Great for a winter activity! Our boys loved! Ages 6,5 and 16 months. The workers are super friendly and even help win more tickets in the game area! Would recommend to all families and can’t wait to come back. Very reasonably priced

Monkey Joes has several inflatables appropriate for kids 3 to 12 years old. It is a great place to allow kids to burn some energy. A well stocked snack bar is available as well as tables to eat at. Staff was visible and attentive.

Took our one year old. A relatively small place; a few bouncy houses, a small arcade area, and some rooms in the back you can set aside for partys, but for $7 it was a lot of fun. Especially considering what else there is in the area. Our son got to play in the big bouncy houses with Mama, and he had a blast.

I have twin girls and we had their birthday party at Monkey Joes. We had somewhere around 25 kids come and the price was very reasonable. They took care of absolutely everything. I mean everything. Invitations, set up clean up, cake cutting, serving, they even wrote a list of what gift came from who for thank you notes. They would ask questions like what can I do to make your life easier right now when I was trying to get everything ready to go out in the car. They took care of goody bags for guests. I ended up buying way too much cake, and they boxed it up to send home with the guests for me. The staff were happy, enthusiastic, and really seemed like they were genuinely happy to be there, and happy to help. They had enough employees at all times to cover any of our needs. Far cheaper than Chuckie Cheese, more space and happier staff. As mom, when kids have a party I dont get to talk and mingle with guests and I didnt expect to be able to. But absolutely everything is was handled and I got to enjoy the party too. I highly recommend Monkey Joes for a birthday party. It is very clear that they are under new management and that change has been for the better The only suggestion I would give is to have name tags for everyone. Since this was the first part my girls had inviting school friends we were unsure still of which kid was who and who their parent was. Otherwise totally amazing.

Wow! This place is amazing. Recently my family and I took my now three year old neice to celebrate her birthday, and we all loved it! So many different things there, and I love how they have stuff appropriate for younger and older kids! Not only that, but the staff were absolutley amazing! We will for sure be returning again. Awesome prices too. This place would be good for both birthday parties nor just for something fun to do I think.

I brought my 2 year old to Monkey Joes for the first time and he had a blast. To my surprise, there was quite a bit there he could do. I especially like that parents can go on the inflatables with their younger children and the toddler section for littler kids. We didnt try the food, but the customer service was great. Overall, we had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning.

Under new management and it is obvious. There may be one less bouncy thing than before, but at least they ones that are there were all back to being properly maintained. The new owners had a lot of new but used arcade games not yet set up; hopefully the skee ball is up and running by our next visit!

My two sons 6 and 2 year olds had a blast. Enough fun too go around for both ages. New Inflatables since our last trip made it an even better experience. Provide your child with a slushy and watch them bounce off the walls. No pun intended.

Monkey Joes is a great place to get a group together for a kids birthday party. If you want to have all of the fun with none of the set up and clean up that is required in your own home then this is the place to do it.We had a birthday party for a little girl turning 4 years old and she had the best time running around and sliding down slides and bouncing all over the place.Yes some of the equipment may be a little worn but the staff was very nice and the room a sufficient size for our group of 12.

Under new ownership - fantastic!! Clean, helpful, and great experience. We stopped going when under the old ownership because it was so dirty and crazy. We will definitely be back!!

Fun place for the kiddos, very colorful and quite a few inflatable options but some could use some TLC. We love the tiny toilet for little kids. Friendly and smiley staff. Well be back!

Last time I was here, there were a bunch of inflatables on the ground with only a few pumped up. It took the staff an hour to get one inflated.

Our kids had a great time! ( 7 years, 5 years, and 2 years old) we spent a few hours here and all three of our boys had so much fun and fantastic exercise. The toddler area could have been fenced off a bit better to make it a better experience as a parent, many of the games that give tickets are out of order and the wear and tear on the equipment definitely shows... these things bothered me, my kids didnt care because they had too much fun to notice. There is concession food and pizza available and the prices are reasonable. In many ways its similar to Chuck e Cheese but better pricing and more physical activity options.

Kid loved it. The have a bunch of new inflatables since last time we were there. Things seem a lot cleaner too. The food was mediocre. Not awful but not great. Prices were reasonable.

Poor decision making on the part of the staff. Our 2 kids were each given a $15 gift card for their birthday. The gift cards were not working and they said that they probably activated them improperly so they would give us a $3 discount but there was nothing they could do about the $30 on the gift card. We just left and went to luv 2 play instead and our kids had a really good time there instead.

Took group of 50 from daycare here, and the kiddos had fun! The prob was HOW they ran for a big group that scheduled in advance and reserved a room. 2 workers, only one putting wristbands on and unwilling to let teaches assist. Its hard for 3 & 4 yr olds to wait. Leaving, they informed us The STAFF must cut of bands and only one pair of scissors. We are from 90 min away and bus waiting. Come on guys, 50 exsausted kids, a waiting bus, parents expecting us back to the min. and one pair of scissors? We asked, they were unwilling to make a exception. Also, lots of out of order games, faucets and toilets.

Very unimpressed with this establishment. Only one of three ladies bathrooms working. Took 25 minutes to get mini corn dogs and tenders, which were not edible. Floor mats move-safety issue. Staff, of which there were many, to busy to notice/attend to consumers needs. Wont return.

The wonderful female staff are so sweet and helpful. First timer and this wont be my last. Prices are very fair. They even gave me socks to run around in. Be careful with the ticket machine though. Great place to just let the little ones play until they cant play any more.

Rather poor customer service. Seems more like an event run by high schoolers for a fundraiser than an actual business. Prices said one thing on the monkey joe site and were another thing in person. Very disappointed that we drove from Waupaca to here for approximately $25 to be wasted. The food was something you could get from the frozen section at Walmart and the wait for the food was 20 ridiculous minutes. Also, the state the bathrooms were in were a level below what a port a potty’s standards are. If only socks are to be worn on the jumpers so they don’t get dirty but you can wear your shoes everywhere around the jumpers how does that sustain cleanliness? Furthermore I didn’t not feel like the security is at the level I would have liked to prevent issues with my children. I will not be returning nor will I be recommending this place.

Appleton location. Got here with a bunch of other families right at 10 during spring break. There were two employees that I saw (however we saw three go in before open) but only one checking people in, the other was eating her breakfast!!Instead of speeding up the process by having one customer fill out a form while the other paid they did it one at a time while the line grew to probably 7 families. The men’s bathroom was dirty and out of paper towels. Vacuums and cords left out. Now it reeks of pot. Still haven’t seen that third employee and the girl eating her breakfast seems to not be doing much either. Terribly run!

I was skeptical of going here because of the recent negative reviews I saw on Google. However, I decided to give it a try because it seemed like the best place to go with my 2 year old. Im so glad we went because it was perfect for him! We went on a Tuesday evening and it was not busy at all. I will caution that it is very slippery on the inflatables. Also it is clearly noted there that you are responsible for watching your child so I am not sure why others have complained about staff not doing more. Give this place a chance. Dont expect a pristine perfect place but rather a fun place for children to run and play. My little 2 year old had a lot of fun and Ill go back someday!

I had my sons 7th Birthday party here this past weekend and all 7 kids had a blast! Abby was the girl that was designated to our party room and she was nothing short of Fantastic and catered to our every need. She was super nice and accommodating. The manager also was very cool on setting us up and getting any and all questions answered. I would recommend having a birthday party here again as they do all the work and as parents we were so happy we could just enjoy the party with our son and his friends. Keep up the great work MONKEY JOES!!!

We came here today at 2:15 PM today. We still needed to grab lunch however the restaurant we were going will close at 3:00PM. So i went to front counter within 10 mins and asked them for if we can grab lunch and come back because we have just been here for 10 mins. The store manager said if We go out then I have to pay again to come in. Also they said they serve food inside, so they cant let us go out, have lunch and come back. I freaking want to know the food you serve might be pizza, chicken or something else. We are vegetarians and I dont like cheese pizza if you have one. So your manager, saying that its a company policy didnt let me go out and come back. Also FYI I drove 1 and half hours to come in the city and the first place was to visit this place so that my daughter could enjoy. Well after this message, I am leaving this place and will never come back here. Also manager was not even smiling to the customer during check-in. Very bad customer service....

Kids absolutely love this place

The kids love this place. They never have enough workers for the amount of entries. You will need to wait to get in or to buy food. You will also need to solve any disputes with others on your own.

Had kids there yesterday, I think the staff are great. The first thing of food I ordered the nuggets were pretty gross. When they remade them for me it tasted much better and friendly manager came and checked on us to make sure we were happy.Older kids had a good handful of jumps but toddler side really needs updating. Has improved from when we came a little over a year ago just need more little kid friendly things and maybe some updated games in the arcade area. Overall had a good time.

Great place! Your kids will think your the greatest person in the world. Parking is good. Once a month on a Saturday they are closed in the morning for Autism Kids of all ages and for all new parents and their children. They can go play (children) while parent(s) can get a ton of information from the Auism Society of Fox Valley. You can either go to their website or give them a call.

Has fun for kids of all ages. You will have to fill up a waiver e-v-e-r-y time you go which make line go s-l-o-w. They need a better system. Last time I was there, no body was checking out making sure the kids were leaving with the correct parent.

Nice place, my kids love it. It seemed pretty clean to me, I notice some reviews saying it was dirty but I didnt have that thought at all. They had some cool inflatables and neat prizes/toys to buy. The employees are a little MIA you kind of have to seek them out but meh thats not really a huge deal its a freaking inflatable jumping place in a strip mall its not a fine dining restaurant or something. Some of these reviews are a tad dramatic lol. But in all seriousness its fun and we got discount coupons to come back.

What great place to have a birthday party for kids

A great option for easy kid entertaining and fun. My girls have fun running around and climbing on the equipment. The snacks are kid oriented and pleasing for adults, too. It is a welcome change from Macdonalds!

My sons are two and had a great time. I will say this! Play at your own risk! Ive taken them twice within the last month. Two days after the first time we went they both got stomach flu. We just went again acouple days ago and now one of my sons has croup cough.

Staff is friendly, but no one checks arm bands upon leaving. Facility was clean, restrooms were clean, and food was average priced. Kids absolutely loved it both times we went. More seating could be provided for the adults as it is rather limited. Would definitely go again.

So, the price is right. It was only $6 for us to get in and let our daughter play. The downside is that there were lots of older kids in the toddler area making it difficult to enjoy (more for us than her). The employees were helpful and courteous, and responded to our concerns.Beyond that, it was a big room full of sweaty kids that smelled like sweaty kids - take that for what its worth.

My 2 yr old had a blast. It could use a cleaning but that’s what baths are for. The staff isn’t the best had to wait 45 mins for one soft pretzel because the gentleman that took the order said he didn’t work at the concession stand So he never put it in so we had to find someone else to put one in. Also don’t understand why they have a sign saying they check wristbands when we went to leave there was no one in site so I just walked out the front door with my son. I will be going again because he did have so much fun and we go Tuesdays for toddler day and it doesn’t seem that busy

Air bounce houses. Loads of fun! My 3 year old had an awesome time. The toddler area is nice, but staff was accommodating in letting me assist her through some of the bigger bounce houses. After a couple tries she was good to go on her own.Maintenance on the games is...okay. At least they give refunds for lost tokens and tickets.

I was charged $230 for my daughter plus 3 of her friends To enjoy her birthday there. We were told on the phone to make a $100 deposit for the reservation and that the cheapest package was a $179.99. The lady on the phone also told us since we were only bringing 3 kids that they could make adjustments on the way out to the price. But at the end of the day we were charged over $230. We didnt get anything extra. The Food and service was mediocre. What a rip off.

Kids had an amazing time

I havent been here in a couple years and have never had the experience I did today so I was excited to take my energetic one year old. However, I was disappointed from the time we walked in the door. We had to find a staff so we could pay to get in, then when we did the staff was rude about helping us. My child and I then went to the toddler area to play. Two of the three bounce houses were not only filthy but had huge holes and rips in them (one my childs arm went through when playing). This is very unsafe especially when this area us feared towards younger children. We only went in one other bounce house outside of the toddler area, which seemed to be in good shape.

The worst experience I have ever had. I get this is a place for kids, but 25 minutes for 2 pretzels with cheese... Really? Over half the games were out of order. The staff looked like they hated their job and could of cared less about what was going on. Oh! And the worst part, the manager wore his pants hanging past his butt half way to his knees! I wanted to walk up to him and tighten his belt at the waist. The last thing I want the kids to see is butt hanging out! Very unprofessional and disgusting, especially around children! They need to hire adults, not kids! I will never be back unless a huge change occurs because it was not worth the $10 a kid, plain and simple.

The kids love it here and I got to help them get through the jump houses which was nice!

Awesome fun place!

My family and I visited on a Wednesday evening with our two young children. The facility was not busy and we had a great time. We ordered some food (expensive and not great) and played. The bounce houses were not in brand new condition, but did not feel dangerous. One particular attraction in the middle deposits children on the opposite end of the building - if they follow it through. Children were able to get off in the middle and wander through restricted areas. We will return.

Kinda ghetto, the staff on the whole seems to really hate their jobs, everything is patched with duct tape and there are well worn tracks in the carpet. Why four stars then? Because the kids can jump like freaking idiots. They dont care. Its fun for them.

I guess its parents that dont/wont watch their kids, combined with lack of managements will to say something that make this place disappointing. Pizza was not good (Im thinking frozen, out of a box). Two year old grandson did have a good time when not being pushed out of the way.

Monkey Joes is run down and dirty. Since there were only two employees, they didnt have adequate time to clean, address the (several) broken games, AND make food for everyone.Clearly the owners of this business arent willing to put in the work necessary to keep it a thriving business. The place is a dungeon, the inflatables need to be replaced, and the employee turnover rate is a direct reflection of the poor ownership.Monkey Joes SHOULD BE thriving. Unfortunately, with the subpar ownership, it seems to have missed the opportunity it had to do well.

Place seems dirty, has layers of dust on the tops of the inflatables, makes you wonder how often they really clean them...

I love bringing my kids! They always have a blast!

Great place, but in need of repairs. The large bouncy obstacle course in the middle of the room is in serious need of repairs. Most of the handholds on the large climbing wall have been ripped off, and have been this way for at least a couple months. There is a large hole in part of it that is big enough for an adults foot to fall through. Also, there is a large, irregular bubble in part of it that looks like its about to blow. Because of these problems, two small children got trapped in the middle of the obstacle course, panicked and started crying.Other than that, the facility is clean and safe, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Normally I would give this place the rare 5 star rating, but because some of the toys have fallen into disrepair I am giving it three. We are not likely to return until management addresses the repair issues.

Great day here. The pizzas there are very good but Sams Member Mark pizzas are always good.

This was my fifth visit to Monkey Joes this past weekend. Usually its a good spot to have the kids jump around and let loose some energy during the long winter months. This visit though I was a little disappointed. About 4 or 5 out of the 10 little arcade things was broken. I understand that the blow up play areas are the main attraction but when half of your arcades are broken it makes me concerned about other areas of maintenance. It was also extremely warm inside. Its a good spot to go a few times but I feel like the maintenance of the place is slipping and the kids are growing a little bored of the same slides and bouncy houses.

The first thing I noticed is the front area by concessions smelled sour. I noticed nothing away from that area. But then went to bathroom and holy smokes the bathroom smelled horribly of urine. I understand it’s a kids place and most likely the are in a rush to get back out and probably piss all over the place, but it was 10 minutes after they opened. Not to many kids could’ve been in there before me. DISGUSTING. I will likely never go back there.

Bathrooms were extremely dirty and run down, most of the arcade games were out of order. The workers had nothing to do with any customer unless they absolutely had to. Usually this place is pretty good but lately its been horrible.

For $10.99 to play on bounce equipment is okay... But the service is sloww We ordered two orders of fries and chicken tenders and it took over a half an hour. (Keeping in mind there werent very many people ordering food). There needs to be more adult staff instead of teens running everything.

Prices went up and they tell me they will be rising again. No refs on a Sunday afternoon. Filthy bathrooms with no soap .no sanitizer in the 1 station they have. And I had to ask them to cut off the brackets. Normally they do that when they check if you are not abducting a kid. No one at the front door this time. If it wasnt for the winter I wont go again
