This store is amazing and the owner Ed is so kind and helpful. He spent hours helping me find the right art supplies and put together a birthday gift for my dad. Makes you realize how much better it is to shop small with people who really know their stuff!! Definitely cannot have the same experience- finding quality material at a great price with someone who can explain what to get/ how to put together a great mix of art supplies- on amazon. Highly recommend!!

You need to update your hours of operation. I came with my 8 year old daughter from center city only to find you are closed...A little disappointed...

Been shopping at Merion since I was in art school and worked here over 20 years ago. All the necessities from student to professional grade, plus drafting supplies and a repro department. Prices are a smidge more than mail order stores, but I’ll pay it to see the colors of the pastels I need in person, rather than relying on wildly inaccurate digital color swatches. Craft stores don’t even have a tenth of the selection of pro art supplies. Same day delivery available for stocked items.

Good store with quality stock for art supplies, reprographics etc. There is also a graphic designer on staff who is very helpful. I had 5 photos enlarged to 18×20 inches and 8x10 inches on both their inkjet and large format printer. The large format is great quality, I preferred it to the inkjet. I was pleased with my project and will use their printing services again.

This store is one of my favorites for art supplies. They carry all of the items you need, and some you didnt know you needed until you saw them on the display racks. The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful.
