Seats could be a little more comfortable, good place for small concerts. Bathrooms are usually pretty clean even with all the people using them. They seem to pay attention from my experience.
Plenty of seating with a good view of stage area. We were here for an MMA Event.
Easy to find,lots of parking spaces around the hall for free,not to big easy to walk thru and around.always decent ticket prices w/big variety of music

Went there for an concert sponsored by Two Frogs in Ardmore. Our ticket said the doors would open at 6:00, so we got there at about 5:50 so we wouldnt have to stand in the 95 degree heat for too long. When we got there, only VIP ticket holders were allowed to go in. General admission ticket holders had to wait for an additional thirty minutes, with no explanation. I asked if they had water. They said they didnt. Heritage Hall should be cautious who they rent their venue to. There were elderly people standing out in the heat and someone could have gotten hurt. They could just as easily had general admission people wait inside where it was air conditioned in the foyer.Once the concert started, I saw spilled beer and nobody attempting to clean it up in several areas inside which was a hazard.The show was nice. There wasnt much care for anyone other than the VIP, though.
Would be a 5 but the seating along the side is very uncomfortable after a bit. (Hard and narrow seats). But you can walk around in the open area. It is a great place for a good time. VIP seats are folding chairs.

We have been before and had a great experience, however this time January 17 was very disappointing I doubt I will ever be back it was over crowded and we paid for the platinum vip seats but even standing up couldnt see the stage because of all the cheap standing room ticket holders were allowed to stand in front of the stage in front of the floor seats

Some random undercover security guard came up to me and asked me for my ID. I told him I was wearing leggings and would go out to the car to get my ID, but needed to find my boyfriend because he had my car keys. When I was outside I found my boyfriend and reached for his hand across the crowd to get him to me. When he grabbed my hand, the security guard literally grabbed my boyfriend by the throat, slammed him to the ground and started choking him out. Then we both got arrested for public intoxication, although they were supplying drinks at this concert.. while in jail, 2 other women came in there and said they got charged with public intoxication due to ridiculous reasons like mine. I will be suing.
Awesome local place
Love this place. Aubrey spends an assload of money to bring awesome musicians to this town in hopes of sharing with the local crowd. Locals just dont get it sometimes. Great after parties at 2 Frogs Grill.
They have food there and diff events to raise money thankful grace center gives free tickets to eat there
Saw Travis tritt there. I was worried because the floor was so wet from all the buckets of beer that were spilled and people were dancing and I was afraid they would get hurt other than that great place to have a concert.
Pretty small place but they have good Texas country and cheap concerts with a bar!
