I just bought a mobile home there. I have had no issues that were not promptly taken care of by management. Its a nice, quiet, friendly trailer park that has no drama, or such. Neighbors are friendly and kind. I really like it there and plan on staying a long time.

The company head office in upper management has no heart nor any regards to their occupancy of their parks. Nor their responsibilities that they themselves are responsible for! They keep raising rent and other charges for miscellaneous expenses. They make those who are disabled to bring their Recycling to the middle of the park office which is very difficult for them to do. It was better to have Recycling at the curb than have to drag it all the way to the middle of the park.
