun for kids, big area to celebrate birthdays, however the Chuck E person is very lame shows no enthusiasm at all there are kids waiting for him and is just sad to see the rat barely moving or saying hi I was there two times and both times was the same I think that whom ever is under that custome wants to express how much he or she hates the job. Please managers have someone that actually like kids both times was a Sunday in tge last month. I rather not see it if it will continue to ruin the day.

We go here once a month and have our Sons birthday party here. The 2 Manager Amy and Cam make it a great experience each time. If it was for these 2 young ladies we wouldnt know Where a Kid can be a Kid . Thank you

Crowded but good.

Its okay. I have been to better. The staff is very nice, the only problem is, is that there is not enough of them. You have to wait a ridiculous amount of time for everything due to them not having enough employees. I have been there many times, the most recent was 2 days ago. I was in a hurry to leave waiting at the kid check for at least 5 minutes before I just walked out w/ my child. Even then, no one stopped us. I am now less likely to go back. Im not comfortable knowing that someone could easily walk out w/ my 3yr old daughter.

Good place for little kids

The assistant manger Diana was telling another staff member about how she’s very racist when me and my children were just feet away. This was extremely uncalled for and unprofessional. From the start I wasn’t greeted at the door by a young staff memeber I believe named Tania who was on her phone not even paying any attention to us as we stood there waiting to be stamped in!!!! Everything including our time here besides those two staff members was great until we walked outside and parked next to us was the young lady who took our order drinking LIQUOR ON HER BREAK!!!!! and I specifically remember her name was Karen!!!!!!! Such horrible staff!!!! I can’t believe we trust these ppl around our children just breaks my heart!!!! DO BETTER!

Ordered wings for me and pizza for my kids. After 35 min asked if the food is coming soon. They told me that the wings are still cooking and left the pizza for my kids to get cold ?????They cried the last 20 min- because they were very hungry. Promised me a discount, but didnt got any. I dont need it, because will never visit these place again . Superior has no idea what to do .Worce Chuck and Cheese in the area
