Hey, would someone from this place please inform me about the correct information regarding parking for this venue. I have read conflicting stories about parking on different sites. I have an artist that will be performing next month and I just wanted to know my options beforehand. Lastly, do people smoke inside of this bar? Thanks very much for your time. I am looking forward to my visit.
Fun atmosphere, great live music, inexpensive drinks! What more could you want?
Place is great for live shows. Played here once and loved it. Drinks there isnt too expensive. I think they should expand a little more but still a decent place to hang out.
Top of the line customer service, welcoming atmosphere, clean, amazing live bands and shows, just a great place to do business with and to go and enjoy! Highly recommend!
Cheap drinks, chill atmosphere
Great, friendly tavern with awesome music! Dirtnap, Taechyon, Ape Brutality and Tyler Cantrell were incredible! Hope they play again soon!
Went for a friends show - very casual and laid back atmosphere with friendly, chatty staff.
Wed night Jazz jams are way cool. Wings are excellent, which is fortunate, because it is the only food they make. I bring my own hot sauce, but sometimes they have some there. Dirt cheap drinks. Smoky. Some of the most low-life hipster 20-something clientele you will likely find on the Main Line. But its that, or hand out at the Country Club with retired portfolio managers. Barmaid is always very friendly and efficient.
Ive played here more times than I can count. Everytime has been an absolute blast. Ive spent countless hours at this bar enjoying myself over the 15 years Ive lived in the area. When I want to go out for a drink, this bar is my first choice. Metal on the jukebox. Bad ass bartenders. What more could you possibly want from your local watering hole? The owner even runs a radio show where he promotes the local acts playing at his bar. There arent many bars/clubs in this area that invest as much time and energy into the local music scene as the owner of the Rusty Nail does.Ill admit that the Nail is not for everyone, and its definitely not for kids under the age of 21. Its a bar. Thats how bars work. You have to be 21 or older to go to them. Even if youre in a band.
Had a great time tonight at The Rusty Nail with a hot lunch tribute to my son Matt I want to thank everybody who was there
Came out to perform welcomed great at the door, everything. Good
Awesome venue and great staff. Ive rocked out many a time at the nail. From Holloween, Christmas, New Years, Birthdays, Batchlore partys, and Weddings ect. The Nail has always been a sweet spot to catch a show or a beer. Parkings never an issue unless youre under 21 and like to pick fights online because your entitled and feel like rules dont apply to you. One of my favorite rules is the 21 and over policy. Its a simple rule. I enjoy it just as much as I enjoy the friendly staff and the incredibly friendly owners. My wife and I are having our first child and we may even go to the nail to celebrate once the babys born. We would leave the baby at home of course because hes under 21. Im sure hell understand. Even babys understand that.
They had a band and a friendly bar tender.. the beer is CHEAP!
Dive bar with cheap drinks that hosts local live music (among other things). For better or for worse, youre allowed to smoke inside (and people do).
Great live music and exceptional service compared to similar bars in the area.
I lovvvvvvvvve the Owner!! So Awesome
Great showsGreat friendsGreat staffA little home away from home
Love the Nail!
Its a dive bar, nuff said.
Booked a show here once and I wont ever do that again. No respect for musicians. Unfriendly staff. No parking...SEPTAs parking lot doesnt count...
This place was small but very well under control. No parking nearby
It was an old bar that I went to go see a friend perform in. I probably would go back and do a show but only if the price was right.
Owners have big heads...
