I would highly recommend this company and their products! We recently purchased a home with an indoor court, and have used it nearly every day. We had an accident that caused the backboard to shatter. Alan (the companys owner) bent over backwards to procure a brand new backboard for us at no additional cost, have installed within less than two days after the accident, and thoroughly cleaned the court to make sure there were no pieces of glass left over. We are extremely happy with the final product, and very much appreciate the top-notch customer service we received!

DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE. THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT. My husband & I purchased an XL Vuly trampoline from Millz house for nearly 2K. We asked them how to store it in the MN winter- they said outside, covered with a tarp, with the safety sides down. Which is EXACTLY what we did. Spring came and the trampoline was completely destroyed by the weight of the snow in Minnesota. So our 2K trampoline is now garbage and Millz house wont do anything about it. Millz house employees specifically told us that storing the tramp covered outside would NOT be a problem. We followed their instructions to a T. They will not stand by their product or their own instructions. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY.Update: Millz house now claims to have resolved this issue in 4 days. Utter nonsense. First, they did not have any response to us until we issued a negative review on google. In one email they responded in a single sentence that this was an issue for our insurance. Second, their so-called resolution is to replace parts of the broken trampoline but to ignore the bent frame. Partial product replacement is not going to work on a completely damaged product.Their interest in customer service only occurred after we elevated our issue on a public forum.

Love this place! Kids had so much fun and burned off energy

Alan responded and came out to measure last fall before the surface was poured and afterwards during the spring to confirm. He did so in a timely manner and provided a reasonable estimate. We ordered the product and were given a time frame for which the product would be installed. That time frame was met.However, communication was less than average and we were not notified of when the install would actually take place.I was lucky that I happened to be home that day because there were several placement and perimeter questions that came up that my wife wouldnt have been sure on how to respond.Once the court was in it looked great and my kids loved it. They began using it everyday. It was really great timing given Covid.About 3-4 weeks after installation my court slid about 3 off of the slab. After repeated attempts to contact Alan I finally had a conversation about it with him weeks later and he said that due tothe grade of the slab and if the finish is brushed or not determineifitwill slide.Given that my court is an outdoor court, it does have a grade so that water will run off and it does have a brushed finish. At the end of the conversation Alan explained that the court must be reset and to do so it must be taken apart.I was disappointed because I believe that an experienced team like his should have realized during the spring measure and at least during the 3 hour install that my court was likely toslide given the grade. I should have been made aware of this likely issue and been given a solution at that time.Later to correct the problem Alan saidthat 2x4s or similar be used like concrete forms a dn be dug into the ground to hold the court. He didnt offer to permanently fix the problem but I was able to have him agree to reset the court for me so that I could fashion a fix.The court was reset in a timely manner but wasnt reset in a way that works adequately allow for me to make a permanent fix. I spent another 3 hours resetting the court and using fixing angle irons around the perimeter of the court with tapcons to hold the court from sliding down hill again.

We recently purchased a playset from Millz House and had a great experience. The staff was extra helpful in guiding us through the decision process, we were able to come in through appointment and check out all the different playset options. The installation was well worth the backorder wait! The guys came and installed the playset in under 2 hours! We noticed later some missing screws and the crew came the next day to put them in! Highly recommend going through Millz House for your playcenter needs!

Kids love to visit here and play. This place was a great way to get the kids to an indoor park in the winter. They also sell the equipment and they have some really impressive playsets.

We recently had our sons sixth birthday party here and I would strongly recommend it to anybody. Our host Matia (sorry about the spelling) was absolutely wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed for the party! If the owners are reading this, please give Matia a raise, it is rare to find somebody that invested in their job. All the kids had so much fun that they looked exhausted by the end of it. Success! Thank you for the memorable party!

Bummed that they decided to discontinue charitable play on Wednesdays but we still will enjoy coming here. Its nice and quiet compared with other indoor playgrounds. Also appreciate how clean they keep it. They have a great rock wall for those who are able to handle it.

The kids seemed to enjoy it. They have play equipment, basketball hoops, trampolines... They host birthday parties aswell. Very nice for winter time. They also sell playground equipment.

Go on Wednesdays - resonate a canned good per child and get in free. Great place.

We had our childs birthday party here. Was a wonderful experience. Kids had so much fun playing on all the play systems, trampolines, and with the basketball hoops. Adults enjoyed themselves just as much. Party room was perfect for eating and opening presents. Love that you can bring in your own food.

My kids love this place! We get the 6 time punch card so that each visit is $4/ kid and they can play in there for 2-3 hours before theyre ready to go.

Lots of different jungle gyms for the kids to play on. Plus basketball ball hoops and trampolines. Great place to bring a large group to have fun. I would recommend for kids from 2 to 8 years old.

I work with individuals who have disabilities. I am extremely disappointed in Millz House due to their inconsideration of the individuals I serve. Today, we went there as a group. There was 8 individuals and 4 staff who went here for our morning activity. The staff there asked us to leave after being there for 10 minutes because there is an “age limit”, which we never saw online, of 10 and under. Mind you, we have been here about 10 times and 8/10 times everything was fine. We didn’t have any issues. Our group is aged from 18-30. They all are on the spectrum of autism. A staff member approached me this morning and, in lamest terms, asked us to leave because it was “too busy” due to their charity play they have going on currently. We paid the full price and were still asked to leave. The complaints we got were that some of our individuals were “swinging too high and the younger children could get hurt”. This was understood until I saw young children swinging just as high as our individuals. They kept telling us that they “want to be nice neighbors” but they were actually just incredibly rude to us and kept pushing us to leave. This is the second time it’s happened. If I had a child, 10 years or younger, and they had disabilities, would I get kicked out? Probably. They are discriminating against our individuals and it’s not fair. They also referred to them as “adult children”. I have never experienced something so rude in my life. I can guarantee you that we, as a group, will NEVER be coming back. Also, myself and my 1 year old son will never go there due to the attitudes of your staff. I hope you guys are happy with your staff.

We recently had our 18x26 outdoor sport court installed by Alan and the team at Millz House. Excellent experience, and it looks awesome. We were really pleased by the customer service and the crew that installed the cement pad were professional and courteous. Alan and team showed up on time and did what they said they would. Overall great experience!

Great place to look around, and let the kids burn off some energy! However not that great for the littles sometimes. Kids get the swings really pumping, and my kids have gotten hurt before running in front of or behind them if I cant catch up to them! Maybe best for 5 or over?

The kids always love going to the Mulz house. Great place to go on a rainy day or in the winter.

Great inexpensive option for kids indoor play. All the different play sets they sell at this location the kids play on plus a row of trampolines & basketball hoops. Great way to test set out before purchase. Theres a birthday room as well. Equipment is kept very clean.

We first found out about Millz House looking for a place for my daughters 3rd birthday... The event was a hit (super clean, staff was helpful, tons for kiddos to do). Since then we have taken advantage of their awesome open play options.Highly recommend for anyone with kids.

Like Rainbow Play Systems but much better! More selection and much better prices for big playsets. Kids can play on their indoor playground while parents shop. They also offer home sport courts, but again, much cheaper than what we found elsewhere. Highly recommended.

We visited Millz House for a playdate, looking for indoor fun on a rainy day! With 8 kids between the ages of 3 and 7 this was the perfect fit. The kids had a blast on the tramps, using the basketball hoops and playing on all of the different play sets. We will be back!

My kids and I had a great time playing indoors while it poured outside, we even brought a picnic lunch. My kids had a lot of fun with all the different Hight basketball hoops as well. We will definitely be returning here for more fun.
