We enjoyed the food and love the arcade here.This place is great for party, meeting, family gathering and watch sports.Bartenders, especially Oscar, Mike, Matt, Marcus ( wow, he remembered our name) and Managers were provided awesome service.Highly recommeded

I love going to Dave & Busters, whether its for dinner or just hang out at the bar for well crafted cocktail. The mixologists there are so good at what they do, quite frankly its a pleasure to watch them make drinks. This night I had a the bartender make me something sweet and yummy and it did not disappoint:)

Good place to play games the food was good.. But a bit pricey $$$. We just visit here yesterday and the service was very poor, we had to look for someone to help us with our order and they still took their time and they were not busy. Now I give them 3 star now.

We have been to this Dave & Busters before and have always had a fun time - they have beer towers and food and entertainment for grownups and kids. We recently also came back for my sons football banquet / trophy ceremony and really enjoyed it. They had a banquet room reserved and setup for the team - also had a pool table which the kids and parents enjoyed - TVs for the sport watchers and most importantly food options which the kids could serve themselves and also liked. The service received by our host was amazing Kudos to her for her awesome hospitality. From dealing with the kids running around to taking food orders from the parents. Everything was brought out promptly and she followed up with refills in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend and plan on coming back to play some more games.

The food is the main reason I can no longer give D&Bs a four or five star review. My fiancee and I stopped by one day to grab a bite and play some games for a bit, having not been to a D&Bs in a long while. Trying to find a seat at in the dining area at this particular one was ... Interesting. Its kind of a free-for-all, which Im not a fan of. After we finally managed to at least grab bar seats, trying to get someone to actually serve us was a nightmare. Eventually she stopped by so we quickly ordered a round of cocktails and some appetizers. The cocktails were excellent--no complaints there. The food was really disappointing--the sliders particularly. They they just tasted like some frozen, then reheated, very low-effort mini burgers. Like the frozen White Castle sliders you can buy at the grocery store (but triple the price). The only other food dish we ordered was the dip trio, which was OK--not bad but not great either. Arcade was fun as always though, if a bit crowded, but it was a Saturday so thats to be expected. I did really like the rooftop lounge they had--they should do a better job of advertising this throughout the arcade and main bar area, as I barely noticed it but its honestly the coolest thing about this D&Bs.Overall, if theyd step up the effort on the food and sped up food/drink service in the main area I could easily give this D&Bs four or even five stars. Major bonus for the rooftop lounge.

This is a nice place to hang out and meet friends. Foods are good, but not great. You can get more options on the 1st floor (food court). Also, on the 1st floor there is a similar playground like this one, but it has bowling alley. If we are comparing games vs. games, I prefer the one with the bowling alley.After all, the place is getting old and the video games are not refreshed /updated. If you come on weekdays, the place is dead - only noise of the music, but nobody around.Good luck if you are looking for technical help when you slice the card and the machine is not responding. I have been taken many times and walked away with disappointment!No pinball machine or latest and greatest dance arcades like Round One.

I work at a Dave & Busters in Wisconsin so I had to stop in and check it out. Everything was absolutely wonderful and memorable. The staff were friendly and very attentive to anything we needed. Sad I couldnt have been there for the rooftop bar but was very impressed by the concept of it.I just wish I could have seen the kitchen, as a line cook I was very curious how they had it laid out. The bar looked absolutely stunning above all else. It radiated a very cozy and relaxed feeling and it looked aesthetically pleasing as well.Fantastic experience, fantastic employees, and overall a memory Im glad to have. They really expressed the Dave & Busters way.

A great experience for my daughters birthday. Took 45 minutes to sit a party of 6 like, just enough time to enjoy the games.

This was my first time being there. So I was surprised when I walked in along with my party. You need to get there early. Especially on Sunday everybody is there to watch football. It was great. So if youre not into watching football on Sunday this is not the place to come to have a good time. We also had an arcade for adults. Kids were there. So Dad can watch football and Mom can go take care of the kids at the. Enough of that. The service was good but theres a lot of people so you had to wait a little bit. I dont know how it is Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday. The food was good. Try it out see how you like it.

In the beginning my service sucks, but luckily for me, I got a new waitress and damb.. party time, this guy give us a Great service. He a Top of the line.. Marcuss Cuklimings is his Name, given him a Good Tip.

My friend and I went here to hang out and we had a blast. We played so many games against each other and he won one of those green pointy balls from the giant claw machine. He almost used the entire chips at the claw machine cause he wanted to win me something hahaha. Its a great place to hang out with friends, family and significant others

We like to come here for any of my nephews birthdays as they like to play games after eating. We were seated in the bar area this time and .. well.. it took a while longer than were accustomed to for our orders and drinks to come let alone get refilled. I imagine because of the chaotic atmosphere of the bar area so I wont fault them there. We still had a pleasant evening.

Well 3 stars aint bad. Only things stripping it from 4 stars were a happy hour IPA pint that was a bit too $ (for happy hour I hope for 4-7$) and a swimming pools worth of unsupervised, screaming kids. However, Fantasic service, fun games... a great place for my non existent family.

The demise of the pool tables really not play well with what I want. There is ONE table there now. Used to be a handful. Food was ok. I can not tell how recent are their games since I have no other comparison but seemed decent. Almost all the games are well maintained and operational.

Ive always been treated like a VIP! I go there sometimes with my kids for the family thing, but Im usually there to watch sports. The bartenders, waiters, and waitress are attentive, and work hard to get your orders right. If its not, a manager is willing to make it right.

Had the Unlimited wings, came with fries. About $80 for 3 orders. Went to watch NFL Football on a Sunday. Group of 7, get there early to secure your table. It seemed to be 1st come 1sr served.

Bland food cold to warm fries some games were down or malfunctioning the VR Jurassic world( only reason theyre getting 2 stars or else one to no stars) was very cool but $5 a person is a bit much but the real kicker the menu I got was sticky and gross I dont think Ill ever come to this one

So much entertainment here - huge variety of video games, TVs for watching sports, good food and tasty drinks. Food can be pricey if you dont use your game tickets to pay.

Went for a party where they offered buffet. They ran out of food very quickly and were very slow on replacing food. Then told our guests that the food was in servings instead of buffet and would not be refilled. We were surprised because no one served the servings and we paid for a buffet. Eventually refilled after many complaints because our paid for guests needed to still eat. Either way, food was not good...tiniest sliders ever, soggy fries, dry chicken nuggets, and dry mac and cheese. Gave 2 stars because the drink service was great and the games were fun for the kids. Will not host another party there though.

This Dave & Busters is The best hangout stop in town very kind and friendly staff they have good beers and there food menus are the best you must try there steak and shrimp pasta its the best you cant go wrong stopping here for a bit the prices are super reasonable considering your in Hollywood I spent over 3 hours with my wife and daughter and I spent around $180 for games and food way better than ( chuck cheese ) the prizes were even better I got like over 10,000 in tickets the games were super funmy wife and child really enjoyed them selfs I will be going back on my next day off for sure.

This is located inside a big shopping mall in what is supposed to be an upscale area. They even have valet parking upfront if you dont want to park 10 rows away with the plebians.They have metal detectors out front because theyve had gang fights according to the security. That didnt make me feel very warm and fuzzy when Im trying to enjoy some wholesome family oriented fun. Its not going to do anything if gang bangers want to just barge in and shoot up the place. Security theater only messes with good, law abiding customers. To be fair, kudos for doing something, and this is not the fault of the staff, but it is a big hit as far as Im concerned about this location.The food was a 2 or 3 out of 5 at best and overpriced. The wings seriously tasted like they came out of a dollar store bag, mostly bone, no meat, generic sauce, small portions. The quesadillas were burnt with minimal cheese. The pizza is on par with Chuck E. Cheese, and no, thats not a compliment. The prices were pretty high relatively to generic bar food.The service was good. They were busy and they are doing as well as they can serving everyone. I dont blame the wait staff for the gangs or food.Im glad the manager reached out right away to want to see what he can do to improve. Thats very encouraging. I dont blame him for whats wrong with this D&B or just D&B in general. Corporate culture and lack of caring for quality and only caring about profit ruin a lot of good businesses. D&B used to be a fun place and I really liked the Ontario location when I went there a long time ago. This Arcadia location ruined it and i havent been back to one since.

D&B has been declining for a while. Tables are constantly dirty and the bathroom always needs attention. The food and drinks have always been good but cleanliness needs to be addressed in order to better enjoy the experience.

Drinks are amazing, prices are good. Food is good and the games are all working and its just overall a very fun Experience!

Customer service is mediocre and prices are on the higher end, unless u go during hh. With an empty bar, bartenders still have no sense of urgency. Despite being specifically asked if Id like to keep my tab open or not, which I chose to keep it open, the bartender of course closed me out on accident. Is it really that hard, come on now! There are so many other places for ppl to spend their money and unfortunately dnb just keeps rolling downhill.

The games are cool and its always a good time at the arcade. As far as the bar goes, definitely wont be coming back. Came for a drink with a friend this past Saturday and we literally ordered the same thing; unfortunately the bartender gave him a good drink but decided to serve me pretty much all juice. Ive never had a bartender do that to me before. Even my friend was upset that she would discriminate between us for no reason. Not cool.

Fun. A bit pricey for playing games if compared to other video arcade places. Prizes are decent, but the as any other place with the ticket/prize concept, prizes are overpriced. Bars are cool, food is decent. Staff can be a bit slow, but overall nice people.

It is an expensive place. So not such a big deal you can just as easily go to Chuckie Cheese or Johns Incredible pizza and spend about 100 dollars for 3 people. The difference is are you going to places like this to play with your kids or to hang out with out kids. They do offer a kids menus but Dave and Busters I think is definitely not for little ones. This was the first time we went and we did have a nice time.

This place has the craziest games, food and drinks. So much fun.

My daughter always loves the prizes here, so in general its definitely better than say Chuck e Cheese. Service is hit or miss. There have been times that it has been fairly quick, but not recently, and certainly not on a weekend. Aftet continuing to ignored by servers for an extended period of time, I eventually got food at the bar and brought it back to our table. Bar staff is nice.

Dave & Busters does not have good food. Weve tried so many different things on their menu and we cant find a single item that we like. So the only reason we go to Dave & busters is for their great happy hour at the bar. Its the best Happy hour in town. Every drink is half off.

The games are fun but the food service is really slow. We waited a long while before our server came to our table. Then waited again for what seem like a long time for our food. Only to find out they got our order wrong.Manager was apologetic and tried to make up for it, which was much appreciated. However, will think twice before deciding to eat there again.

It was a great experience super clean compared to other Dave and Busters well stocked in the prizes area & above all the staff is very friendly and polite. Thank you to Manager Ryan for honoring the app price because it was not working properly.

Love that they updated their menu and have better recipes and the games are always a good time. I wish they would either charge less for the games or give more points for what u pay for, this would make me come here way more often instead I go to other arcades with better game prices.

Small place. Not an arcade and not really happening anymore. Not sure if they have a niche.I enjoyed some food and drink a few years back. Recently played some arcade and racing game. It doesn’t feel like it use to. Maybe I got older hehe

Great place to go, tried the northridge location but they eject the kiddos out by 10pm which is a bummer. Arcadia does not. There was DDR, skeeball, basketball, shooting games, transformers, wheel of fortune etc. Lots to enjoy. Not too crowded on a week night so we got to enjoy a lot of games.Theres even a private lounge upstairs in the roof area. Nice and chilly at night. Live DJ and small bar area to relax.Bathroom area is a bit small and needs regular upkeep. Bartenders are nice. Table staff is hard to find. You really need to hunt down your waiter in order to get drinks and order food. Hence the loss of a star. Overall still fun for kids and adults of all ages.

Came here for a double date at night. I was a little disappointed by there only being 1 pool table open to the public. There was also not a single waiter or waitress that assisted us. We actually had to walk around and find someone to take our orders. Ontario was a better experience by far

Definitely a great place for a couple or a group. We went there with my co workers and we were battling in many different games. Felt like a kid again it was fun plus they have drinks and food plus dont forget to check for groupon coupons

We went to celebrate my nephew birthday and the soccer game was on so it was a bit busy. All the appetizers and the adults food came out but my nephews chicken strips took about an additional 45 min after our food came out. I had to remind the waiter 20 min after our food came out and it took about another 30 min so I asked to speak to a Manager. Unfortunately, I did not get the Managers name but he was GREAT! Made sure we did not pay for his meal, he gave him a power card for the inconvenience and upgraded his free birthday dessert to the brownie sundae. I go to Dave and Busters a LOT and very very seldomly have problems so it was great to have such good customer service on such an important day for our family. Thank you, Dave and Busters staff, we truly appreciated it!

Food was good, but that was all. Was told to seat our selves, found a table easy enough. But the table beside us was vacant, all but the dirty dishes and trash. The table stayed covered in left overs and dirty dishes for one hour before it was cleared. Our drink orders were taken about 15 minutes after us sitting down and waiting, but took another 20 minutes for them to arrives. We were handed the menus and immediately asked, “ready to order?” We asked for extra time to decide. The waiter eventually took our orders and disappeared. We waited for our food to arrive to finally get the chance to ask different servers for more drinks, since our waiter never returned to ask. After waiting way too long for a coke and a beer, we canceled the beer and asked for the check. And even with my Veteran Discount, I still think it was overpriced. If they’re understaffed, hire more help! I do not recommend this location. Spend your money at an establishment that takes customers service seriously.

Great place to have some fun with the family but not quite the eatery. Food looks great in the photos but when you order it, is not as good as it looks on the photos. The appetizers taste like just came out of the box.Now, if this place was a Restaurant that happens to have games for kids, I will give it 2 stars. But since I see it the opposite way, a place for fun family games that happens to serve food, they get 4 stars as food is more like a side kick.Having so many options down at the food court, I recommend that you eat at the food court. More choices, better value and definitely great tasting food.

Dave and Busters the icon chain that we all know to be true is the same here as just about anywhere else. The food can be classified as bar fare and franchise meals, nothing too special, the drinks are great! Sometimes the bar gets slammed and it takes time but completely understandable

Todays my sons 9th birthday and he really wanted to go to Dave and busters for burgers and games. We sat down, gave waiter my CC and ordered my kids food at a table. We waited over 15mins no food. Kids went to play, came back their food was there and they had moved us to a high bar stool table. This sacked cause I have a 3 yr old and she fell off the chair badly hurt. And couldnt get a waiter to get my order. They eat quickly and I sat there starving. They went to play more, and I flagged a 2nd waiter to order my food (lettuce chicken cups) and still no food. Came back to our table 20 minstrel later, no good. Spoke to female water and asked for it again and finally got sick of waiting cause I couldnt sit at the table and keep an eye on my small kids. So I flagged a waiter down. Said I wanna leave. He comped food but I left hungry with no dinner so I could try to salvage rest of my sons birthday playing with him. Not sitting at some,damn table to eat....left hungry and disappointed

They need to hire more people. Good food though

Love taking the kids here. They have half off games on Wednesdays. Happy hour is Monday to Friday from 430pm to 7 pm.

Affordable prices and fun place to hang out. Only thing is the customer service isnt the best. The employees were talking about something amongst themselves at the bar, which is understandable; however, if there are customers waiting to order their drink just take the order first and then resume your conversation. Other than that, its a fun hang out spot.

Your waiter Morry is horrible. I’m sorry but it took him 45 minutes to split a check for my group. Checked in on us 1 time. We sat near the bar area and the bar tender checked on us more than our actual waiter. He didn’t remember to put in an order for appetizers so we were waiting around for something that was never put through. He brought us the wrong drinks and was visibly irritated when we told him. He was also right next to us on the next table counting his tips. Just overall a horrible experience.

Wish they would offer Happy hour on food not just cocktails. Would have been happy to just order a bunch of appetizers. There food is decent but over priced. I can get the same food at a really great restaurants with a portion of the price. I would have naturally gotten the power cards because I have kids and thats why Im there. To have decent food and let my kids have some fun.

My visit was extremely unpleasant. We were celebrating my sons 8th birthday and had a party of about 16 guest majority children.We had the worst service possible!!! No attention. Had to ask other servers for help. Got wrong drinks, food items throughout our stay. Had to get up and grab utensils, plates, condiments. Asked many times for one ranch, never got it. We were missing orders. The server said she literally forgot to put my friends order in. Accused me of trying to trick her with the play cards I was supposed to get with my food (the play and eat combo) when she never gave me the play cards. Server was rude to me and my guests. Made us feel very uncomfortable.I was charged for things I didn’t order.She charged the wrong card!!!!! Made my account be overdrawn from this charge. I didn’t realize until next day because I never got a receipt from the charge authorization. I only have the check receipt for my total. Just HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I gave this place a 1 star because that’s the lowest but it really deserves lower.

Amazing drinks and the food is really good too!!! Where else can I run around playing games and drinking at the same time!? PLUS, I can watch any sports game I want because there are SOOOO MANY TVS!!!!. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

One if my favorite places to go. On Wednesdays they have half off all games including ticket redemptions. Their prizes are pretty amazing and you can also use your tickets to even buy food! They always run specials on their Dave and Busters app. The Dave in Busters in santa Anita also runs dinner and movie combos with the AMC theather across from it. They always have the latest and newest games. The staff is really friendly and are quick to fix machines when they are down. Their drink selection is extensive. Definitly recommend to have a day out to relax!

Decent food. Got this blue drink with alcohol, not sure what is the name of it but it was a decent drink and got me a little fly. Just enough to have a nice conversation with my family and loved ones.
