Placed an order for curbside pickup, which they do not do fyi. Went in and there is absolutely no signage for online pickup even though it says follow the signs in the email. So I went up to the checkout lane, the girl called over her walkie that I was here for pickup. Went and stood where she told me to go, no one came. Then another customer walked by and was eventually helped before me. Stood there for about 10 minutes while three employees just walked on by.. then one of the floor leads?? Or someone was like did she help you, I laughed and said nope! She grabbed my order finally. Something that should of taken all but 2 min took over 20 min. You guys should get a better process in place if you are promoting curbside pickup for online orders.

2 for 1 picture frames is one of the best sales Michaels has to offer. I was looking to reframe a few pictures and they really came through on the frames. They look great and I will be purchasing more the next time they have the bogo frame sale.

It was good! The employees helped a lot on making sure I knew where everything was and their service would be a 10/10

This is my Go To Michaels. I feel comfortable here. It is a clean and safe environment. Always get the help that i need. Young male cashier always seems like he doesnt want to be at work though. I hope to find him on a good day but never do.

Nice clean store with a lot of fun merchandise. Got a few gifts for my mom and a friend. Cashier got mad at me because I didnt want to give out my email and join their rewards program. Really??? I hate employees like this......i dont like giving my email out to every store I go to. I will not be back to Michaels because of this unprofessional behavior.

A much smaller selection of fabric than I expected, and something like burlap could be found all over the store in various project-focused aisles. Go online if youre looking for a large selection or quick browsing of raw material - aside from knitting yarn, that is.

Michaels inspires me to be creative. I love seeing all the supplies for making creative things and trying out something new. I especially like helping my kids be creative. Im not very craftsy, but this store makes me feel like I can do anything! One year, I bought small wooden designs and paints and had my kids make Christmas ornaments for each other. They had a blast! I think well make it a Christmas tradition to always give a small homemade gift to each other. It has more meaning because of the time and thought that goes into it. Michaels is where Ill get my supplies. They have everything!

Ordered gifts for my 2 nieces online as they didnt have stock in the store. One came correct, but one did not. Called customer service last night, and although on hold 7 min, the woman who helped me was very sweet, she apologized, and offered to send out a replacement and a return label to ship back the other one. I asked if I would have it in time for Christmas, as it was a gift for my niece, and she said she didnt have the authority to expedite the shipment, but I could talk to her sup. Was transferred and then my call was dropped. So I called the local Apple Valley store and talked to Tamra who not only said she would handle the return but would get it shipped out, then she said better yet I will just deliver it to you personally as I live close to you. Fast forward to today...and she just left! Wow!! Talk about going above and beyond!!

Went to another Michaels and saw some picture frames so I went to the other Michaels and they didnt have the same sale. Employees were friendly store was very clean.

We just had a craft b-day party there for my 9 year old. She loved it all the kids had a blast and the employees that worked the party were wonderful with the kids and made sure it was fun for all ages that came

Its a craft store. Theyll probably have the craft materials you seek provided theyre common and generic. They dont have a whole lot for some specific things. Such is life.

Its been a VERY long time since I had been to a Michaels since I dont live near one. Walking in I immediately knew I wanted to spend more time then I had in there! Amazing variety!! I will be back when I have more time!

This was a great shopping trip. Among other things, I bought some gorgeous 80% off clearance Christmas items. The cashier went above and beyond by scanning the 30% off the total purchase coupon on her phone when my coupon would not load from the e-mail on my phone.

The only reason they get 2 stars is because the cashier was nice and the store was clean. When I was there 2 days ago I needed help and they were less than helpful, clear the staff didnt want to be there because it was snowing. Other staff were in a meeting and didnt even pay one bit of attention. Lastly prices are outrageous the only time I spend money there is if i have a coupon or the rare occasion that the price is fair.

Excellent place for craft lovers!! The items are not just for craft lovers but for artists too. There are also items available for storage, decoration etc.. Though little pricey, I personally liked this Micheals so much!

I had a great experience today. Michaels had everything I needed this time. There were people to help me when I need assistance (twice)and they went beyond what I needed. The checkout associate should was exceptionally helpful.

GF loves this store. Not only do they have all the trinkets and baubles her crafts require but the employees are knowlegable and nerdy enough to know exactly what she is talking about. I could lose her for hours in this store
