Looking for bridal lingerie of which they had none. Customer service was subpar to say the least. Big girl with a lot of makeup- so so rude. She followed me and my friend around the store pointedly fixing anything we touched. She sarcastically explained underwear sizing to me when I asked about it. They didn’t carry anything I wanted in a small or medium. When I gave her a budget for one item we were searching for, she made no attempt to help us find it. Never coming back. My sister had recommended this company, but later I learned she was at another location. Thankfully I can find most of these cheapo sets online.

I wen there and got a nice pair of cuffs that were ok. They do have a wide array of things when you are in pinch. Large selection of lingerie as well.

I never leave reviews but had to write this note...I have not been in a LL store since the late 90s when they had the cheesy commercials lol... But today I came to browse for a camisole and left with a half dozen of different goodies!   What an awesome array of products and I had two salesladies named Asteria and Brie. They really went out of their way to coach me on the latest and greatest trends in technology.  Even as an embarrassed older guy, I felt very comfortable discussing what I needed and the two were sooo professional... I am so glad I found a new home for my adult needs!

The staff was really nice, greeted us right when we came in and constantly checked on us as we were looking around. Had a great experience there they just dont have all the inventory as the website

My husband and I were on a road trip together and decided to stop in here just for fun. I was amazed by the selection of fetish toys and lingerie they had! We ended up walking out with a big bagful of goodies (hehe). The people who worked there were also super nice and helpful!

Staff is attentive and helpful to make sure you get what you looking for easily. Collection is also not disappointing.

This store sucks! Every time I go in here theres this creepy looking girl literally stood behind me and literally watched me the whole time. Its already a bit intimidating and a bit embarrassing to shop for something so personal, and to have someone in silence watching you makes it beyond awkward! No one is friendly, and its such an unpleasant environment.
