Stumbled across this today with my children while we were waiting for an appointment to end. What a great find! Admission is $2 per person and while its nothing worth traveling from a long distance to experience its really great if youre local. I would recommend it to anyone with young children. Oh, theres a covered area with picnic tables too.
I love bringing my children to this splash pad my 13 year old even enjoys coming here. We normally pack a lunch and make a fun day of it and the price makes it something we can do often
Really nice place to take the kids for a little bit. Only $2 the entrance per person. Theres seating around the pad if you dont want to get wet
Really cute little place for the kids. I brought my 1 year old and he loved it!
Kids have the best time there.
Great idea. Needs to have some large umbrellas to block the hot Florida sun from burning the kids in the summertime
Nice splash park! I wish they were open on Fridays at least. Also I have been there two different times on a Sunday and they have been closed for matience and electrical issues. Hope they get it together soon.
This splash pad is tons of fun for all ages!
You shouldnt charge residents to enjoy the Splash pad. Thats what my tax money is for
Not many kids there. My daughter loved it.
$2 per person entry fee. Concrete surface. Good amount of area and variety of water sprayers/dumpers for kids to play safely. Plenty of shaded seating outside the confines of the gated splash pad area, but no shady places to sit within it. When we were there, the water was too heavily chlorinated and it stung the eyes painfully. Weve not had that experience at other splash pads. It was not crowded on a Saturday afternoon, but its only early April, so that may change. Conveniently located catercorner to Apopka Station on West Orange Trail, where theres a very nice playground.
Was great to see my son having fun.
Glad it was open today. Kids were having fun.
My little one loves it. Really wish it was open more.
Lame! Go to Tavares instead. For the size of Apopka they should be ashamed.
Pretty awesome for kids!
Great for kids! Hours are 10am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday.
Looks like for now theyre only opened on Saturday & Sunday. The entrance fee is $2 per person.
