Owner, John, is generous with advice and expertise for a nominal cost. I purchased an incomplete, used nutcracker elsewhere online. My research was fruitless, but he was able to identify it for me and send catalog photos. So, of course, I ordered the few missing parts from his shop! Excellent customer service.

Amazing experience. I needed some custom framing for some autographed photos, and the Frame Worshop took very good care of me. Their expertise helped to turn each of my items into lasting showpiece memories. There is one particular item (a Dr. J magazine page autograph) that is a beyond spectacular transformation. This is my go to store for gifts. Two pyramids, an advent calendar and now a nutcracker in less than 10 days. We are so fortunate to have a store of this caliber in the Appleton area. And everyone working there is willing to share their wealth of knowledge.

A man with gray hair driving a car with The Frame Workshop on the side was VERY rude to me this morning (3/21). He did not give me space to merge (I was going at least the speed limit) then proceeded to flash his brights continuously and flip me off and stare me down as he exited the highway (441 exited at 47). If you are going to be an A-hole on the roads, be smart enough to not do it in a company car... Safe to say I will not be doing business at The Frame Workshop.

I have yet to make it in to this shop on my side of town but after todays experience, definitely WILL NOT. Whoever was driving their white company vehicle today on Ballard was extremely rude and unsafe, honking when the car beside me stopped at a red light and then tailgated the poor person down Ballard. If their driving etiquette reflects their company customer service, it is not something I am interested in.

I love this place! I trust only them to frame our family heirlooms. They really listen to what I want. The shop also has the most amazing giftware!
