Very nice, upscale homes, featuring gourmet kitchens with Sub Zero and Wolf appliances. Prices are a bit on the high side, for the square footage offered. Neighborhood is very nice.

Lots of larger ranch homes with optional second floors. About 225 lots, monthly fee includes lawn care and community center with pool with lap lanes. Close to White Oak and American Tobacco Trails and direct access from the community is planned. Just what we were looking for,
